Episode 12,028 - Replay of Sami and Rafe arguing at the pub, Gabi’s subsequent pains in her stomach, Will standing by her side. “Oh my God the baby!’ she gasps. Rafe holds her hand. Sami wants to help but Rafe thinks she has done enough and wants her the hell out of there! Will seems to share the same opinion. They get Gabi to a chair and the young mom-to-be takes deep breaths, Will and Rafe beside her. Will wants to call the hospital. She notices the pain is going away. Rafe talks ambulance. Gabi insists she is fine. Nick rushes to his beloved’s side, concerned. Will goes to get her a glass of water. Sami suggests she lie down. Rafe tries to usher her out of there fast! Nick and Will both think the hospital is in order. Gabi suddenly smiles the baby just kicked and was probably reacting to her upset state. Nick wants the details. Will admits it was his mom … Nick now saunters over to Sami, who is still disagreeing with Rafe, and orders her to leave right now! Sami insists she is sticking around and no loser ex con will keep her away … Rafe is utterly exasperated. Nick issues her a warning so Sami reluctantly steps away. All of a sudden Gabi gets an even stronger attack. She needs the hospital stat! - At the hospital, anxious Abigail flashes back to the golden circle club situation and would like a word with Cam. She was talking to Courtney, who explained he asked about the club. He hopes she does not mind. She nervously smiles now he knows. He smiles he does. They go into the staff room to talk. He understands if she does want wish to say more … She wants to and tells him it was high school and …Cam tenderly tells her now that he knows, everything makes sense. She gets embarrassed. - Chloe arrives to pick up Parker at the house of Kiriakis and asks glam Maggie if she has spoken to Daniel in the last hour. Why? She and Jen had a … run-in. Maggie knows not about that but Dan is not exactly thrilled by how she upset Jen recently. Chloe claims she did not want to. Maggie accuses her of making Victor kick her out so she could race into Dan’s arms like a Greek tragedy. Chloe reminds her they used to be friends but Maggie no longer considers her a friend. Her son Dan is with Jen now and over her! Chloe snaps Jen lied. Maggie suggests she was provoked and dismisses the opera diva. - Dan cannot believe Jen actually thinks he can cut off all contact with Chloe and still manage to have a relationship with Parker. She insists this is the only way! He exclaims that would not be possible logistically. Jen suggests a nanny and Maggie as a mediator. Dan asks how she would feel if he said she could not have any contact with Jack. She may be out of line but Chloe is still the mother of his son! The medicine man feels Jen is overreacting but she stands her ground. Dan points out Chloe is hardly threatening her. Jen points out Chloe still believes he still loves her. He is therefore giving her the wrong signals. Dan is sympathetic and promises Chloe will not get to him. Jen should trust him when he says she will eventually give up. Jen begs to differ. If he does not set boundaries,Chloe will slowly but surely destroy them and she cannot go through it again! - At the rectory, Nicole begs fallen Father Eric to speak to her. The blood on his head makes her panic that he is dying. She whispers she loves him into his ear … The priest now groans and his eyes flutter open, Nicole raises her eyes to the heavens and emotionally thanks God. Eric is soon leaning against the desk, holding a towel to his head. The cut on his head is no longer bleeding. Nicole has dialed 911 and hopes for police brutality against the creep who did this. Eric is concerned about her welfare, while she is still beside herself that he could have been killed. She was simply desperate to wake him up. He murmurs he heard. She wonders what he heard and surveys him with her tormented eyes. He meets her tormented gaze. “I heard you call my name.” He also heard how worried her voice was. The man with the clerical collar and the girl in the black mini-skirt embrace. Enter Roman, asking if his son is alright. Nicole quips he was hit in the head with a cross. Eric jokes he is fine. A priest could not be badly hurt by a cross! That would be terrible publicity! Nicole is asked if she is alright. She gushes Eric saved her life and gives him a woeful look. Roman needs a description of the perp. Nicole is ready and willing to pick him out of a lineup. Roman notes it could take some time to find him. Eric remarks that for Nicole, time is an issue. She had said she was leaving town after all … - Abigail is not sure what Cam means. He explains he was referring to her previous behavior, when she was having a hard time dealing with their relationship. She diverts her gaze. He adds it is imperative they be honest .. Abigail suddenly says he is right. “I’m a virgin!” she exclaims. But they are not alone. Nurse Maxine clears her throat and informs the doctor there is an incoming emergency. He smiles at mortified Abigail and walks out. They will touch base later … - Gabi is wheeled into the hospital ER. Cam asks Nick, Will, and Rafe for an update. He learns she was arguing with Sami when the suspicious pains struck. Nick implores the doctor not to let anything happen to his beloved or the baby. Rafe spies Sami at the hospital too and growls at her to stay away. Will is also livid. Sami insists she would never do anything to hurt his child, he must know that. Will sighs he really does not know that and walks away. - Abigail heads for the Kiriakis mansion, looking for Aunt Maggie. Chloe is present and states Maggie is upstairs with Parker, getting him ready to go home. Abigail is confused. Chloe the siren smugly shares that she and Parker are now living with Daniel at his apartment! Abigail is rendered speechless. Does her mom approve? Chloe coldly states she has no say in the matter. Abigail calls her unbelievable and storms out. Chloe’s eyes narrow. Maggie returns and wonders why Abigail left without the baking pans. Chloe innocently muses maybe she had something on her mind … - Back at Horton house, Dan offers to tell Chloe to cease harassing Jen. Jen snaps she is just like an addict and she is having the time of her life so that would hardly work. Dan argues it would not be good for his son if he cut all ties with his mother. He already missed the first two years of his life. His son needs two parents he sees getting along. Jen would agree if not for Chloe. She is using Parker too and he will know it when he is older. Dan decides he is done. Jen wants to continue but he says to stop He will not give her what she wants right now! Jen believes her way is the only way. He will think over what she said here and they will talk tomorrow. That is all he can promise. He kisses her on the cheek and repeats they can talk in the morning, almost as if reassuring himself. Jen whispers she loves him. He touches her face and murmurs he loves her too. Then he is gone. Jen sits on the couch and cuddles a pillow. Dan pauses at the door with a sigh, considers going back, then thinks better of it and saunters off into the night. - At the hospital, Nick blames himself. He laments he should have been there to protect Gabi and the baby. Rafe notes there was nothing he could have done. Nick momentarily flashes back to hearing Will’s confession that he shot EJ. He leers there is indeed something he could do to keep Sami at bay! Rafe does not realize what he is referring to. Meanwhile, Will blasts Sami for lying to him, screaming at the pregnant girl, and leading to this. If anything should happen to his baby, he would never forgive her! Sami sincerely regrets her actions. Will exclaims no one else’s feelings ever seem to matter to her. Sami stammers she was doing it for him. He repeats he had everything worked out. He now cries what if something happens to his baby??? Sami cries too and hugs him, promising his little girl will be okay. - Gabi is in a hospital gown in a hospital bed as Cam and Maxine try to calm her and Cam listens for a heartbeat. The nervous girl begs them to tell her the baby is alright. - Nicole offers to remain in Salem until the perp has been caught and dealt with. Eric gasps and leans over in pain. He now groans he has to go to the hospital to check on a parishioner as promised. Roman stops him. Nicole declares she will drive him to the hospital - to see a doctor. Eric gasps in agreement. He knows she always gets what she wants in the end! - Dr. Kayla now assures Gabi her baby’s heartbeat is fine. Dr. Cam adds everything looks good for the baby. Kayla thinks she was dehydrated but she also needs to stay calm. They will do a few more tests. Gabi asks for Nick. Cam wants her to promise she will stay calm. She will. Kayla is not ready to prescribe medication but IV fluids will help. Cam and Kayla now go out and update Rafe, Nick, and Will, as Sami stands nearby. Kayla admits she wants to make sure this was not a prelude to premature labor. But they should not say anything to frighten the patient. They agree and Nick goes in. Rafe assures Will things sound okay. “For now,” sighs Will and gives Sami an accusing look. Nick goes in to see his beloved and informs her the doctors are optimistic. He continues to blame himself. Gabi disagrees. It was not his fault. Nick is not listening. He vows to protect her and the baby from this moment on! He kisses her tired head, reminds her he loves her, and quietly exits, a strange look in his eye. - Abigail heads home and rages about Chloe that manipulative bitch moving in with Dan. Jen explains Chloe had failed to admit Dan would not even be there, he would be staying at a hotel. Abigail cannot believe the games she plays. Jen hopes it will not be for much longer. - Chloe is sitting before the burning fireplace where she used to make mad, passionate love with Daniel. Now she has a toddler on her lap and calls Daniel, to say goodnight. Parker gets on the phone and she instructs him to say daddy I miss you. He does. Dan is touched. Chloe now invites him over … to read Parker a story and tuck him in. Dan pauses. - Will now thinks the baby will be fine and tells Sami, who is relieved. She has been in touch with EJ, who sends his best. Will asks her to leave Gabi alone about the paternity test and he does not mean just for tonight! She gasps she understands. Rafe comes by and Sami apologizes for upsetting his sister. Rafe remarks it was not all her fault. He should not have blown up. But she needs to understand … Sami gets she should stay out if it and sighs she learned her lesson. Rafe thinks that is good and coldly tells her to go home. Will agrees. Sami reluctantly departs, with a promise from Will to call if there is anything. Sami acts like she is leaving, but makes for the patient’s room, to apologize. She marches in her room as the guys confer out in the hall. Gabi is fast asleep. The sight of Sami is not a welcome one, however, and she wakes up with a start. This is not going to end well …!
