No Sex in the City!
Episode 12,008

- Sami and EJ are kissing with passionate abandon, as she gasps and
keeps going. They fall onto her couch, all steamed up. Hot and bothered Sami is down to her black bra and unfastens passionate EJ’s shirt, his pants. EJ stops with a sigh. “I am sorry. I can’t do this!” Sami cannot believe it. She nervously laughs stopping was not exactly on her radar.
EJ explains he feels she is vulnerable and therefore does not want to
seem he is taking advantage. They only ever seem to come togetha when something terrible has happened. He does not want it like that. Sami understands. He reminds her he loves her and will be there but the timing must be right. He tenderly kisses her on the forehead and gets up to button his shirt, etc. Sami starts to get dressed and asks him not to leave for she needs to speak to him about something.
- At the town square, Adrienne complains about callous Sami to Justin.
He suggests they show some compassion since Will is going through a trying time. Lucas appears and thanks him. Adrienne does not want another lecture about his son. Lucas thinks he is partially to blame for what happened. Will might have tried to prove something as Lucas was
in denial at the time. She hopes Will is not wanting to reconcile with her son. Lucas notes it is not their business. Justin agrees with him. Exit Lucas. Adrienne is miffed but Justin reasons this is not black and white. He flashes back to Nick’s desire to have Will declared an unfit parent.
All he will say is they are on team Sonny of course but Will is no villain!
- At the coffee house, Abigail has something to say to badly behaved Chad. The browbeaten young man hopes she does not hate him. She
does not. However, she does loathe what the sweet guy who kissed her
on New Year’s did to Gabi. Chad drawls he had his reasons but if he could change what he did he would. She notes it is too late. He grumbles now he must live with the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile Rafe enters and asks Sonny where Will is. Sonny laments they are not hanging out these days so he actually has no idea. They are not together. Rafe is sorry as they seemed happy. Soulful Sonny sighs it feels like long ago.
He points out Abigail over there might know Will’s whereabouts. Rafe approaches. Chad excuses himself. Rafe asks if she knows where Will is and adds his sister will need her friends for this pregnancy. She assures him she will be there for her pal Gabi, then tells him Will is at the hospital with Gabi for the sonogram. Rafe mutters his thanks and departs, glancing at Chad.
- Replay of Will seeing his baby girl on the sonogram image. “Oh my
God, look at her,” he whispers. Dr. Cam, mindful of procedure, asks
Gabi if she wants Will to be there. Will explains he has every right to be there as he is the father. Cam explains it is Gabi’s appointment. Nick suddenly agrees Will should be there. Gabi does not want him to go but Nick offers him his spot and apologizes for keeping the moment from
him. He graciously leaves. Will grins.
- Sami has just finished getting dressed when EJ opens the door to Lucas, who looks at their flushed faces with a frown. Sami stammers the kids
are at sleepovers. He is there to talk Will. EJ excuses himself. Lucas muses they did not waste any time and points out her blouse is wrongly buttoned. He questions her hanging all over Rafe, only to bounce over to EJ when she heard the inconvenient truth at the wedding. “Nice,” he sarcastically quips.
- Adrienne and Justin visit soulful Sonny at the coffee house and she apologizes for the things she said. Sonny thanks her but would like to know if she always sensed he and Will were a mistake.
- At the park, EJ runs into Chad and happily admits the little war between Samantha and Rafe he created certainly did not hurt his own cause. Chad congratulates him. EJ asks how things are for him, in this aftermath of his wedding dramatics. Chad thinks everything is a disaster.
- The baby has moved. Will gushes she is a miracle. Gabi agrees. Nick stares ominously at the happy scene through the window. “I’ll make this right again,” he eerily vows.  Cam soon appears and informs him Gabi would like him back in there. The baby is fine. Nick returns. Gabi wants him to feel the baby moving about. She places his hand by Will’s, just below her own hands. All of a sudden it feels crowded but Will is
too over the moon to notice. Will moves his hand from her tummy. Nick feels the baby kicking. Young mom Gabi gushes they have much to be grateful for. The baby is developing well. Nick thanks God. Will now admits that after having seen and felt this baby, he simply must be a part of his daughter’s life. He is sure he and Nick can work things all for they all want what is best for the baby. He asks to be involved in any future checkups. Gabi promises. Exit elated Will, his eyes shining. Gabi thanks Nick and agrees they can all do the right thing for their daughter. The baby kicks again. Nick calls it incredible.
- Sami wishes Lucas would let up. He snaps she got undressed with that EJ DiMera yet again! The topic of Gabi comes up. Sami is mad she lied. She gets wine for herself, soda for Lucas. She accuses Nick and Gabi
of coercing their naive son. Nick is a wicked genius. Lucas dismisses Nick and her men and gets straight to the point. Sami made a huge mistake in alienating Gabi, the mother of their future grandchild!
- Rafe runs into proud papa Will at the town square and asks about the sonogram. Will replies it was great but he almost missed it. Rafe assures him he cares about him. However, he would have wanted him to be honest about things. Will gets it but now things have changed. Now he is ready to be a father and already said so to Nick and Gabi. He is over the moon. Rafe grins that is great. It is also important to him. Will informs him it is a girl. Rafe says wow and they rejoice together. Will apologizes profusely for lying. Rafe understands he was scared. Will insists from now on he will step up and be the dad to his daughter. He whispers he felt her kick. He hopes he and Rafe are good. Rafe agrees they are, hugs him, and congratulates him. When young Will walks away, Rafe notes it will be a miracle if this all works out the way naive Will is wishing.
- Gabi tells Nick she could not be happier. He muses sure she could be
for they are getting married tomorrow. All she has to do is show up. He fails to share the real reason he wishes to wed in haste and lets her get caught up in the romance of the moment. She exclaims she loves him
and throws her arms around him. He eerily states he loves her too.
- Chad complains that Abigail cannot stand the sight of him. Experienced EJ advises him to give it time. One need only play one’s cards right and things will magically fall into place.
- Sami snaps to Lucas she is mature and feels this is a fait accompli so they must move forward. She teasingly toasts to the fact that they will
be grandparents. Lucas grins that is what happens when you have a kid while a kid. They now discuss Will. He explains he told him they will be there for him no matter what. Sami complains he called her selfish. Lucas states that is the truth. He says it, Will says, it, so do her parents. Who else considers her selfish? Sami mutters Rafe called her selfish. Lucas
now insists she must get along with that one. Sami gets mad. Lucas
sternly reminds her that as the grandparents they will have to deal with things as adults.
- Adrienne points out no one knew what Will was keeping from Sonny. Soulful Sonny sighs it felt like a long time ago. Justin reminds him Will is now a father. Sonny gets that will be a life changer. They stand up and Justin calls for a family hug. Sonny loves his folks and bids them a good night as they leave. He sits back down in the now closed coffee house. Will walks in from the night. Sonny assumes it is his parents again, then stares at Will, who sighs, his eyes filled with determination. He drapes his jacket on a chair and wants to have a talk. Sonny asks if all is well with the baby as he heard about the sonogram appointment. Will excitedly exclaims he saw her and felt her kick. Sonny smiles about it being a girl. Will admits he cannot imagine her not being part of his life. Sonny realizes he is happy the truth is out. Will announces he wants to be a father to his little girl and adds he wants Sonny to be a part of her life as well! Sonny
is caught off guard.
- Chad returns to the hospital to make things right with Cameron. He argues he was after Gabi and is sorry he used confidential information
and others were hurt. He wants to make it up to him and suggests they do so for Lexie’s sake, given they are family. Cam considers. “I’ll try.” Chad appreciates it.
- Nick escorts Gabi to her room above the pub, and leaves to fetch her a milkshake. He opens the door to Abigail. Nick smiles perfect timing and
is glad she is there to see Gabi. Abigail enters and asks how she is. Gabi acknowledges her friend is rather caught in the middle, between Nick and Will. She thinks things are getting better and gushes she got a sonogram. Abigail is thrilled to hear it is a girl and also to hear that Nick plans for them to marry tomorrow. Gabi goes on to admit Chad might have been justified in holding a grudge against her, but she is ready to focus on the future, which suddenly seems bright.Abigail has other things on her mind. She remains a virgin and is no longer ashamed. This is who she is! Gabi remarks her own situation is almost opposite. She thought Nick would
not accept her having another man’s baby but he did accept it. He is so amazing, just like Abigail. She just knows she will find the man she loves. He will be lucky indeed.
- Lucas sternly tells Sami they must be there as a united front for their son. Agreed. He adds they must under no circumstances further alienate Gabi. Sami reluctantly agrees, then asks how they can help Sonny and Will. They are in love. Lucas feels they should stay out of it, frowns sometimes love is not enough and departs.
- Rafe returns to the pub and excitedly tells Nick he heard the news. Nick boasts he and Gabi are getting married tomorrow. Rafe appears surprised. Nick admits the one person who could have a problem with that would
be ...  Rafe assumes he means Sami, but Nick enlightens him. In his obsessed mind, the person who would have the biggest issue with him marrying Gabi so fast would be Will! Rafe takes it all in, clearly sensing something is not quite right.
- Will wonders if he was wrong to say that. Sonny thinks he should not have said it. Will emotionally declares he cannot stop loving him or wanting to be with him. He gets closer and implores him for another chance. “I miss you every minute. I miss you every day!” He suddenly reaches out and grabs him in a kiss ...
