Episode 12,015 In Europa … - Opera music plays as Stefano reads his Italian newspaper in his plush leather armchair. John Black the cat burglar sneaks in through the side door and suavely greets him. Stefano is impressed and greets what the wind blew in like an old friend. “How did I earn this nice surprise?” John cuts to the chase in his usual direct manner. He is there to discuss his daughter! Stefano’s face tenses. He casually asks about John’s family. John chuckles never a dull moment and he suspects Stefano already knows. He drawls he is here to put him on notice, because of his twisted snake of a daughter. Here is the warning for papa. If he assumes his daughters’ maniacal machinations will lead the phoenix to a window of opportunity with the fair Marlena, then he is sadly mistaken. Stefano’s eyes darken as he fears he has lost control of crazy Kristen yet again. However, he continues to play it cool. In Salem … - Brady and Kristen happily pause outside the café as she hugs him and forgives her apologetic lover for ever doubting her. Marlena watches from inside. Brady explains he must take off as he forgot his phone and has a Titan deal to seal. She gushes to do it fast and they kiss before he departs. Marlena walks out and Kristen is determined for a chat. She taunts her for spying on her and Brady and for losing her dear husband. Marlena refuses to engage. Kristen persists. Marlena calls her a bitch with sociopathic tendencies and starts to walk away. Kristen will not be brushed off and pursues. She gets her attention again when she leers she could become her daughter-in-law. Marlena calmly explains she has an eye to the future and knows exactly how this story ends! - Caroline joins Will at his pub table and brings up Gabi’s wedding. He sighs he knows he messed up. She agrees, but then insists on a hug - something she has wanted to do for a long time! She reminds Will that she and the family love him and nothing will change that! Will nods. He realizes she has questions. Caroline gets back to the bar and he moves his seat to the bar. She notes being there for the child is all that matters. She is elated when he whips out the baby pre-picture of the hospital sonogram and calls it the miracle of life. Will grins he felt her kick the other day. - Nick sits in his now dark room, ominously reading the internet news article about Lucas going to jail for shooting EJ. He flashes back to Lucas exclaiming he went to prison for Will, then decides he will prove it! He keeps searching online and sighs. He then shuts the laptop and tries to think of a way to get Will out of their lives, including the baby's life … - EJ and Sami are making out at her place. She gasps she wants him as he romantically carries her into the bedroom. They kiss and disrobe in the blue shadows, as though in a dream. But this is reality. Sami’s blue nails and fingers caress his face and they gasp together on the bed. “Feel the Heat” plays in the background as they kiss and come together on the bed, bathed in shadows ad longing. They later lie there in each others’ arms and he asks “Wot?” She sighs it was like something new. EJ murmurs he cannot tell her how many times he has dreamed of this … Sami blurts out she loves him … and even more importantly she trusts him. He grins he trusts her too and they kiss again. - At the hotel, Jen dutifully hands Dr. Dan the phone. Chloe lets him hear the recorded sound of Parker crying. Shirtless Dan is intense. She knows not what is wrong with their son. She claims he keeps looking at the foyer, as though he knows daddy is not there. Dan assures her she can handle it. Jen is sympathetic. Chloe pretends it has been going on all night and she cannot stop the crying. Jen understands. Dan agrees to head home. Chloe thanks him. He tells Jen he is sorry and this seems strange. Jen urges him to put his son first and call her after. He thanks her. The mood may be gone, but the relationship remains strong. Meanwhile, back at the house of Kiriakis, Chloe boasts to baby Parker that daddy is coming home! Enter Brady with a stare. He notes she does not seem pleased to see him and wonders what happened. She claims the baby was crying and just stopped. He is there as he forgot something, teases Parker he is a good little superhero, gets a small box, and heads out. Chloe whispers to Parker that daddy is on his way back. - Stefano insists he is over Marlena and has moved on. He drawls Kristen seems to have traded John for a new model. John sagely states to keep his passport handy, for he will need to come back and pick up the pieces for his daughter before long. Stefano muses it depends who will break who. John says ciao and departs. Stefano says ciao too. Stefano’s eyes mirror his concern. - Marlena calmly suggests Kristen will self-destruct in due time, when all her lies unravel right before her eyes. Then Brady will abandon her, the same way John did! - At the pub, little Johnny is pumped to see Will and asks what the picture is. Nick slithers downstairs as Will explains it is a baby. His baby. “I’m gonna be a dad.” Johnny is mesmerized. Nick frowns. - Sami and EJ are out of breath and giddy. He always knew that they would find their way back together. Sami laughs loudly about that. He suspects some people would not approve, however. Sami notes the kids would be thrilled and they are all that matters. Besides, others do not make the greatest choices. EJ now sits up and decides he should get going but Sami coyly points out the kids are at sleepovers and the night is young. He must stay! And so he does … - One they are alone, Nick casually asks Will what Sonny said when he heard it was a girl. Does he want to be any part of the baby’s life? Will stammers they have not actually had time to work things out. Nick acts sympathetic. Will would rather focus on helping Gabi thru her pregnancy. Marlena breezes in with a big hug for Will. He is glad to see her and goes to get Johnny from the kitchen so he can see her too. Marlena now asks Nick how he is doing. Fine. She remarks this is a tough transition stage for him. But Nick boasts he is marrying the girl of his dreams and starting a family. He excuses himself. Marlena’s eyes flicker with worry. - Kristen joins Jen at her coffee house table and notices her long face. They used to be friends and she thinks she deserves to be happy. She offers to help. - Dan returns and finds Chloe playing with little Parker at the house of Kiriakis. Chloe admits he is no longer crying. Dan wonders why she did not call. Chloe claims she did not know his peaceful moment would last. He wants a word to the side and remarks Parker does not have the signs of a boy who has been crying all night. And he is a doctor so he knows what he is talking about! - Sami sits up in bed and EJ returns with pizza bagels, wine, and candles. She calls him clever and he pours her a glass. She loves it. “To us!” He agrees and toasts to their new beginning. Sami now wants to try the other wine as well. - Marlena sits at a table with Will and brings up Nick. Is he agreeable with Will wanting to be in his daughter’s life? Will notes it was hard at first but he now accepts he will be there for her always! - Nick, meanwhile, is back at his computer, and smugly mutters at least Sonny is out of the picture. “One gay boy down, one to go!” He finds an article about Will’s arrest for the then assumed murder of Stefano DiMera. - Jen insists to Kristen she is confident her situation will work out. That is all she will say. Brady saunters in and grins it feels like old times. Ring ring! Kristen must step outside to take an unexpected overseas call.”Hello father.” He grumbles John Black paid him a visit and wonders why he was wasting his time. Kristen boasts her next move will be to convince Brady to propose and then dump him at the altar. Exasperated Stefano is relieved to hear that at least she does not plan to marry the idiot. Kristen concludes this will give John and Marlena a taste of their own medicine. “Karma’s a bitch!” - Brady suggests to Jen that he and Kristen get together sometime with Jen and Dr. Dan. Jen is rather elusive. He perceives her fancy dress and deduces they had plans that were called off. Jen admits she does have questions and adds she will have the answers soon … - Chloe insists Parker was crying and screaming Dan suspiciously asks when it started. After he left and then he cried nonstop for most of the hour. When did he get fed? The usual time. Did she bother to check his temperature? Did he have a fever? She did not wish to upset him. All of a sudden, playing Parker says DADDY. Dan the medicine man's attention is diverted. He is over the moon to hear his boy call him daddy for the first time. So is Chloe. - Sami is on the phone with little Johnny and promises she will see him tomorrow. She gets off the phone and EJ muses what an amazing kid he is. “We’re very lucky, you and I.” Johnny and Sydney prove they can do incredible things together. She drinks to that. He kisses her until his own phone rings and she smiles it is now his turn … - Jen the willing widow finally gets the call she has been waiting for … Read Part 2 of True Blue, plus Spoilers ...! |
