Eric is trying to make Nicole realize Serena suspects something. They wonder whether Serena overheard anything. Eric explains Serena said she was tipped off by Nicole's words ... At the hospital, Serena presses Brady to share what was the thing he thinks Eric did that made him feel so bad... Paige warns Jen this creep JJ is with makes Rory look like a boy scout. Jen is grateful and Paige departs ... JJ gets mad at Kyle and starts to storm off. Kyle sarcastically wishes him a good life and puts away the hidden gun. JJ stops and soap stares ... Clyde approaches Anne for a hospital tour. She gushes over their big donor ... Kayla greets Abigail at her desk. Abi is still obsessing over who her baby daddy is. The man she loves or the one she hates ...At DiMera mansion, Stefano sighs over a photo of EJ and informs Chad he misses him. Now Samantha does not want him near the children. Chad understands. Stefano states EJ and Samantha fought wildly but could not be without each other, just like Chad and Abigail ... Serena knows what she heard and worries about Eric. Brady dares her to help his brother by helping the cops lock Zander up... Nicole starts to panic that Serena is fishing for something on her and saw her with Eric so she tried to trick him into talking. She hopes he did not fall for it ... Kyle calls Devereaux back. JJ now gets he was testing him. Kyle offers to pay money for his client list and come up with opportunities. But first he needs JJ to drop something off to his bro. JJ is no errand boy! Kyle calls it a show of good faith. JJ gets the address and the stuff and is on the move ... Anne gushes about Clyde's generosity. He has questions before he decides. They talk Jordan and she assures him Jordan's fund is doing fine things for the needy. She gets snarky about Abigail's intelligence and he warns her that girl could become his daughter-in-law. The HR hellcat nervously nods ... Kayla suggests Abigail think about whether this could be Ben's baby and not Chad's, as she seems to be preparing for ... Chad wishes Stefano would not compare the two couples. The phoenix insists their passionate hatred is the same, hiding the same intensity ... Brady threatens to prevent Serena from getting her grant at the hospital if she does not back away from his brother ... Eric assures Nicole he said nothing but Nicole knows he is a terrible liar. However, Serena seems to be bluffing. Eric suggests they stick together and then spies the sparkling engagement ring on her finger. She confirms she is indeed engaged to Dan. Eric's eyes fill with a new torment. Tragic music plays. He breathes she did not say anything. It just happened. He turns away and she reminds him that night they almost made love while locked up was her goodbye. Eric wishes he had married her long ago. She teases she was not his type. Eric puts on a brave face ... Serena reasons she loves Eric. Brady points out she planted blood diamonds on him. Serena snaps what is troubling Eric is something new and leaves Brady to consider ... Anne changes her tune about Abigail. Clyde casually states he has been considering donating to the prenatal care department ... Abigail insists she hates Chad and him being the father of the baby would wreck her life. Kayla senses unresolved feelings and says so ... Back at the mansion, Chad moves a chess piece. Stefano urges him not to wait until it is too late. He likens Ben to Samantha's Rafe ... JJ gets home to Horton house and anxiously updates Agent Watts on the phone. He delivered a package and received an envelope of drug money. Watts wants him to give it to Kyle as he is supposed to. Jumpstreet JJ requests a meeting with the boss to discuss his next move. After the call, he fears Jen has overheard as she was standing behind him. The pale one gasps what is her son involved in now ...? Nicole thinks she can handle Serena. She gets Eric to agree to say nothing about their almost moment. He would do anything for her, hugs her, and woefully whispers his congratulations. Then he walks out the door. Nicole decides the time has come to deal with sneaky Serena ...Clyde claims his pregnant wife perishing in a car crash and the amnio test she had wanted made him want to honor her memory to help women without the means get such a test. That is why he wants to stop by prenatal. Anne eagerly agrees ... Chad accuses Stefano of wanting Abi's Irish land. Stefano states it is about wanting his son happy. Chad stares at the chessboard and sulks DiMera style. So many moves one can make but which one leads to victory? ... Kayla is concerned Abi might not get the results she is hoping for. Abigail wants the nightmare to end ... Paige is at the square when Kyle calls her for coffee. She accepts. Bev steps forward at the square and blasts her for playing games ... Jen perceived JJ putting the envelope in his backpack and demands answers about his new friend the drug dealer. Jumpstreet JJ explains the DEA recruited him to go undercover. Roman knows. Jen is extremely upset her 20 year-old son is putting himself in such danger. She could not bear the thought of anything happening to him ... After the tour, Clyde wants to learn more about that lab. Martin is the name of the man in charge. Abigail appears. Clyde greets her with insincere surprise. He claims he was lookin for her ... JJ assures his mom they are going to train him and he has already gotten started. That makes her even more nervous. Jumpstreet JJ wants to do the right thing. Jen suspects he wants to make things up to Paige ...Bev wonders what Paige is up to by pretending to like that creep. Paige implies she has changed and suggests she go after JJ, she could have a shot this time. But she warns her he will break her heart. Bev snaps to go cry to someone else. Paige quips not to let JJ near her mom goes on her diva way ...Eric is busy with his boxes again, Brady comes back, even more concerned about him than before ... Nicole storms into Serena's room. She knows she tried to trick Eric into talking but her efforts were and will continue to be in vain. Serena smugly smirks. She smells a secret ... JJ laments to Jen that Paige is trying to move on with the dangerous dealer ... Anne boasts to Kayla about the Clyde tour, which ended when he ran into Abigail ... Clyde claims to want to apologize for barging in this morning. Abigail understands he wanted to help by fixing the sink. He makes her smile by stating he would do anything for the sweetheart who has made his Ben so happy ... Serena is accused of stirring up trouble. Serena suggests Nicole not write a story claiming she was the one behind the smuggling - since Zander threatened to kill Eric if she did not cooperate. Nicole is ready to make a deal if she stays away from Eric, from all of them ... Brady will not back down. His calm and collected brother is rattled. Eric admits there is something and swears him to secrecy ... Outside the club, Kyle is on the phone getting an update on his latest order. Paige appears in a blue dress. He compliments her and claims he will be ready for fun after one more text ... JJ explains how Paige is purposely taking risks. Jen reasons that is not his concern, she will come to her senses in time. JJ fears it could be too late without him saving her ... JJ now gets a text from Kyle. Did he see his "brother"??? ... Crafty Clyde brings up how Ben had it tough growing up cos of him but that was then this is now. He wishes only happiness for his boy with Abigail. Kayla arrives and glowing Abigail excuses herself. Kayla praises Clyde for his possible donation. She then gets paged away. Clyde takes a few steps and stops around the corner when he hears Chad arriving, asking where he can find Abigail ... Chad enters Abi's office and she looks up from her desk, innocently wondering what he wants. To talk. They really need to talk ... Nicole explains the offer. If Serena goes far away from Salem forever, she will not expose her dastardly deeds in a story. Serena pauses, then leers she can see she is scared but of what??? ... Brady promises his bothered brother that nothing he says will leave this room ... Eric now drops a soap bombshell Eric's truth! THE END! Ahead on Days: Brady butts heads with Zander! Serena hears the truth. Chad plans to pour his heart out. JJ and Paige feel the pressure. |
