BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! Replay of Kate calling Chad from the old Marton house to warn him about Clyde. Then she hears a noise and Clyde taunts her with her keys ... At the hospital Steve is attentive to the needs of the pretty Salem patient in her room. He smiles he will go home to pick up her pajamas and some books she was reading. She feels she is going to be just fine so there is no need to fuss. He dramatically declares he cannot lose her and she is in every breath he takes. Bandaged Kayla is touched. Meanwhile John leans on Marlena for a moment. They embrace and he steps away to take a call from Roman. He certainly hopes Orpheus is back behind bars where he belongs. Not exactly ... Clyde has his gun on Kate and threatens to shoot her dead. The hillbilly from hell means it too ... Theresa is at the station with Brady stressed out about giving a statement. Nicole arrives with Tate and Brady vows they will both be protected from Zanimal. He will see to it ... Chad slips in through the open door and conceals himself behind a wall close by. Kate coldly wants to know what Clyde wants from her. Chad listens. Clyde confesses he has been thinking about her. He was burned by the way she broke up with him and suggests she was not the woman she led him to believe she was. She says the same thing right back to him, adding how astonished she was to discover he did beat Jordan as well as his son. She shouts did it make him feel like more of a man! Clyde exclaims enough and is about to get rough ... Steve feels overprotective. Kayla lets him know there are a lot of loved ones looking out for her. He caresses her hand, gushing about her stating it was good that he and Joe were the first faces she saw when she woke up from surgery ... John ends his call and mutters to Marlena that they have lost Orpheus for good it seems. Orpheus is alone in an abandoned warehouse. He flashes back to the time he shot Marlena to make Roman (John) feel what it was like to lose a loved one. T'was retaliation for Rebecca! John realized Marlena was actually alive in his arms as Orpheus had shot her with a tranquilizer gun. He then told him not to move else he would kill her for real. Orpheus of the present cackles who says you cannot come home again ... At the club Theresa is nervously eating with Nicole and Brady. Deimos enters and asks to join them. Victor filled him in on the nightmare of a wedding. He assures suspicious Brady he was not linked to Xander's escape. Theresa snaps that better be true cos his nephew is also after ... Deimos declares he would like to keep them all safe for they are family! Brady looks surprised ... Kayla reminds sincere Steve she is not ready for a fast reconciliation. She would rather take one step at a time. Steve drawls to sweetness he made a deal with the man upstairs promising to live his life trying to be the best husband in the world to her. I lOVE YOU AND OUR KIDS YOU ARE ALL I LIVE FOR. SHE SAYS ME TOO BUT SHE IS HURT. She would need to be sure it would work before committing to him again heart and soul. He kisses her hand, vows to prove himself, and gets emotional ... Marlena is mad Orpheus escaped again. John blames himself and vows to make the man pay for all the lost years. Steve emerges and Marlena enters to visit with Kayla. He hears Orpheus is back and frowns it cannot be. John sighs he has been alive in lockup all these years. Now he is targeting those they hold near and dear. Steve is troubled by the timing and starts to get stressed about Kayla's safety ... Chad is horrified to hear Clyde confirm he arranged for the fake paternity test result so Ben would believe Thomas was his boy. His next step will be to snatch Thomas and take him far far away ... Steve is frantic to hide the bad news from Kayla, whom he believes to be fragile. Too late. John is quiet certain doc has already mentioned it ... Deimos thinks Brady's security team is surrounded by too many townhouses. He suggests Brady, Theresa and baby move into the mansion he now calls his own ... Steve ends a call with Joe, updating him on the latest, and then considers calling Stephanie. John notes no need for the bad guys are all in Salem. Kayla makes it to the door with Marlena in time to overhear Steve announcing he will ask her doctor to make her stay at the hospital a while longer for it is here that she will be safest ... The door is closed and Marlena helps her back to bed. Kayla fumes she could kill him. Meanwhile John tries to talk Steve out of interfering instead of breaking the news. Marlena emerges and Steve comes back to have a candid conversation with the woman he loves ... Belligerent Brady says no to the notion of moving back to the Kiriakis mansion. Theresa tells him it is as safe as a fortress. Brady believes Victor will not let Theresa come there with him and his son. Deimos suggests it would succeed as a temporary solution. Brady lets Theresa decide. She decides she would rather keep Tate safe, so they will deal with Deimos. Brady agrees to move in tonight. Tate cries and together they step away to change him. Deimos now seductively suggests Nicole move in for her own protection. She flat out refuses and he teases she fears becoming dependent as he gives her the eye ... Kate and Clyde argue about Ben. Kate cries he killed her grandson and calls Clyde crazy. He shoves her and appears ready to make good on his threat to kill her so Chad jumps him. They struggle over the gun until ... BANG! Kate gasps in horror ... Kayla cannot help but be impressed when Steve comes clean about wanting to ask her doctor to keep her safe and sound a while longer. It was a good move that he did not and also admitted it to her ... Nicole wants to take her relationship with Deimos as slowly as possible ... The gun falls to the floor and Clyde proceeds to pound Chad. He hurls a few more threats and takes off onto the night. Kate helps Chad to his feet and he fumes about Clyde wanting his son. He makes a couple of calls on Kate's phone. He calls Lucas to keep Thomas with Adrienne and also calls the cops. Kate is grateful that Chad did not inform Lucas the guy he tried to warn her about tried to kill her. Chad feels he owed her a favor and they discuss the past, including his mother. He teases he hopes Kate is not gonna start getting bossy like a DiMera. Sirens are heard approaching so she tells him to go ... Phone Kayla wants son Joey to be careful and safe ... Steve now gets on the phone and orders him to call as soon as he gets to Roman's. Steve now asks sweetness what more he can do. Kayla asks him to bring Dr. Winters to her for a discussion. She also asks him to stay with her when she goes home tomorrow cos there are bad guys out there. Steve grins ... Deimos agrees to compromise and to at least have his security watching Nicole 24 hours a day. Nicole can handle that. He stands to leave with Brady, Theresa and Tate, and smiles he will have someone see Nicole home. Seconds later she gets an anonymous call from Xander, who taunts he has much to talk to her about. He leers the fries on Theresa's plate looked good. Nicole looks around the room but sees no one suspicious ... THE THREE VILLAINS MEET UP AND ORPHEUS NOTES THEY NEED TO BE A TEAM TO MAKE LIFE IN SALEM HELL. THEY ARE NOW THE THREE MAD MUSKATEERS with a new hideaway in an old warehouse close to the pier. A song starts to play about the devil looking for a fight ... Kate nervously locks her front door as lights flash outside. Chad checks on his sleeping son at DiMera mansion. Theresa, Tate and Brady enter the Kiriakis mansion with Deimos. John and Marlena sit on the couch and he holds the woman he loves close. Nicole nervously leaves the club with her bodyguard. Steve sits at sleeping Kayla's side and gets his gun ready. The singer sings about the devil coming after a man ... END! |
