He wants him to keep tabs on Nicole full time. Will wonders about school. EJ drawls he will have to take a leave of absence. Marlena steps up and suggests EJ take the leave of absence! He had no business ordering Will to skip classes. EJ assures them he has William's best interest at heart and agrees to work around his schedule. He grins he is the only one who is doing good for the young man, giving him the autonomy he needs. Marlena gets her back up and wants to know what he means, but EJ suspects she already does. Will intervenes and then goes to get coffee. EJ assures her he cares about William. She thinks he only cares about himself. He explains he considers him a stepson and wants him to have the opportunity to be who he is. And she knows what he means. He will never take advantage of that situation. Marlena solemnly states she hates that he is working for him but she must accept his choice. He thanks her. She warns EJ to watch his step with her grandson. When EJ is gone, Will returns to the table and sits with Marlena, remarking she scared him off. She admits she is feeling overprotective. He claims he does not need protecting. She wonders if he is working for EJ because he knows his secret. Will snaps to back off and let him have some space, with all due respect. - Billie and Dan walk and talk at the town square. He praises her for being there for Bo. He calls her a nice young lady. She laughs he is not the kind of man she can take home to mama. He teases she is beyond that! He now brings up rescheduling their coffee date. She is all for it. He is pleased. Dan appears to have found someone new to smile about. - John and Gina admire the ostentatious egg. They will sell it and live the high life. John starts to kiss her passionately. They kiss on the sofa until something catches his eye. Tis a photograph of Marlena. He cannot take his eyes off of her. Gina notices. She gets undressed and heads for the shower. John tells himself it is just a photograph and walks away from it. All of a sudden, his life with Marlena flashes before his eyes. He looks at the photo again, having regained his will and his memory. "DOC," he gasps. John Black is back! - At the pub, Lucas agrees that he and Sami are in each others' head. After all, she gave him two children. However, his present life is in Hong Kong. She implores him to stay. He snaps she is in crisis only because she has no man in her life. She will have to get herself out of the mess she made! She stops him from walking away and advises him not to patronize her. She reasons his kids need him. Besides, he is the only one who gets her. He bitterly notes she always wants him to drop things when she has a problem. And if Rafe took her back, she would vanish again. She insists she needs an ally. Lucas wants her assurance that is all there will be between them, for their ship of romance sailed long ago! Sami reminds him his mom was threatening to throw her in prison, hence her going over the top. And if she is in jail, who will get the kids? His girl should come here so he can stay. They cannot have EJ being a father figure to Will. Lucas agrees. He will discuss the idea with Autumn, pointing out she is his fiancée. He steps away to make the call. EJ suddenly rushes in. He now drops a bomb on Samantha. Their almost exes are going to have a baby! - Lexie collapses in Abe's arms on the sofa. He tries to revive her. Once she stirs, he wants to take her to the hospital. She sits up and flat out refuses to go anywhere. He insists they have to do something and calls Dr. Dan to take a look. Dan will see him soon. He informs Billie he must go check out Lexie. Billie understands. He will text her later and heads for the Carver house. Billie now gets a call from ISA Agent Spencer. She has got something he will be wanting to see, though not over the phone! - Abe gets Lexie a glass of fresh orange juice. Her vision is momentarily blurred, though she fails to mention it. Everything, she fibs, is fine! - Dan is at the Carver house, checking Lexie's heart. It sounds good. He takes a look at her vision. Enter Theo. He wonders what is the matter with mommy. Abe holds his son. He assures him mommy will be okay. Lexie pretends it is no big deal. Dan lets Theo sit next to her. The doc now asks her to look up. He did not find anything but would like her to schedule a complete physical. - Billie meets jogging Spencer by the flowers and hands him secret photos she took at DiMera mansion. The documents reveal that Stefano invested a great amount of money in arms just after John's funds were embezzled. Spencer notes it would have been more up his alley than investing in something else. They now discuss John and Hope being MIA. Billie has left Hope many message and knows she would have answered if she were able, for she had heard Bo was in a bad state! - Will informs Marlena he has decided the risks with EJ are worth it. She is sorry she has been treating him like a 12 year old. He is amused. She admits it concerned her how he raced off the other night. He explains he was feeling suffocated by everyone telling him how to live his life. When people tell you how to be comfortable with who you are, it only makes it harder. He, however, is in a good way today and is about to make his official admission to her ... - Sami suspects EJ is just trying to upset her and reminds him that Nicole cannot have kids. EJ states they are calling it a miracle. Sami notices they said THEY. "She is really pregnant?" For sure. Sami sits down with tears in her eyes. This is what she and EJ get for what they did.
