Abe reassures worried Lexie that they do have 200 folks searching. Stefano approaches with Kate. He got their message. What has happened to Theodore? After they have heard the story, Stefano is most displeased Theo ran away because of Ciara. How can he help? Abe asks him to stay with Lexie, as he needs to go to the station to check with Roman. Before he departs, Stefano wants a word. He agrees with Kate that they should not upset Lexie, but he wants him to warn Roman that if anything happens to his grrrandson because of that stupid little girl ... Abe drawls there is surely no need for stupid threats and takes his leave. Stefano now asks Lexie if she would like to come to the house to relax. She senses he gave Abe a hard time and gets mad. The phoenix growls he is condescending and she has no right to get at him. She accuses him of barking orders. He snaps he wants his grandson found. Lexie points out he should treat her husband with respect. "Do not turn this into the freakin Stefano DiMera show!" The phoenix retorts he can handle her taking out her upset on him. She warns him not to talk to her husband like that. The phoenix angrily explains he did not even raise his voice, then decides to tell her his concern. When Theodore comes home, it is not a good idea for him to spend time with the troubled Brady child anymore. Lexie disagrees. He reminds her Ciara endangered Theo's life. Lexie insists she only fled as she has been through hell. The phoenix states that is not the boy's problem. He resents she made it Theodore's problem. If Ciara feels she must run away due to her wack job mother, she should leave him out of it! Enter Victor, demanding to know what he just said about his granddaughter. One he finds out what has happened, he offers to call his people. Kate thinks they do not need to take over. Stefano vows to find those kids. Each heavy whips out his phone in order to get something done, ignoring Kate's plea for them to cease and desist. - At the Brady house, Hope stops trying to call Ciara and laments to Bo their daughter could not be so mad as not to answer her phone. She fears the worst. Bo consoles her. Perhaps she turned it off or lost it. Hope promises to be strong. They will get through this as a team. She frowns. "She just wanted us to be a happy family." And they were! If only they had had the chance to tell her. Bo believes when she sees them again, she will feel their love and know. He heads out to meet with Roman. Hope starts to weep. Elegant Julie soon comes over and assures Hope they will find her daughter. They hug. Hope updates her on why Ciara ran away. Julie insists things will be just fine and asks Hope to have faith. Alice, Tom, Hope's mother, and Zack will all listen to their prayers ... - Bo approaches busy Roman and Abe at the pub. Roman steps out to see about an Amber alert. Bo confesses to Abe how worried he is about Hope. This is a strain on her. Abe suggests he be with her. Bo reasons that by leaving her alone, he is showing her he thinks that she is strong. Abe wonders if he really believes that ... - Outside the Cheatin Heart, Mel does not want to tell Dan the deets of the reward, so as to jinx it. They enter the establishment and spot Chloe ordering a drink. Mel excuses herself and steps away for a moment. Dan stares and walks toward Chloe. Se slurs hello and gets another martini. He asks how Parker is. Fine. She is just passing the time. She laughs like a drunk that he does not seem to approve of her decision. Dan sits down and reminds her she is on medication, trying to get custody of her baby, and is drinking in public. What if the social worker came in? She retorts he can leave if he does not like looking at her. "What are you doing, honey?" asks Dan. Chloe laments everyone thinks her son is better off without her. Mel approaches. Dan goes out, realizing he is not getting anywhere. Mel warns Chloe that she is playing into Kate's hands. Chloe bitterly suggests she talk to Phillip. Mel does not know why she even tried and sarcastically says to keep on drinking and feeling sorry for herself ... - At the loft, Gabi flies at Rafe 2. Will wants to know how his mom took the news of his leaving. He drawls she does not yet know. However, she herself took off with Johnny and Sydney cos she is fed up and realized they need some time apart. That way, maybe they will stop having the same fights. "It's kinda like a sabbatical." Gabi wants to know if he is coming back. Rafe 2 asks do they think he would walk out on his family? Dario enters and quips is that not what he is doing! He tells him off for not doing anything about Mel being threatened by Arianna's killer. Rafe 2 gets sarcastic and takes another drink of beer, taunting his brother for his loser life. Gabi snaps who the hell is he! Dario gets angry and speaks in Spanish. Gabi is upset "Rafe" did not do anything about Ari's killer. Rafe 2 points out he handed the case to a good cop and warns Dario not to ever question how he felt about their sister. At least he was around. Gabi snaps if Ari heard him talking to his brother like that, she would hate it. Dario declares this guy is not Rafe, he is just a self-righteous jerk who looks like him. Rafe 2 bids them adios, taunts Dario he can pretend to be a grown up now that he is gone, walks out, and puts on his sunglasses. Gabi implores Dario to stop him. He refuses. Will thinks letting him go and have a time out might not be a bad idea. Dario tells his sister he is sorry if he made things worse and departs to help Mel track down the killer. Gabi asks Will if he knows what is happening. He does not. Gabi hugs him. Outside, Dario is emotional. - In his white room at the asylum, real Rafe is doing pushups. Enter his handler with news. "You're getting out of here!" To arts and crafts class, for his exemplary behavior. Rafe seems pleased he will be able to get out, at least for a little while. Exit the odd handler, after grinning this is how Picasso got his start. Once alone, Rafe holds the key and mumbles about being "creative." He clearly has something in mind! - Outside the tent, Theo finally wakes up Ciara. Her head hurts. He lets her know the phone was ringing. Ciara reminds him he cannot answer it, as they have to do this by themselves. He drops the phone. Ciara stands up and tells him she knows she is right. She is never going home again, cos her parents have to be together. Theo wants to go home. Ciara does not. Theo decides to call his daddy, then picks up the pink phone, which is now broken. No more chance of communicating! - At the hospital, Bo coolly informs Victor and Stefano that they will be doing things HIS way only! - Dan woefully sits on a bench at the pier. Mel asks if they can eat at the hospital cafeteria and nervously glances around. He notices that she looks scared and would like to know why. Mel admits she found the killer, who threatened her there. He had followed her. He threatened to hurt her. Dan wants a description. He was wearing a mask. When he learns he was armed, Dan mutters "Good God!" Mel adds Dario showed up and fought him, then he ran away. Dan drawls the story just keeps getting better and better. Mel knows Dario is not his fav person, but he saved her. Then Rafe blew them off at the station. Dan thinks she should take back the reward. He suddenly gets paged for emergency surgery. Mel refuses to leave with him and states she is going home. She is sure the guy will not bother her again. - Real Rafe has just finished a rudimentary picture of a tree. When the handler praises it and exits, he sneakily whips a few markers out from his sock and pulls the cap off one. It is blue. - At the kiddy campsite, Ciara does not think they need the stupid phone anyway ... - Bo is on a call with Hope. She tells him how Julie came by, assures him she is fine, and asks him to concentrate on the search. They exchange I love you's. - Back the hospital, Victor explains to Bo he could have helped with his vast resources. Bo mentions his lack of restraint. Bo now informs both Victor and Stefano that there are people who look for runaways, so he does not want it to be known that their grandkids are out there alone. They must do nothing! Stefano turns and declares he does not have to listen to this. Lexie steps forward and points out he does have to listen to her! She insists that Bo is in charge and they must back off. Bo promises he will find the kids and bring them home. - At the Brady house, Julie goes to call Doug, after which she will make Hope something to eat. Hope cradles a picture of her missing daughter, opens the front door, and wishes her daughter will come home before it gets dark ... - Back at the kiddy camp, Ciara and Theo realize they are out of food. - Chloe calls Kate from the Cheatin Heart and snaps at her not to dare hang up on her. Kate proceeds to sneakily record the conversation. - Back at the loft, Will tries to make Gabi feel better. He has decided he will not tell Sami Rafe is gone. Instead, he will give him half a break to let him sort things out. Hopefully he will get home before Sami and she will never need to know ... - Rafe 2 saunters smugly into the pub and approaches boss Roman. He is taking a leave of absence. Roman retorts no he is not, cos he cannot now approve it! - Meanwhile, real Rafe is taking apart blue markers in the sink, as part of his escape plan. - Mel sits alone at the pier. All of a sudden, a man's hand clamps down on her shoulder. She freezes ...! Next on Days of Our Lives Tuesday Preview 1: "Just what is it that you think you know about me?" Rafe 2 drawls to Roman. Tuesday Preview 2: "Do you know how much I would give to have what you have!" Taylor shakily tells Nicole. Tuesday Preview 3: "Damn you, Kate! Damn you to hell!" Chloe slurs into the phone as Kate deviously records every word. |
