Hot he-man Zander is tired from tending to the great Kiriakis outdoors. He is helping his sweaty self to orange juice when Theresa appears. She warns him he is not supposed to be in the house. He rants she had betta not rat him out. Theresa gets a deliciously devilish idea ... Meanwhile Brady opens the front door of the mansion to Nicole, who gushes she has got something for Zander. Her payback is now in progress ... Abigail the mother-to-be serves Ben a homemade breakfast. Big Ben shoves a box at her and tells his bewildered bride-to-be that it is an early wedding gift. Abigail opens it and looks at the tickets to Las Vegas. She finds it funny until he tells her he is dead serious ... At DiMera mansion, Stefano slyly suggests Chad spend some time out of the office and seek out Abigail on this hot summer day. After all, that one is the future. Chad responds with sarcasm about the DiMeras being in jeopardy. Stefano snaps to act like a DiMera or get the hell out. Chad insists they are financially sound and offers to show him the books to prove it. Stefano stands firm about the fair Abigail being the key to the future of the DiMera dynasty. Chad scoffs about her land. Stefano reminds him he is in love with the girl ... Eric spies Serena emerging from Caroline's room and continues to fawn over his former flame for saving the matriarch. He even supports her in her quest to continue her project here in town ... Theresa claims she and Zan have something in common - namely that no one trusts them and they are kept on a leash. She bats her lashes and gives him a look of longing, smiling she needs him to go for a drink sometime. Nicole and Brady step into the living room. Brady rages at the dangerous one for daring to be indoors. They argue about whether or not he has orange juice rights and Nicole smugly serves him notice of a civil suit against him today! Brady acts bewildered the original notice did not make it past the front gate. Zander gasps he has not got anything to give. Nicole cares not, she wants payback, especially if it includes prison. The case goes to court in an hour. Theresa takes it all in ... Abigail updates Ben on how it bothered her to hear he had boasted to Chad they were moving to California without respecting her answer, which ended up being a no. There is no need to run away from Chad anyway. After she realizes Ben was after a rushed wedding to avoid her walking down the aisle in a progressed pregnant state, Abigail gets even more upset. Ben consoles his crying fiancee and promises to give her the wedding of her dreams right here in Salem ... Stefano can see his last son is in pain. Chad intends to respect Abigail's choice, which was Ben. Stefano insists Abigail is his son's destiny. Chad has had quite enough and calls Abigail to set the record straight for Stefano, who is smiling slyly ... As Abigail merrily makes her wedding guest list, including Ciara as well as Jordan, her phone rings. Ben watches like a hawk when she answers and assures someone she will be there soon. Then she ends the call and fibs to Ben she must give something in at the hospital for the foundation. Ben pouts but plays along. The truth is that Abigail was summoned to the DiMera mansion by Chad, for an urgent matter. Ben watches his frazzled fiancee take off and then checks his app that tracks her every move. He is hot on her trail ... Chad invites Abigail into the mansion. Stefano smiles. Chad sarcastically states he wants to set the record state. Abigail stammers as she already explained she is getting married. Chad agrees and adds he is going to take care of it so she never has trouble from the DiMeras again ... Nicole heads to the hospital to hand Serena her summons to the civil suit. She is dismayed when Eric defends her, since he too was almost killed ... Back at the house of Kiriakis, Theresa seems to have scored a victory with Brady. He is interested as she talks about sleeping Tate, then demands to know what went down with Zander. Theresa innocently says nothing. The billionaire baby daddy notes she should stay away from Zan the dangerous man and heads to court to keep an eye on him ... Serena loses her cool with Eric after she has lost in court. It bothers the former father that she was considering using money from the blood diamonds. She is unhappy she has to pay all that cash to Nicole now and snaps at Eric to stay away from her. She then sweetly states she is sorry. Zander perceives the pair at the town square and confronts Serena. He blames her for everything. Serena screams he was the one who attempted to murder Nicole. He thunders that was because she did not do what she was supposed to. Eric orders the hothead to leave ... Chad tells the tale of how father wanted him to wed the fair Abigail for her fortune, which he read about in a will. Once her old nanny expires, she is inheriting a piece of land that is priceless and tantamount to the survival of the DiMeras. His voice oozes sarcasm. Abigail is aghast Stefano saw the will and angrily advises him she will NEVER sell the land or anything else from the nanny she loved. Outside Ben is lurking in the rose garden, trying to find a window to look through ... Inside, as Stefano fumes, Chad taunts father will have to find another acquisition. He adds Abigail will not be bothered by the DiMeras again and assumes she has packing to do. Abigail points out she is actually staying in Salem and impulsively states she is having Ben's baby. Stefano almost falls off his chair. Chad gasps and gently asks if she is sure. She sadly states she got a paternity test so she is positive. Chad woefully wishes her and Ben all the best, gushing she is going to be a beautiful mother. They are both in tears as she takes her tragic leave ... At the square Nicole asks Brady to celebrate but he suspects she is stressed. In spite of her victory, Nicole laments she has had to sleep with the lights on since Zander's attack. He hugs her and gives her a pep talk, though her eyes reflect the realities of her PTSD ... Zander storms into the Kiriakis mansion mad as hell about losing. He tells sympathetic Theresa he has no money to pay Nicole as ordered and suspects he will be sent to prison. Theresa now makes her move and tells him she can make him feel better. She kisses him on the lips and he responds like any hot-blooded loon ... On her way out of the DiMera mansion, Abigail overhears the terrible tongue lashing Stefano gives Chad ... Eric and Serena head for the pub, at his suggestion, so they can forget about the drama of her day ... Theresa coos Zan is a tiger. He takes her to the sofa and opens her top. Just as Brady enters, she cries to stop and slaps him across the face. Brady springs into action. He grabs Zander and throws him across the room ... Father phoenix is FURIOUS. He accuses Chad of NOT being a true DiMera. Chad mouths back he was born a DiMera but not raised as one. Stefano considers him a disgrace to the clan and KICKS HIM OUT FOR GOOD ... Abigail arrives home, where Ben awaits. He asks about her outing but she avoids giving him any details and goes to get changed. Ben knows exactly where she was and it enrages him. He takes out the tickets to Vegas and tears them up ... Nicole faces off with Serena when she sees her at the square. Eric sympathizes with Serena, since she did save Caroline, but Nicole cannot let her involvement slide. She taunts her to pay up ... Zander comes to his feet and suggests Brady is a fool. Brady punches him unconscious and then tenderly sits at Theresa's side ... Brady's Take and Theresa's Bold Move Chad DiMera has lost the girl he loves and now his home.
