PART 1 - At the romantic mansion, EJ and Nicole have just celebrated her wearing his ring again, his promise that this time things will be right, declarations of love, sealed with a kiss. Raging Rafe bangs on the front door, out for blood! EJ ignores it and returns to kissing Nicole. Sami races up and stops Rafe, who storms over to another entrance. She follows. He gets in through the patio doors and starts to pound EJ, who falls to the floor. Sami and Nicole pull him off and Sami tells him to cut it out. EJ stands up and Rafe, ready to throw more punches, growls he will kill him. EJ's face is cut. Nicole is upset and proceeds to call the cops. EJ realizes what has happened and orders her to put the phone down. He will take care of him! Nicole wants to be told what is going on. Rafe is more than happy to oblige. "Your husband had sex with my wife!" Nicole weakly wonders when. Rafe does not answer. Nicole has tears in her eyes and hopes it is a lie. She asks EJ if it is true. Has he slept with Sami since they were married? She now realizes it is true and cries he cheated on her again! She weeps. He wants to explain. She slaps him across the face and cries he may not! She now demands Rafe tell her when this happened. He explains it was when Johnny was missing. Sami points out they wrongly thought he was dead. She was overcome with grief. Rafe sarcastically snaps that naturally the obvious reaction would be to have sex with a man she hates! EJ quietly states it was a mistake. Nicole declares that THEY were a mistake! What was she thinking by trusting him! EJ starts to say he loves her and she stops him. Sami is about to leave. Nicole stops her. She wants to talk! Sami acknowledges she has every right to be upset. EJ woefully points out they thought they lost a child. Sami reasons it was like when she lost Grace. Rafe explodes. "Why did you not turn to ME!" No answer. EJ blinks and notes it was almost like an out of body experience. Nicole thinks that is a very flimsy excuse. He stammers he loves her. She feels he only cares about himself and Sami or he would not keep sleeping with her! EJ and Sami insist they detest each other. Sami screams she only ever talks to him because of the kids. Rafe claims not to care and announces he is done with her. Sami reminds him she loves him. He reminds her that people who manipulate like that do not love. Nicole decides the time has come to depart, but EJ implores her to listen to what he has to say. She sadly states she does not owe him anything. He begs her not to throw their love away, due to his mistake. She quips HE threw it all away - by sleeping with Sami. It is always about Sami! EJ insists with the ring he wanted a fresh start. Sami babbles to Rafe that she too wanted a fresh start with their vows renewal. Rafe bitterly drawls she was only seeking relief. EJ takes Nicole by the hand and says he loves her. He asks her not to do it as she takes the ring off and throws it at him. "I hate you!" she cries and walks out. Rafe turns to EJ and Sami. He wonders what this obsession is with destroying each others' lives. He adds it would be easier to just leave Sami alone if EJ wanted to destroy her. She does it on her own every time! - At the airport, John and Hope's flight has been delayed. She thinks they should stay positive but he sighs dubiously. Hope assures him they will overcome. He nervously paces. A sinister man with a gray beard watches them from his seat. John wonders whether they should call Bo. His hand twitches. Hope offers him candy. An Air Alamania employee approaches and notes they must be Mr. and Mrs. Black. Hope says they are not ... John clarifies. They are not technically married. The eager girl assumes they are confused and wants to know what brings them to Alamania. Hope smiles they are getting divorced! The now flustered female excuses herself. Hope eats and John warns her Stefano might be up to something once he has them in his clutches. The bad guy is still listening. Soon hours have passed and Hope decides to call Bo. John stops her and advises her to be positive. Hope is finding it hard now, but jokes at least she will have enough frequent flyer miles for Hawaii. He assures her their loved ones are at least safe and sound in Salem. She agrees. - Carrie drops by the condo. Marlena hopes she has figured out a way to get herself and Bo to Alamania. But alas, there has been no progress. Bo listens as Marlena explains to Carrie what Stefano's isolation tactics must be. She fears the phoenix wants to turn John and Hope into the Pawn and Princess Gina all over again! Bo wants them not to assume the worst but Marlena is so worried about what ifs. Bo insists they tackle things only as they come and remain strong. - Under the archway, Will suddenly breaks away from kissing Neil, gasps OH GOD and takes off. Sonny goes after him. Neil is confused. Sonny catches up with Will, who gasps nothing would have happened if he had not drunk too much. He is crying and asks Sonny to stop staring. Sonny informs his friend he thinks the kiss happened because he wanted it to. Will repeats he had too much to drink. Sonny urges him not to hide, but to talk to him. Will claims he does not understand. Sonny reminds him he has been there. Will decides he cannot do this right now and takes off. Sonny does not stop him. Will bursts into the condo and wishes to talk to Marlena, who is now alone. She wonders what happened. He cries he does not know what to do and wants her to tell him what to do. He begs her to help him. She assures him she is there for him. Grandmother and grandson share a tearful, tight embrace. He gasps thank you. They sit and she asks him to start at the beginning. Will nods and sighs. He tells her of the party, what a great time everyone was having. Then a guy asked him to play beer bomb. He said yes. He became drunk. Marlena does not lecture but urges him to continue. After the game, he stumbled off. The guy followed him. Then what happened? Will lowers his voice. "And I kissed him ...!" - At the pub, Bo has just gotten some help from Carrie on a police matter. She is sorry she is not working with Rafe anymore. Bo discreetly lets her know what he knows. What was she thinking??? She does not want to be judged and gets defensive, then brings up Carly! Bo explains that he has had the feelings about commitment doubts that destroy a marriage and can totally relate. "I love you Carrie. I don't want you to make the same mistakes that I've made."
