Victor growls he is still wearing yesterday’s shirt. What was so damn important to keep him waiting! In her room, Kristen smugly flashes back to thanking John for agreeing to look for her lipstick. She had innocently hoped it would not cause a problem with Marlena … When he was gone, Brady had returned and grabbed her in a passionate kiss. She had resisted, until he carried her to the bed … Back to reality. Kristen puts her earring on and opens the door to EJ, who calls her brilliant. The job with Countess W has been the ideal way to get close to Samantha! He smugly states Hernandez cannot compete with that … Rafe explains he needs Sami’s help. Sonny praises him as a great friend and teases this is the last secret he gets to keep! He grins, tells him he loves him, and gives him a quick kiss and a hug. Will whispers he loves him too. Rafe is grateful and relieved. Sami is honored to help Gabi. She asks if that is all. Rafe uncomfortably departs, assuming she is busy with work. She calls after him that she was wondering if he needed her too … Rafe pauses outside the door for a moment. “More than you know!” he tells himself. And then he is gone. Kristen is happy things are going according to plan. EJ explains it is so easy for all he has to do is be there with Sami, day in, day out. Kristen now alludes to something unexpected making one change a plan, but then one must seize it and run with it. Victor concludes there is only one thing that can put that kind of look on a man’s face. Brady is admittedly happy that he misjudged a certain someone … Marlena is well aware that John and Kristen are not having an affair. He grins then that is settled. She now has something else to tell him. “You’re going to hate it!” she warns. EJ is intrigued. What happened? Kristen muses it was perfect and what really matters is what she is going to do with it. Someone is about to get the shock of their life! He assumes she is referring to her revenge. Kristen now purrs all she put into motion is coming together purrfectly. She tilts her head and meets his curious stare with a glint in her cat eyes. END |
