Will ends a call with Sonny promising to be in touch when he has an update on Paul as he waits at the hospital. After he tells Sonny he loves him Brady cannot believe what he heard ... The cops are at Stefan’s door wondering if he has seen his fugitive sister. He flashes back to her asking him for help as they are family. Pause. Lani and Eli want to come inside so he sees them in, smoothly stating he has nothing to hide ... Gabi sneaks into dark Horton house and starts to climb the stairs. Abigail turns on the lights and asks what she is doing. Gabi gasps no one answered her knock. Abigail notes the late hour. Gabi claims she wanted to let her know she misses her and wanted to ... talk. Abigail doubts that and demands to know what she is really up to ... Stefan flashes back to the doorbell ringing. Before opening the door he led Kristen to the DiMera secret room downstairs and closed the secret door. He now innocently tells the two detectives he is unacquainted with his unstable sis but he will be in touch if ... Eli gruffly asks to look around. Lani sarcastically wonders whether Stefan would mind ... Poor unconscious Marlena now needs help breathing. John puts his hands on his head as Dr. Val attends to her ... Abigail wants answers. Gabi fibs she could not sleep and needs to speak to her ... Back at the kiriakis mansion ... After Sonny’s call with Will, Chad appears asking for the latest. No news on Paul but Will has his memories back and still loves Sonny. Will was about to tell Paul when he heard about the accident. They are all worried about him ... Will wonders how Marlena is. Brady still thinks she is stable but wants to discuss Will suddenly loving Sonny! Will stammers his memory came back. Brady snaps now what! Will admits he and Sonny are reconciling. Gabi blurts out she will always blame both her and Stefan for wrecking her life ... Stefan plays it cool. The cops start by searching upstairs. Stefan hastily pulls Kristen out from the secret passageway when he hears something ... John begs Val to help Marlena breathe. She promises and ushers him out of the room ... Brady wishes Will would keep the truth from Paul for the time being. He gets sarcastic when Will starts to disagree. Brady points out Paul would not take it well. Why he even went looking for Will after the wedding madness. He accuses him and Sonny of not caring about Paul and shouts he will not allow them to treat him this way ... Chad and Sonny now discuss their kids. Chad admits there is a dark cloud even when he is with Thomas. Sonny senses it is Abigail’s pregnancy. Chad still cannot get over the fact that she is having Stefan’s baby ... Abigail calmly tells Gabi to give her the whole dose of her truth. Stefan stuffs noisy Kristen back in the secret tunnel. Lani and Eli come downstairs. He hopes their search is done! Eli stares him down and asks to search the secret tunnel. Stefan starts to sweat ... Sonny disagrees when Chad compares his situation to Eli and Gabi because they were not married and more. Chad is at a loss and feels the pain of Abigail's betrayal. How will he be able to look at that baby! Sonny believes love conquers all. Chad fears he will feel resentment toward the child. Sonny suggests he not be hard on himself as he is raw right now. Chad admits Abigail wants him to spend more time with her and Thomas. Sonny says to try and talks second chances, like him and Will ... Brady returns to Will with an update. Paul must have more tests. Will feels badly. Brady asks him to think long and hard before he dumps Paul. Will explains but he now knows what he wants. Brady knows what he wants too. He wants him to consider how good Paul was to him and how many times he has been let down. He begs him not to break his heart again ... Stefan acts innocent. Eli and Lani note the DiMera tunnels are known to be true. Stefan states he had them all sealed up and will not give Lani and Eli access. He asks them to leave. They have no choice. He then returns to his sister in the secret room and assures her the cops are gone. However they will surely come back. Kristen cringes ... Gabi fibs she really just wanted to talk to her friend but this all came out and she feels badly about her feelings. She now lies she would never want to hurt Abigail consciously and wants her and Chad to be happy together. Abigail appreciates it. Gabi wants to work on her anger and have a new start. Abigail admits she knows the alter Gabby ruined her life which means it is her fault she went to prison and is barren. She is sincerely sorry. Chad now calls. Gabi pretends she will go. Abigail appreciates their candid conversation and is sorry. She now gushes hello to Chad, with her back turned to her two-faced friend. Gabi pauses at the bottom of the staircase ... Back at the station Eli and Lani are after a warrant for the tunnels since they are highly suspicious that Stefan was hiding a certain someone ... Back at DiMera mansion Kristen is hungry and hates the old dungeon downstairs. Stefan feels he has to keep her down here until he can come up with a way to get her out of his house. The sooner the better ... Val updates John on Marlena’s sceptic shock. For now she needs a ventilator and they are trying to get rid of the infection. However, they are all hoping ... John is horrified to hear the doom and gloom in her voice. He cannot believe doc his beloved might not make it after all. Val assures him that she is getting the best treatment and a specialist is en route from Chicago as they speak. John scowls. Val adds she is strong. He fights back the tears and gets a hug from Brady. John snaps and bellows by God Paul and Marlena will both wake up. They have got to ... Sonny comes to see Will in the visitors area. Will is surprised he showed up at the hospital and admits they are unaware of the neurological damage Paul might have. They will only know when he wakes up. Sonny tenderly tells him he came to support him cos he is here for him now. Always ... Lani remembers an earlier moment she almost shared with Eli. There was no denying the chemistry but both have hesitation. Back to the present. Eli apologizes for making her uncomfortable. She assures him it was no big deal. It was to him and he wants her to know he has feelings for her. No need to respond but he cares for her. Now he has to get to work. Lani wistfully watches him walk away ...Kristen gasps she has nowhere to go! Stefan knows they are all each other have but he cannot have her put his chance at happiness in jeopardy ... Gabi eavesdrops as Abigail agrees to a picnic with Thomas and Chad tomorrow. Her eyes flashing with fire, she takes out the dark wig from her bag and creeps up the stairs, determined to dupe Abigail into believing her dangerous alter is baaaaaack ... STAY TUNED! |
