Because they are married and he loves her. Abigail cries "How could you make love to me?" She accuses him of using her. He assures her that is not what happened. She asks if he loves her at all. No answer. Abigail cries she is an idiot, she believed he cared, and takes off. - Carrie and Sami accuse each other of being spoiled brats. Sami is still bitter that her sister in pigtails had a perfect life. Carrie suspects she had ulterior motives when she invited Austin to move in. Sami claims she was being nice. Carrie calls her a liar and lists her past lies concerning Austin. Sami has nothing to say in her own defense. Carrie glares at her and warns now she is just getting started! Voices are raised. Sami calls her a wh*re and rages she knows Austin will leave her! Enter Austin. "What the hell is going on in here!" The girls continue arguing. Austin explains he and his wife have decided to put the kiss with Rafe behind them and move forward together. Carrie smiles a triumphant smile. Sami gasps in exasperation. - Jen asks Abe what his decision is. He admits it is a tempting offer to adjust the votes. Jen notes the pollster believes in his vision. Abe believes in himself too, which is why he cannot do it. If he steals the election, he is no better than EJ, and he wants to be the man Lexie sees when she looks at him. He already regrets bending the rules earlier. - John caresses Marlena's arm and murmurs does she have any doubts about his love for her? No, but he and Hope shared something in the past. He argues it was not real. Marlena reasons unless they deal with this, Stefano could manipulate them until it is too late! - Chad asks Mel to go to the Princess Bride and dinner with him tonight. She accepts and smiles it is their first date! - Will promises a tense EJ that Sami will not repeat what he told her. Besides, there is no one for her to tell, as Rafe has moved out. EJ suspiciously wonders why he moved out. Will explains his mom caught him kissing Carrie and made him leave. He is sure she will not spill the beans to Nicole. EJ drawls he hopes so for HIS sake and walks away. - John and Marlena lie down on the sofa. He kisses her. She caresses his face. He asks if she trusts him. With all her heart and soul. They give in to their passion ... - Nicole steps away to take a call and exclaims no, because that could cost EJ the election. She does not know what to do but will call them back. She now rejoins EJ and pretends all is well and that things are proceeding as they should. - Abe repeats to Jen that he cannot accept the pollster's offer. Jen is rather relieved he made the right decision. Lexie approaches and Abe informs her he was just telling Jen how much her faith in him means. - Sami thinks Austin is insane for staying with Carrie. She saw how she was kissing Rafe! Austin sighs he does not care and wants Sami to leave. Sami first dares Carrie to tell her to her face that she is not in love with her husband ...! END |
