| Monday, May 2, 2011 up by 5:05 pm est April 29 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! The Pretenders - At the loft, Rafe 2 is checking his phone. Sami comes back and notes he cleared all his stuff out. Seems like he was moving out! And where was he going? He drawls he was going to come back. Sami woefully states he took all of his clothes. When would he have come back? She admits she had felt angry and confused, as he was. She got to thinking maybe there was a reason he acted the way he did. Maybe he was trying to push her away to save her from himself and all he is going through. Rafe 2 now hears she wants to save their marriage! He wonders what changed her mind. She does not want a future without her husband. She cannot grow old without the man she loves. He drawls they can start over. He gets close and murmurs for her to be with him then. They kiss. She hesitates, then decides she needs to call and check on the kids. When she returns, he is downing beer and murmurs they have talked enough. He kisses her neck and drawls he is a man of action. Sami tells him to unpack. He continues coming onto her. Sami excuses herself to get the luggage. Rafe 2 now makes a call to Dario and summons him to the loft. He will tell him why he is still in town ... Sami comes back and the mood is tense. She will do his laundry with hers. He wants her to have energy for their talk. She quips she will be fine and goes in the other room. Dario arrives and asks if his bro is back for good. Rafe 2 grins and states it is up to him! They talk outside the door. Rafe 2 states he plans to work things out, then loudly begs his brother not to tell anyone what happened cos if Sami ever finds out he cheated, she will never give him another chance. Of course, Sami has overheard! Dario promises not to say another word about his sleeping with another woman last night. Sami takes it all in. The cheating details emerge. Rafe 2 claims he wants a fresh start. Dario reminds him Sami loves him. He must go now, as he is starting a new job tending bar at the Cheatin Heart. He warns Rafe 2 he has his eye on him and departs. Rafe 2 sniffles smugly and walks back inside, where Sami the warrior awaits! - At the asylum, the orderly must deal with Stefano, who knows he left his pass key in the prisoner's cell, then got another one to cover. The phoenix wonders how to handle such incompetence. The orderly points out they did track the prisoner, who fell into the ravine and died. Stefano glances at the guard. "Has the body been found?" Negative. Stefano is therefore doubtful. Hernandez is a clever man. The orderly points out he did not even know his name. The phoenix impatiently explains memory loss is no measure of a man's cunning and intelligence. He considers Rafe a force to be reckoned with. He demands the incompetents find the body and then never cross his path again! - Rafe comes to his feet in the ravine and staggers off, though the key has fallen! He staggers some more and realizes he dropped his key. He finds it, but is out of any strength to go on. - At the mansion, Nicole flashes back to seeing EJ and Tay kissing. EJ asks if she is alright. She blinks back to reality and cheerfully asks what is new with the two of them. They exchange a look. EJ announces he has something to discuss and asks Tay to give them a moment alone. Nicole replies she should not go, as she already knows what he plans to tell her and she wants her little sister present! She states that they need to discuss where Taylor will live, now that Fay is gone. EJ does not understand. She had insisted why she should stay there. Nicole explains she knows how they feel about each other. Tay stammers she is sorry and Nicole declares it is EJ's fault for their nasty feud. She first noticed it at the wedding. Tay stammers she did not realize it was that obvious. Nicole points out sometimes people do not hit it off, and every time Taylor is in the room, he clams up. She reminds him how much having her sis in her life means to her. Tay begs her to stop. She does not deserve her praise! Nicole innocently asks why she would say such a thing. EJ wants Tay to give them a moment. Nicole now gets a call and agrees to a meeting right away. She lies it was Chloe, who needs her. EJ snaps this is important. She snaps so is Chloe, and when the man you love dumps you, you need to know you can depend on your friends! Exit Nicole. Tay is a wreck. EJ wonders what she knows. This is how she acts when she is hiding something. Tay does not think they should do this now. EJ asks if she really wants to continue with the deception. Negative. EJ explains there will never be a right time to tell. Enter Stefano, surprised they are not at Alexandra's celebrating, given that Theo and Ciara were found. Tay goes off to see Lexie. Stefano is now curious if his son has told Nicole about the divorce plans. No. Stefano reminds him that one knows where all the butcher knives are. The talk turns to the person who found Theodore. "Our Rafael replacement is back!" The phoenix sighs he ordered him to get out of town and has not heard from him since. EJ concludes that he stumbled upon the kids. And what about the real Hernandez? They still have not found a body. EJ wants them to get Rafe 2 out of town before this whole thing blows. Stefano muses how incompetent Bo Brady is. EJ wonders if Samantha would even stay with the imposter. Stefano remains concerned. - Nicole meets her man at the pier. Rafael had donated to the blood bank and the DNA matches! Nicole is triumphant, armed with the documented proof that Rafe was the secret prisoner in the basement! She knows this is what Fay knew and wonders what to do with the information. Taylor appears. She is on her way to see Theo and Lexie and invites her. Nicole turns her down. Tay sees something is wrong in her eyes. Nicole wants her to leave her alone and walks off. - Abby joins Will, T, Gabi and Kinsey at the pub. The teens are studying for high school finals, Abby stares when Chad enters. The teens are keen to have advice regarding school and university. Chad drawls Abby is the right person to ask, as she knows what is best for everyone, and walks off. The gang wonder what she did to make him so cold! Abigail follows him to his table and is not happy how he embarrassed her. He thinks she played him about the internship cos of his father! Meanwhile, Gabi notices Kinsey looks glum since her mother called. Kinsey complains her boozing father's business is going bankrupt. They have lost everything. That means there is no money for her tuition anymore. No college! While getting coffee, Will and T talk about living on campus and the fact that Will's apartment is without adults at the moment. T states if he had a hot girl like Gabi, he would make use of it Will smiles slightly. Abby comes clean to Chad about why she decided it was best for him not to do the hospital internship. There is no pay, unlike what he would rake in at DiMera Enterprises. Chad no longer minds her about-face, but asks her to be up front in the future. He adds he knows she has issues with his clan. Abby admits she fears they will turn on him and she does not want it to happen. Kinsey walks out, upset about her situation, with T in hot pursuit. Will sits with Gabi and nervously asks her to go back to the apartment. No one is there. Gabi smiles and agrees. They gather their things. Chad smiles, telling Abby he is a big boy. It's not like they are boyfriend and girlfriend anyway. Besides, the DiMeras will not hurt him. Abigail argues that big bad Stefano DiMera could pull the rug out from under him anytime. Chad thinks she is transferring her upset about her father hurting her. Abby agrees Jack did hurt them. He seems to be a big kid who lost interest in his family. Chad is sorry. However, all Stefano is is a piece of paper. He cannot hurt him. He appears pleased, however, about her concern. - Tay follows Nicole in the Cheatin Heart and again asks what is wrong. Nicole wants to be left alone. Taylor presses what has upset her. She is ready to hear what she has to say. Nicole doubts that is true. They sit at a table together and Nicole acts nice, pretending to trust only her. What she has to tell her will freak her out! - Gabi and Will have gotten texts that Rafe and Sami are back at home and trying to fix things.Looks like Will is spending the night at Caroline's, though he is glad his mom and Rafe are talking. He appears relieved. - Back at the loft, Rafe 2 offers to make Sami lunch, like the old Rafe. She quips the old Rafe didn't bed sl*ts in their home. Did he do that??? - Back at the mansion, Stefano suggests EJ postpone asking Nicole for a divorce, given this new complication. Absolutely not! The phoenix sighs. - Outside, Rafe has lost consciousness again. A figure slowly gets a closer look ... Next on Days of Our Lives "If you do to this to Nicole, you are going to suffer for it for the rest of your life!" Stefano warns EJ. "He'll never be capable of loving anyone!" Nicole quietly tells Taylor. "You crossed a line and I am not gonna let you get away with it!' Sami accuses Rafe 2. |
