| DAYS OF OUR LIVES SUMMARY Part 2 Friday, December 16, 2011 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LINK ONLY! FRIENDS AND LOVERS - Part 2 - Chad informs Abigail they were having a private conversation. Mel claims she was apologizing for the way she freaked out when they were locked up. Abigail gets it and is sorry she interrupted. Mel perceives she is still stressed. Chad suggests he and Abigail do something. She thinks they should have lunch. She wishes Mel luck with her spa interview and leaves with boyfriend Chad. Gabi appears and explains boss Quinn will be with Mel shortly. She cannot help but notice she looks upset. Quinn is soon with her and wants to show her around. Austin asks Gabi to book the queen for a day spa treatment for his wife Carrie. Nosy Gabi mentions Abigail's award ceremony. He seems to think of her as a little girl ... - Kayla teases Dan, as he slurs about his problems. Enter Austin. Kayla introduces them to each other and wonders what they would think of having a flat screen TV at the bar. The two fellas find out they are both huge baseball fans. And so a friendship is born! Dan invites him to be his guest, as he has season tickets. Austin is thrilled. The beer is on him! He steps away to take a call. Jack walks in and Kayla forces a smile. Dan suggests he have a beer so they can talk. Jack agrees. Dan asks how he is. Jack thanks him for talking him down from that stressful episode. Dan deduces Jen has told him what happened. Jack admits he said Dan was an idiot when he heard he had thrown in the towel. The fair Jennifer, however, has not made any decisions just yet. - Quinn has decided Mel is perfect to help out at his spa and hopes she wants plenty of hours. He welcomes her aboard. Gabi is glad and points out two jobs will keep her busy. Mel mutters that is just what she needs as she fills out the necessary paperwork. - At the café, Chad goes to get preoccupied Abigail her food. She takes Austin's hat out of her bag and holds it close, recalling when he gave it to her. Mel happens by and Abigail admits she was worried earlier that Mel would gossip to Chad how she has a crush on another guy. Mel gives her a strange look. - Jen is back at the house, trying to work, though she finds herself unable to concentrate. - At the pub, Austin gives Jack a pep talk. At least he has his freedom! Jack is depressed. Austin notes baseball never lets you down. Dan signs his check. Kayla teases him about his poor surgeon's signature. Dan appears worried. - Mel assures Abigail she would never betray her confidence. But what will become of her and Chad? Abigail starts to say he is amazing but stops when Chad reappears. She boasts her friend got a job at the spa. Will she join them to celebrate? Mel pretends she needs to get back to the hospital to check her schedule and takes off. She pauses behind a wall, clearly tormented ... END Next on Days of Our Lives Madison snaps at Sami that if she feels so strongly about this,tmaybe it is time for her to look for another job! John is once more behind bars. He exclaims to Marlena so THAT has been that son of a b*tch DiMera's plan all along! Nicole asks EJ if he is responsible for embezzling all that money! He gives her an ominous look. |
