These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At the mansion, EJ has been punched by little brother Chad. He pulls his gun and EJ watches in horror, his lip bloodied. EJ gathers he is … upset. Chad gets sarcastic about him seducing his girl once he was out of the picture and more than once! He accuses him of making his move the minute he left. He knows he had his eye on her a long time! The gun is still on EJ. Drums roll. EJ innocently insists he was planning his wedding to Samantha, he had planned nothing more. Chad scoffs. EJ admits he was wrong. Chad thinks HIS biggest mistake was taking that bullet for him and not letting him die! That is his only regret now … Jen looks at herself in her mirror in a pretty dress and flashes back to her romantic moments with Dan when she also wore a pretty dress. She assures her kids she is going for an impromptu walk, nothing more. Abi hopes JJ will have fun at the party tonight, within limitations. There could be booze and drugs. Jen reminds him to use his judgment and bolt if the bash gets too wild. He promises and departs. Abi now admits to Jen that her date plans with Ben are not solid yet but she suspects they will be wonderful. She admits her guy had a hard life, wishes Jen a happy walk and exits in her white mini, her demure updo intact. Eve is on the phone with Jill the pill, who has her disposable phone and assures her she is ready to play for the two grand! She ends the call and greets Rory at the park. Where are his pals? the blonde coos … Paige gets her lip gloss from her room. Eve quietly repeats to Mary Beth not to forget what she asked her to do tonight. All she can reveal is that it will break up JJ and her daughter for good! JJ arrives. Paige emerges with her glossy lips and Eve sees the three to the door, smugly pretending to wish them a good time. If only they knew! In the Kiriakis doorway, Theresa exclaims to Brady she has something to reveal about JOHN! She now has his full attention. He informs her of the new miracle drug that could see things turning around for John tomorrow. One can only hope! Theresa promises to pray. Brady now wonders what she wanted to share about his da. Theresa sighs the drug could be deadly for her. Brady is baffled. Theresa exclaims Kristen has been stalking her! She claimed she could get Brady back and threatened her not once, but twice! She is now very very afraid. Brady morphs into protective mode and takes off, determined to do right by the she devil in distress. Theresa, however, remains a wreck at the thought of John waking up and continues to talk to herself … At Dan’s apartment, Kristen insists to the doc that it was Theresa who turned on John and rendered him comatose. Tis true that John was not Theresa’s biggest fan. Dan flashes back to all Theresa’s strange reactions. He concedes Kristen could be onto something! She thinks his agreement is a veritable miracle and suggests they join forces to expose Theresa. Dan thunders in disagreement. So far this is only speculation. He suspects she has her own agenda and warns Brady will never ever get back together with her regardless. Kristen grabs him by the collar and wants him to take care of his friend Brady. Dan places his arm around her and starts to shove her to the door but when he opens said door, Jen gets an eyeful and jumps to the wrong conclusion. Dan gasps Kristen was just going and steps away to take a call from the busy hospital. Jen enters in a snit and is less than enthused when Kristen claims she wanted to call her. She is sorry she is disappointed in her. Jen gasps she was HO-rrified by her actions. Why she actually believed they were true friends! Kristen wants to explain. Jen wants her to get out. Kristen complies. At the outdoor college party, the blues music plays as Rory introduces his blonde bombshell date. Rory pokes fun at Mary Beth, who does not drink. She walks away in a huff. Rory drapes his arm around the blonde. Paige feels sorry for her pal. JJ notes Rory got sure lucky tonight, then catches himself. They all toast to higher learning with their beers. Paige pouts. The gang get excited about more shots. Paige is worried the police could bust the party and JJ could get in trouble. He tells her not to worry and decides to pour their beers in the bushes. Then he kisses her and goes to get them a couple of sodas. After, they can be alooooone. He comes back with the non alcoholic drinks when moaning Mary Beth appears with a fake sprained arm, pretending she needs the ER right away. She demands only Paige take her. JJ disagrees. Paige promises to text JJ and be back soon. He tersely agrees and the two girls go. Blonde older woman in red Jill stares at her target. The banshee in the background moans oh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah … At Eve’s apartment, Theresa the terrible needs a drink now! She complains Kristen might be able to wake up John. Then what?! Back at the outdoor party, Jill acts all panicky about Rory’s attempt to French kiss her. JJ grins at the damsel in distress and says he is sorry. She shakes and hugs him. JJ will get him to come and apologize to his date. He puts down his drink and goes to get him. Jill’s female partner-in-crime comes up to her with her camera. They need to get this done faster for the money … Abigail joins Ben at the club. He sighs tonight is not going his way … Back at DiMera mansion, Chad rages at EJ that he is a DiMera and had he not taken that bullet, EJ would be dead and he would still have his girl. It sounds a better scenario than the present! Kristen returns to her room and is startled when she turns on the light. Someone is waiting. Tis broody Brady. She smiles a crooked smile, then gushes she begged Stefano for the drug to help John and she did it for him. Brady agrees it was a gift. She coos is he here to thank her in person? Brady sneers. HELL NO! He accuses her of using Eric to get out of jail and now this. She can never make up for how she hurt his brother. Kristen suggests it is strange he came here to tell her this, which is nothing new. He confesses he actually came to talk Theresa and folds his arms. Chad pulls the trigger again and again and EJ braces for the worst, imagining he has been shot. Chad taunts oops he forgot the bullets. EJ growls and calls him a son of a bitch. Chad drawls not to forget it and saunters out with his gun tucked under his jacket. EJ wonders where the hell his hothead brotha is headed now … At the club, Abi wants Ben to call the minute he is done at work. He gives her a kiss on the lips. Abi assumes she is playing it safe in love this time around and that is fine with her. Perhaps she is assuming too much …. Jill’s partner-in-crime has an idea. A roofie in JJ’s beverage. Plop! JJ now comes back with staggering Rory, who slurs he is sorry and slumps away to await his ride home. Jill hands JJ his drink and smiles his girlfriend will be back soon. JJ drinks up. Rory is soon taken home and JJ sees a text from Paige. Then he starts to feel dizzy … Jill follows him and informs her partner-in-crime it is time to take those pictures! Dan explains he is expected at the hospital. First Jen wants an explanation about Kristen being at his apartment. He thinks she is checking up on him. She fibs she went for a walk and noticed his light on and thought to stop by. Dan drawls she is dressed to kill so this was no stop by! Jen gasps she did want to try their earlier conversation again. Dan murmurs he cannot trust himself alone with her in such a dress. He assumed they would not … dive in again. She gets miffed about his private moment with crazy Kristen. Dan gets testy about her not trusting his judgment with any woman and snaps it was none of her business what Kristen was doing in his apartment. Jen gasps he is right so goodnight! He tries to stop her from leaving but too late. The elevator door closes fast. Eve advises terrified Theresa to hope for the best or it is game over! Theresa tosses a pillow at her head and demands help. Eve exclaims she has her own plate full tonight so Theresa storms off. Eve impatiently wonders what is taking Jill the pill so long … At the hospital, Paige is waiting with Mary Beth. She has already sent JJ a sweet text and pours her pal a glass of water. Mary Beth calls her bff. Downtrodden Jen gets home to Horton house and hopes the kids are faring better tonight … Abi is by the town gate, cooing to Ben on her phone. She cannot wait to see him! All of a sudden, Chad emerges from the shadows and greets her with a casual hello, his eyes clouded with tormented love. Abigail meets his gaze, seemingly mesmerized, and drops her phone … Dr. Dan is at work and offers to take a look at Mary Beth’s injured arm so Paige can get back to the party and JJ … Eve gasps to herself why the delay as she waits for the evidence on her phone … JJ is perspiring and falls onto a park bench, passing out. Jill proceeds to remove his shirt … Kristen admits she had assumed Brady was done with Theresa and her wicked enabling ways. Brady coldly orders her to stay away from Theresa and his loved ones or else he will kill her! He walks out and Kristen assures herself no need to do a darn thing. John waking up will spell the end of Theresa the terrible! … Theresa is at the square, imaging suffocating John with a pillow. If all is lost, she vows she will do it.
