Part 2 EJ suddenly makes an emotional confession to Sami. “It’s always been you.” She is sorry she was such a fool, wasting time trying to make the right choice. He insists she was always the woman for him. She thanks him and praises him as a good man. Now he is the man he was meant to be! She frowns he might not have been able to change had they been involved. EJ suggests he did it all for her. They touch noses. He thinks it has been a long day but she blocks him from leaving and invites him to stay. He grins a la Hugh Grant and notes before the interruption, it felt right. Does it feel right still? Sami impatiently grabs him in a passionate kiss. Rafe goes back to Hope’s office and complains about Sami hounding his sister. Hope is confident they will work this out. Rafe believes they are over and done, however. She is with EJ now. Hope snaps Sami and EJ will certainly not last. They can never be together! Rafe informs her of what he witnessed at her place. She is sorry. Rafe acts like he does not care. Hope recalls that before the wedding, Sami said her heart belonged to him and it does. Rafe doubts that. Sami is dishonest and he is not sure she even has a heart! Sonny reminds papa Justin that Will lied to him. Justin points out liars are sometimes weak, sometimes good people in bad situations, trying to do their best. Sonny points out those are his legal clients. Would he want to live with them? This was big, and about a baby. Justin agrees and wonders if he asked Will why he was willing to give up all rights to his child. Sonny replies Will thought it was best for the child. Justin presses him to consider what or who else he might have had in mind … Will informs Brian this is no game to him. Brian grins he must have seen them together at the coffee house. Will confirms it. Brian boasts it was an incredible night. He probably knows what that is like! Exit Brian. Dan and Jen kiss passionately, alone at last. He stops and stares at her. She removes his jacket and things get hot and heavy fast. It is also hot by the Kiriakis fireplace, where Chloe is standing, ready to make a call. She stops when she hears the baby cry, then gets an idea and takes the phone with her … Back at the lodge, Dan asks Jen if she is sure. She give him her best come hither look. More kissing ... Flirty Sami is on EJ as they kiss on the couch. Shirtless Dan gets in bed with Jen. Ring ring! They giggle it must be room service. The phone continues to ring incessantly so Jen picks up the receiver. Chloe’s panic stricken voice is heard. ”Daniel. It’s Parker. I need you NOW!” And so she gets his full attention ...
