He was expecting a Martin but Madison got the headhunter to dupe him! She smiles she wanted desperately to see him and wonders if he will throw her out. All she needs is five minutes of his time. He growls he would have gladly given her the rest of his life. But that was then this is now! He walks away. She follows him in and he bitterly reminds her she has her sugar daddy. She insists they (she and Brady) are not over. Matter of fact, she even asked Ian for a divorce as they still have profound feelings for each other, herself and Brady. He snaps the woman he fell for never existed. He kicks her out, though she remains. She lists all the nice things he did for her and wonders how he can walk away from what they had. Her marriage to Ian is meaningless. The only thing coming between them now is HIM! Brady considers, his eyes softening a tad ... - Kate is at the mansion, lamenting about Stefano being gone. Ding dong! She calls for maid Mary, who is nowhere to be seen. Tis Ian. She wants him to go away as she is married, but he claims he is there on business, no more no less. He arrogantly enters and she accuses him of trying to make trouble. He sarcastically flirts. She wants nothing. He quips it could save her company and starts to leave. She stops him. "What is it?" He now drops a bomb. She cannot trust her employee Samantha. Kate laughs she already knows about Sami. But she hired her after a falling out with Madison. Ian clarifies that the falling out was a fraud, a setup if you will. Sami has been reporting back to Madison. She has been played! Kate pauses. He must be telling tall tales. Ian points out her hire is no longer with Mad World, if it is any consolation. Kate argues it was her idea to hire Sami. She gave her an opportunity when she was down and out and now she owes her. Ian informs her it was an intricate, cleverly orchestrated setup, during which time Sami found herself collecting two paychecks. He assumes she might wish to thank him and adds he hopes she will not let them get away with trying to ruin her company. Kate is dubious. What is in it for him if she destroys the company of the woman he is married to? All he will say is that he likes to keep CEOs on their toes ... - Cheerful Sami meets Will at the town square to talk. She alludes to wanting to see his new place. No answer. They sit and she eagerly offers him coffee. She is sorry she has been too preoccupied to focus on him and asks how he is. He sarcastically grins he is great. She knows how he feels about walking in on her and EJ. He gets up to leave. She promises not to talk about that anymore. He sits back down. Sami explains she knows something major is going on with him. But Marlena did not say what it was. Like always, he can tell her anything. She urges him to talk to her, the way he can with Marlena. He drawls she does not make it easy. She gasps he had a weird life since she was so young as a mother. She recalls how many times she feared Kate would take him away. Will wonders why she is now working for her. Sami continues with her own discussion. Her fear of losing him was what prompted her to sometimes hang onto him too tightly. They have had problems in the past, but she wants them to get over them. She knows she may have lost Rafe, though she refuses to accept that she might lose her son too. "I just wanna be your mom again." Will blinks. Sami understands what it is like to carry around someone's secret. He must hate her. He does not deny it. She thinks he seems to have a problem that is making him feel isolated. He can tell her anything and she will have his back. All she asks is another chance. Will confesses he is rather messed up. He has confusing feelings he cannot rid himself of. And his life is hard now. How so? He feels like he is headed down a steep hill. Sami assures him he is strong and can survive anything. Fortunately he gets his strength from his dad. Will is not sure what else to say. Tender music is heard in the background. Sami insists she is there should he need to talk. He nods. Things are going well until she brings up how he confided in Marlena before her and maybe others too. Will now feels this is really all about her, like usual! He bolts. Sami goes after him. He is angry with her for always thinking of herself. She insists she thinks of her kids. He bitterly brings up her tryst with EJ. He hopes that he really is like his father Lucas and not her! Sami gasps she wants them to rewind. Will, however, does not think he can trust her and never will again ... - John walks into the Alamanian hotel room with coffee for two, only to get an eyeful of Hope getting dressed, presently clad in her black bra. He turns around and they agree Stefano arranging for them to only get one room will accomplish nothing! Hope has finished dressing and sips her coffee. They are preparing for a visit to the courthouse. John suspects it will not be easy. Hope assumes Stefano will have all kinds of tricks to block it. John feels he has a motive and they will soon find out what it is! They exit together. John and Hope are later trying to be optimistic about all the delays at a crowded restaurant. They are unaware that they are being watched. They study the menu and John complains about the final divorce decree taking two weeks, as per the clerk. What the hell are they doing here anyway! Hope sighs last time she was here she was Princess Gina and she remembers nothing. John, however, can remember what kind of salad she liked back then. He is having déjà vu and thinks it is the same for her too. His eyes narrow. John later returns from a phone call with a lawyer, who remembered them. Hope confesses she too is starting to remember things, like the Gothic statue of an angel at a cathedral where she used to go. John thinks they should check it out later. The memories might help them understand more. Hope agrees. She decides to make a long distance call to Bo. Worried John asks her to stay where he can see her. Hope walks through the door toward the phone. The quiet man at the next table appears to have been reading a newspaper. However, he is an ISA agent and now makes contact with John, who is miffed he is late as usual. He is with Agent Walsh. John updates them on Stefano's latest scheme. They, however, seem more interested in John's recent setup, where the money went. They have another man on the job searching. John is none too pleased that they are keeping him out of the loop.
