- At the Wilson apartment, EJ is happily filming Will holding baby Ari for his beloved Samantha. Will muses he is going to be careful who he shares this one with! EJ understands Sonny did not intend to send the video to his mother. Will agrees and adds he is trying hard to help Sami any way possible. EJ and Will wonder where he is. Once the baby is put to bed,
EJ insists Will should not confess his earlier crime to the police. It would change nothing. The only piece of mind his motha presently has is that William is safe and sound on the outside. Nevertheless, finding her a
break is proving to be a rather rocky road. Will tries to be positive. He is confident EJ is a man of action, and learned in his employ that he gets things done. If anyone can prove Bernardi was crooked, it is him! EJ promises to do everything possible to set Samantha free. He means it,
too.
- Handsome Sonny appears at exercising Sami’s jail cell and laments it is his fault she is locked in here! Sami the fit felon jumps up and will have none of it. He has been wonderful and Will and also she just love him! Sonny sighs it troubles him that Will is torn. He knows Sami was arrested cos of Bernardi and the fact that she was just trying to help him. Sami implores him to convince Will that is not the case. Will was only a kid when he shot EJ once upon a time. She would have done exactly the
same as Lucas. She now points out Sonny’s mom also tried to do right
by her son. Why, she would walk into a burning building for Sonny!
Sami the fierce mom can relate and urges Sonny not to throw away his relationship with Adrienne. Sonny is caught off guard.
- By the town gate, Justin wonders whether Adrienne deep down wants their marriage to be over! She denies it . He gets sarcastic about going behind his back with the video, and chides her for believing he would throw their son under the bus. She is upset he has been residing at the club for over a week. He explains he needs more time. She presses how long. He thunders he does not know. He calls her out of control. She screams Sami was the one who lied, not her. He rages she should have come to him with that video. She cries she is certainly not sorry she tried to protect their son and storms off. Justin stares.
- Chad babbles about maybe having a brain tumor and needing the final assessment of the specialist, who now informs him he can and will tell
him the truth. He has conclusive results. Chad later walks out and stares. He takes a deep breath and goes on his way.
- Abigail finishes kissing Cam at their park picnic and gasps wow. What did she do right? Cam pauses and admits he is not having the best day today. Abigail is sorry she is being so self-absorbed. He had believed she was more comfortable with Chad. She becomes insecure and he asks
why she kissed him back this time. He senses she is attracted to him though unsure of what she wants. That is true. She is grateful how nice
he has been. He is like a saint with a better body! Cam explains he did
not plan to pressure her. He was happy enough to spend time with her. She gushes about the great kiss. He agrees and she grabs his face for a repeat performance. Chad happens to come along and gets an eyeful of the passionate pair. He steps back lest he be seen. Abigail the innocent pulls away. Cam promises not to pressure her. She and she alone must decide between her two suitors. She hugs him and praises him for being better than she deserves. Chad now texts him to meet him at the pub. Cam excuses himself to meet with a patient, though he fails to say the name. Abigail hopes they will see each other soon and insists she will
have her decision soon. Cam suggests she take her time. He wants her
to be happy. She cannot shake the feeling that he is trying to push her toward Chad. Exit Cam. She now texts Chad that they need to talk.
Chad reads it on his way to the pub and sighs she must have made her
choice. He seems to think that would be Cam.
- Brady is at the Kiriakis mansion, assuring himself he can tell his father he is back with Kristen. Victor appears and rages he is making the same mistake twice! Kristen is a loon! Brady insists he knows what he is doing. Victor talks pain and heartache and rages he understands for he used to
be him! Brady peers at him. The Greek tycoon elaborates. He has had his fair share of dangerous women, including Vivian. Brady exclaims he is no fool. Victor insists nice gals like Maggie are not boring. All he has with Kristen the cuckoo is sex and his anger toward his father. It makes him a gullible idiot! Brady disagrees. The tycoon reminds him he promised his mother he would look out for him. Brady boasts he is a big boy so butt out! Victor drawls he is not going to share the news of his oh so happy reconciliation with his father and dares him to do it himself. Exit indignant Brady.
- At DiMera mansion, two adversaries face off. Marlena warns Kristen she cannot sink her claws into Brady again and storms in. Kristen boasts she has gotten away with much more! Like what? The she devil taunts she did something to her biological boy. Marlena demands to know what she has done to Eric! Kristen smiles sweetly. She gets a drink and informs her of their project at the church. Marlena is disgusted she is getting close to children. Kristen hisses she is just bitter her sons are on her side, in a sense in bed with her! She accuses her of lashing out for losing John. Their love affair is hissssssstory! Marlena laughs this matter is not related to John. Kristen leers he wanted her in bed and then moved far away to Europe. Marlena accuses her of trying to punish her. Kristen scoffs now John wants nothing to do with that tired old worn out... Marlena suddenly snaps and grabs her by the throat, choking the living daylights out of her!
- Ominous music plays as EJ walks outside the Brady pub and makes
a phone call, his eyes dark, his stance like a DiMera on a mission. He arranges to meet his man soon. It is about Joseph Bernardi.
- Sonny gingerly approaches upset Adrienne at the town square and says hello. Her eyes are red from crying as she says hi honey. She misses his coffee and also him. She asks about the baby. He joins her at her table and notes she is sleeping more. Adrienne cries she just saw his father and sobs she is going to lose him. Sonny is sympathetic. His mother is having a full fledged meltdown!
- Sami and EJ are kissing passionately between the bars. If only she could go home with him! He apologizes for his tardiness. She smiles Sonny the sweet guy came by. EJ has something from another sweet guy and shows her the Will and baby Ari video on his phone. She laughs when Will tells the baby to say hi to grandma. They both love her. Sami thanks EJ and laments she is missing so much. He whispers he knows and muses it will be over soon. Sami suspiciously wonders what he means. He explains he made a promise to William to get her home soon. Sami’s eyes widen and she is curious what he knows! He is elusive. Sami notices. He reminds
her they are the only two people who know the truth about Bernardi and one way or another the truth is coming out!
- As the hellcats struggle, Marlena calls Kristen a bitch. Kristen manages to push her away, boasting she has won for doc lost John and she now has Brady and Eric on her side. Marlena grabs her again and rages to stay the hell away ... Brady rushes between them and orders Marlena to stop. Her eyes wild, she exclaims she will do whatever she must to keep her family safe and dramatically departs, her head held high. Brady turns to sheepish Kristen and demands to know what the hell she is doing! She quips was the one under attack here! Brady accuses her of pushing buttons. Kristen becomes indignant.
- Weary Justin arrives at the Kiriakis mansion, where patriarch Victor would like a word. He finds out he is still staying at the club and asks
how tricks are. Justin notes that is all he has to say after a month of no speaking?! Victor muses he is just as foolish as Brady, being in league with the dastardly DiMeras. His wife Adrienne is more like the man of
the family than either of them! He sips his strong coffee. Justin would rather not continue the conversation. Victor rubs in the roll he is on. He calls him king of the mountain for helping EJ depose Stefano the great
and powerful. He clearly does not approve of EJ the upstart’s scheme
and goes on to add it should not have been Adrienne who had to protect Sonny from the Sami drama.
- Abigail plops herself on Will’s couch and asks about seeing two people
at the same time. Will explains he did make a baby with Gabi, but knew he belonged with Sonny. Abigail complains she has a problem, what with how she feels about Chad and Cameron. Will agrees it poses a problem, though not the biggest one in the world. The inexperienced girl admits she has never been in this situation. Will chuckles she has never had two guys after her, then suggests she put their qualities on a spread sheet in order
to compare. Abigail gushes both are great guys and they are all good friends too! So she thinks anyway.
- Chad is soulfully sipping his coffee when Cam arrives at the pub. Chad does not waste a minute and accuses him of making a move while he was with the specialist. Cam insists he did not make any move behind his back, then asks former patient Chad about what his new doctor said. Chad petulantly refuses to share. Clever Cam concludes there is no bad news then. Chad stares.
- Meanwhile at the outdoor café of the town square, Adrienne is in full meltdown mode. She admits she messed up and must pay the price! Sonny thinks that is not the case. She would rather change the subject to how her boy is. And how is Will? She wants all the latest little things. Sonny holds her hands and promises to share everything. He has missed being with her and talking to her. Like his mom, he feels the little things matter the most. They exchange I love yous and he tenderly wipes a few tears from her face.
- Marlena arrives outside Sami’s cell and Sami notes her pallor. Marlena claims she just rushed over. Sami asks about the children. Johnny has been teaching her about rocks and she can put those tiny shoes on the dolls now too. EJ gets a call and drawls he must leave. It just might be important. Sami kisses him and forces a smile. Once he is gone, she admits to her mother that she gets the feeling the longer she is in here,
the less chance she has of ever getting out!
- Brady accuses Kristen of being an agent provocateur. She insists she
has the right to defend herself and rages at him to leave her house. Brady shuts the door and comes back, grabbing her in a passionate kiss. She returns his kiss with equal ardor.
- Will is admiring the sleeping baby in the bassinet when Sonny comes in, so glad to be home. They missed each other and kiss.
- Abigail wonders why oh why Chad is not returning her text.
- Meanwhile, at the pub, Cam urges Chad to tell him what the specialist said. Chad lowers his voice. No one else can know this ... He does not want pity. He casually claims he is dying from a brain tumor. Cam is sorry. Chad adds that means Cam will get the girl and walks out. Cam covers his face with a hand. But was Chad really telling the truth ...?
- Justin exclaims he is defending Sami, who is innocent, and she is Bo's niece. Victor only cares about his family. Justin snaps to show him the respect he deserves. The head of the Kiriakis empire drawls that would
be asking too much.
Ouch!
- Marlena confides to Sami that just this once, she is mighty relieved EJ is a DiMera for he will manage to move heaven and earth to get her home
to her children!
- EJ meets with his man in the park. He solemnly states he knows for a fact that Joseph Bernardi was a crooked cop and he is counting on him to prove it!
- Kristen and Brady are all over each other. She flashes back to her passion with his priestly poisoned brother and he asks what is the matter. "Nothing," she pants. And so they take it to the desk ...
