BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! Seated at the square Kate reads the news alert about the three fugitives - one of whom happens to be her evil ex ... The station is on high alert. Hope, JJ, and Rafe discuss Orpheus with Mayor Abe. Everyone who ever had contact with any of these men must be vigilant. They assume Clyde may or may not be Poplar Bluff bound ... At the mansion Chad attempts to focus on work, only to sit on a toy that squeaks. Gabi bursts in with various shirts and ties for him to choose from. After all, clothes make the man. She shows him a green shirt which means success but Chad prefers the white one. The tie she has selected is green with shades of blue, which women like. Chad eventually selects the purple tie, a color Abigail had liked seeing him in. He unbuttons his shirt and Gabi is attracted ... The teens hang out at the club, having finished their first day of college ... Meanwhile Aiden is meeting with Chase and the doctor in charge at Shady Hills. Chase is admittedly down as he would have started college today had he not broken the law. He sits in his bathrobe with sad eyes. Aiden announces he is transferring him to a different facility. When the head of Shady Hills protests, he points out he is not a man to be messed with ... Abe admits he is not sure what to tell the public while they are hunting for the perps. He deduces diva Kate, however, deserves to be warned. Clyde could target her. There are others as well who need to be notified ... At the square a few people pass by Kate's table, including crafty Clyde. But in the blink of an eye he is gone. She calls Rafe, who suggests she may be mistaken. He and Hope are on their way ... Alone with his father Chase frowns he wants to be rid of him to get back Hope ... Joey the college boy believes it is a good thing to do as one wants in college. Claire complains she registered late and was left with courses she cannot stand, like biology for instance. The music courses were full. Theo teases she would make the best brain surgeon and they kiss like a couple. Ciara remembers sadly telling Theo he was not the guy for her. It seems he has moved on with another already ... JJ cannot concentrate at the station cos he is staring at a photo of the girl he loves. He flashes back to the passion and fire he has with Gabi until Abe's voice brings him back to reality. The mayor would like him to warn Chad that Clyde could come after him. JJ is on his way to the mansion ... As Chad buttons the shirt of his choice Gabi gives him a mini speech about how grateful she will always be to him for covering for her, helping her get out of prison. Nothing matters more than the children now, meaning Arianna as well as Thomas. She tells him Abigail will always be with him for she lives on in their son ... At the square Kate confers with Hope and Rafe about whether or not she really had a Clyde sighting. Rafe states security checked her place but saw no one. Kate fumes the department farmed out her security to another firm. She is convinced Clyde will come after her and rages at Rafe and Hope for daring to question her sighting ... Gabi the flirt starts to help Chad with the purple tie. Police officer JJ walks in and wonders what she is doing ... The teens find out Ciara is a nanny no more. Joey sighs Jade is with her sick grandma so she is not around. Claire complains about the state of things. Ciara gets an idea to help Claire and texts a friend who was not enjoying the filled music course. She gets her friend to drop it so Claire is IN ... Aiden tells his tragic son the particulars of his plan. He plans to join him in Portland with Hope and possibly Ciara in a month. Chase stares at him stunned he would expect Hope to forgive what he had done. Aiden reasons he will force Hope to forgive him. She will have no other choice! Chase is bothered it sounds like blackmail ... Rafe and Hope escort Kate home to the old Marton house. Andre is not at home so she will be all alone. Alas the police resources are stretched since the manhunt for the fugitives is fluid. Rafe offers to have a squad car keep an eye on the place from time to time. Offended Kate tells him to forget it, she will find her own security. The cops take their leave ... Joey marvels how hot off the charts Claire's youtube channel with new songs is doing. She likes the sound of that. Abe enters and announces they all need to go home before dark. The college kids are confused. They are updated on the wedding drama and the fact that John Black was shot. Claire turns a whiter shade of pale ... It turns out Gabi did not tell JJ she was the new Chad DiMera image consultant. He, however, is here on official police business. He was asked to warn Chad that fugitive Clyde could be coming back to Salem and gunning for him ... Kate flashes back to her tempestuous affair with Clyde and all the sinister signs she missed. Then she dropped him like a hot potato. It worries her he will be out for her blood ... Chad finds out the cops fear Clyde could come after Thomas for his boy Ben. JJ wonders where his nephew is at the moment. Out and about with Adrienne. JJ now departs with Gabi. Chad calls and leaves Adrienne a message. His son needs to come home asap. Kate calls Chad and announces she saw Clyde. The cops did not take her seriously. Chad needs to be on his guard since Clyde blames him for what happened to Ben. The security she has ordered has yet to arrive. She hears a sound and gasps what was that while still on her phone call ... As they walk and talk outside Detective Hope notes she and Detective Rafe should talk to Aiden about Clyde. Rafe would rather send another cop. Hope is admittedly nervous about Aiden re-opening certain cases ... Meanwhile the delusional District Attorney declares he will make Hope remember the good times in a month and she will come around. Chase stares in disbelief at his obsessed dad ... Claire gets off a call with unseen unheard John, who will be released from the hospital soon. He is in fine form. Abe solemnly states he was lucky. The danger posed by Orpheus is many layered ... Chad offers to come over. Diva Kate feels she will be fine and adds she has Rafe on speed dial sooooo ... JJ and Gabi get a bite to eat at the pub. He is not happy about her working for Chad and shares his concern. She gushes she is getting paid to shop! JJ reminds her that Chad has enemies due to the fact that his last name is DiMera. He warned Abigail as well but she would not listen. Gabi is sorry about what happened to his sister and insists Chad was not involved. JJ believes Chad provoking Ben made him snap that much faster. Gabi argues Chad was actually trying to protect Abi from Ben. JJ rages the DiMeras always do that and looks what happens, look what happened to Abigail and also look what happened to EJ and Sami. He concludes the DiMera men destroy the women they love ... Abe insists the teens not stay out after dark. They all decide to leave except for Claire. She assures Abe she will only stay at the club for another hour. Once alone, she proceeds to selfie herself like a starlet ... Gabi feels she needs no protecting and lets JJ know she can look after herself. She suggests he stop judging Chad and reminds JJ that he was the one who helped put Clyde away. JJ is summoned back to the search and she asks if they are alright. He shows her with a kiss ... Kate is home alone with a feeling of dread. She hears another noise and rummages in her handbag. Clyde, who has just come in through the front door, dangles the keys he slyly stole from darlin ... Back at the station Rafe and Hope realize it is gonna be a long night. Hope senses the three sinister men will rear their ugly heads soon. Rafe gets his partner a cup of coffee ... Aiden gushes he and Hope and Chase and Ciara will live happily ever after in Portland ... Kate coldly tells Clyde to get out before she calls the cops. He cackles he is here to catch up and pulls a gun, threatening to shoot her dead if she makes a move. Kate freezes. Chad appears at the ajar door, painfully aware that the next move he makes might determine who lives and who will die ... STAY TUNED! |
