She let it slip he was working with her and this is a continuation. He refuses to let her and his mother play him against each other. Sami sighs that is fine. But if he wants to back out of their work deal, he should tell her right here right now! He patiently states he is in. However, he is not in the revenge business and will not tolerate any part of that. She cannot do anything underhanded. This should really be about their future and their kids If he senses she is back to her tricks, he will bail! Can she accept those terms? Sami realizes he has changed. Lucas refuses to let her play him like a poker hand. Sami promises to try her best not to play him against his mother.Lucas grins they have a deal. She smiles she is happy. He adds he has another question. "What's going on with that kiss?" She blushes. She was happy to be with him and happy about family day. It reminded her that they are a family. Lucas wonders if that is all it was. She coyly suggests he decide for himself and grabs him in another passionate kiss! - Madison concedes to Kate that there are no legal reasons she cannot be the Co-CEO with her. She suggests they sit at a table. Kate thinks this could be an opportunity. Madison accuses her of being desperate. She is not pleased that she also seems to be rubbing her nose in her affair with Ian. Kate now repeats the explanation Ian gave her that made her change her mind. Madison bitterly listens. Kate explains she now has the perfect motivation for this association. She drinks and recounts what Ian said about Madison, that she was ambitious, creative, and driven, rather like her. Madison notes divas do not do duets with women. Kate confesses she does not do duets under normal circumstance However, they happen to have a shared sense of competition. She yearns to win as much as she wants to see someone she despises lose. Madison starts to understand. Kate leers they can join forces to bring down Sami the b*tch. Madison considers. She agrees they can indeed put aside their differences to destroy their mutual enemy. They drink to that! - At the safe house cabin, John, Marlena, Bo and Hope are settling in. Roman lets them know Carrie will arrive with groceries. Rafe becomes dismayed to hear she has been drawn into the danger. He hopes no one was followed. ISA Spencer insists there is no need to worry. The ISA security system cannot be breached but former FBI Rafe has his doubts. For the sake of the operation, Spencer invites Rafe to become part of the ISA. Rafe reluctantly agrees. John thinks it is an honor. There is no love lost between the FBI and the ISA. Harmon listens as Rafe is told he will work closely with him. Spencer now announces he has news on that coin DiMera would apparently kill for. The ISA experts have made a fake replica of the half coin and will be letting DiMera get his hands on it. However, it is missing the code for the name Yvette. They replaced it with a code that is nothing but gibberish. Harmon excuses himself and departs. Spencer will now show Rafe the complex security system. Bo wonders if after all this time, the war with DiMera will finally end. John drawls it will but they must be the winners. The ISA will have the area patrolled and monitored. Bo suspects Stefano will be too busy with his coin to search for them. Still, in case there is anything, Agent Spencer assures them he will be a mere phone call away. John thanks him. Exit Spencer. Carrie arrives carryig bags of food. Rafe offers to help. John assures Marlena not to worry, for Spencer thinks of everything. Marlena laments so does Stefano! John grimaces. Roman soon takes his leave. Rafe decides to stay a while to familiarize himself more with the security system. The three women head to the kitchen to cook. Bo misses Ciara already. John points out Stefano must be busy trying to crack the fake code on the bogus coin. That will give the ISA time to gather intel and put him away. Rafe seems to doubt it will work with the fake coin. Bo somberly states it has to or else DiMera will surely follow through on those threats ... - Stefano greedily takes out the fake half coin that has been delivered to him and holds it up. "Finally!" He sits down at his computer to search for information on gases causing brain tumors, until a visitor arrives. The two men shake hands and the phoenix smiles craftily. "Ah yes. Agent Harmon. I've been expecting you!" Harmon the mole dutifully informs him that the coin he was delivered is an ISA replica, nothing but a fake. Stefano grumbles they must take him for a fool, Harmon now updates him that the name Yvette was uncoded on the bona fide coin. Is there anything else he wants from him? Stefano stares darkly and gives a murderous order. "Take care of them. All of them!" END |
