TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES - Part 2 - Gabi lies that her stalker has been calling and breathing into her phone, then hangs up. She cannot recognize the number. Abigail offers to look at her phone but Gabi says no, she cannot call him back. Chad, Mel, and Abigail stare. Nearby, Cameron snaps at Celeste for not liking Abigail. This is not about her tarot cards! - Marlena helps Carrie back to bed with a warm drink. Carrie is clearly stressed about discussing her decision. Marlena wonders if it is because Nicole is having Rafe's baby. Carrie will only say that Rafe is the most honest and honorable man. - Lucas surprises Victor and Maggie with a visit at the Kiriakis mansion. He cheerfully wishes Vic a happy birthday. Maggie greets him warmly. Victor is pleased he remembers his birthday. Maggie asks how he has been. Good. It is great to see the kids on a daily basis. Maggie notes he is running Countess W together with Sami. Victor wonders if it is also great seeing Sami on a daily basis! Lucas alludes to the fact that it is never easy with that one, but he remains optimistic. He praises Maggie for always helping him get through things. Maggie is there for him and praises him for his own successes. Lucas decides to give them their privacy so they can continue their private party. Maggie happily walks him to the door. - Lexie glances over at Celeste and her cards. She does not need tarot cards to see brother EJ's future. He has made mistakes but has a good soul and she predicts good things for him in his future. He thanks her. Sami now arrives, surprised by the Parisian scene. Lexie goes back to Abe. Sami asks EJ what is going on here. He smiles at her. She updates him on looking for Will. - Psychic Celeste warns Cameron that her cards say there is danger around Abigail. Great danger. He thinks her cards are wacky. Celeste is concerned he is not a believer. He explains he is fine though she does not think he wiill stay that way with Abigail in his life. - Gabi pretends the number was blocked and she did not store any of the info in her phone. She gets defensive with Abigail. She is sorry she is not as smart as her! Chad reassures her that was not what they meant. Mel and Abigail sit at a table. Mel sighs she does not know how long Gabi will have to stay at his place. It means she and Chad do not get much time alone. Meanwhile, Chad wants to know if Gabi has heard from the mayor's office and what they will do to catch the guy. Gabi lies they told her not to act scared. She feels safe with him and hugs him. Abigail now suggests to trusting Mel that if Gabi were really worried, she would go to the police. They watch Gabi hanging onto Chad as he tries to console her. - At the pier, Bo the Russian claims there has been a reduction in supply. He asks for the papers proving Stefano's money transfer, to settle the unfinished account. Stefano eagerly hands over said bank papers. Bo the Russian drawls it appears they now have everything they need! - Abe has an accordion player play one of Lexie's favorite songs and asks her for another dance. She thanks him and they kiss. - Marlena notices Carrie is about to take some ibuprofen. Carrie admits she has had a headache for a few days but she is fine. Marlena whispers she is not so sure about that ... - Stefano agrees that an inventory reduction proposed is acceptable. The rest of the money will be sent overseas as soon as his men verify all is in order. He agrees to future deals too. Are they done here? "Not quite!" declares Bo the Russian. - Back at the mansion, Victor thanks Henderson for the excellent dinner. The butler explains his wife prepared it. She likes to make him happy. Victor muses he will make sure she stays happy so she can never find out the truth. Enter the redhead. "The truth about what, Victor?" - Marlena asks Carrie if she is late. Carrie notes she did miss the last month as there was much going on. She suddenly does the math. "Oh my God, Marlena, do you think I'm pregnant!" - EJ speaks with Sami as she lingers by a map of Paris and suggests she think things carefully through before approaching Will. She might not get another chance. Sami smiles that is the same thing Lucas said. Just then Lucas saunters into the town square, spies the pair looking happy together, and stares darkly. - Down at the pier warehouse, a sting concludes. Stefano takes it all in stride with a sarcastic smile as Bo, Hope, John, and Rafe triumphantly reveal themselves. Bo drawls he made a couple of wrong moves. John whispers in his ear this is check and mate! Stefano chuckles look who is alive and well. Bo proceeds to read him his rights as Hope handcuffs him and Rafe watches. "Stefano DiMera, you have the right to remain silent ..." The phoenix does not resist the arrest. No one seems to notice the mischievous twinkle in his eye! END |
