BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS WITH DETAILS ADDED! Anne photographs Theresa in her white wedding gown. She looks like a mermaid in love. They discuss Victor the monster, how happy Theresa is about her perfect wedding, and take a smug selfie together ... Legal eagle Justin is on a house call with Uncle Victor. The suited attorney is certain he can make Aiden come across in court like an idiot as the evidence he has is circumstantial at best. Victor insists he needs evidence that proves he is innocent for he has seen the doubt in Maggie's eyes. Justin advises him to reach out to Brady to make things better. But Brady is at the station with forensics Shawn. It is about the pill he found on the floor of Victor's house! Brady accepts at face value that it just happened to be there on the day he visited. Perhaps he shouldn't ... Phillip arrives at mama Kate's new mansion and loudly congratulates her. He had not expected her to become the owner of a b and b and believes she must have given all the guests the boot. Kate cackles and does not deny it. She wonders what brings her son to see her. Phillip takes a deep breath and declares he is here to sincerely seek her help. Kate smiles. Tis music to her ears as it places her in a position of power, her favorite world spot ... At the park, Chloe claims Phillip is indeed the father of her baby but Nicole refuses to accept it. They talk timing ... Justin believes Victor needs to convince Brady he was not the culprit before the case against him gets any worse ... Meanwhile at the station Brady blasts his grandfather to forensics Shawn as a man of clouded judgment who lost his way after Dan died. He reasons he wanted Summer to stay away from Maggie, hence the strange set-up. No one even knows where Summer is now ... Nicole continues to question the veracity of Chloe's claim but does so without malice. She just wants to make her admit that Deimos is the daddy as it is the right thing to do ... Anne and Theresa recall her illustrious history with Brady the billionaire heir. Madame Milbauer muses she was annoyingly conniving. Theresa cackles just like her. Anne reminds her how she duped high Brady into marrying her one night in Vegas and then clobbered his famous father on the head. Theresa has heard enough. They agree it is time to take off the dress lest the groom see her in it. No one needs more bad luck ... Brady is alone at Dan's grave and thanks him for saving his life. However he is still troubled about the crazy California dreams that sent him to Summer. They led to nothing but chaos ... Chloe does not want to change her answer. Nicole wants her to stop lying. She plays the friend card. It has the desired effect for Chloe sighs she and Phillip have not even slept together. She confirms that Deimos is the daddy. Nicole appreciates her honesty. Chloe admits she considered an abortion but could not bring herself to do it. Then Phillip stepped up and offered to be the father. She suspects it is partly because he can stick it to Deimos too. She insists she is done with Deimos and begs Nicole to keep her secret. Nicole notes the real father has the right to know! Chloe quips like EJ when she was with child?! Nicole changes the subject to her sentiment that Deimos is a changed man. Chloe scoffs such sinister types are not capable of change as Nicole wants so desperately to believe ... At the pub Justin joins Deimos. With a smile on his face he leers he lost his job cos he made him steal evidence. He sarcastically thanks him for it. Now without his job he has nothing more Deimos can get from him! Deimos acts like he wants to do the right thing and make up for it. Justin says thanks but no thanks and glares at him with loathing. But Deimos has something to say. He senses Sonny is out for revenge against him and tells his father to make him back off or else. Justin is disgusted ... Brady is still having a heart-to-heart with Dan's grave. Victor arrives and attempts to make amends ... At the Marton mansion, Phil blurts out he needs a business loan from his mother to buy out his rather loud silent partner. Kate wants a name. He refuses to give her one. Kate criticizes Chloe and her lack of talent as a bad investment, both personally and professionally. Phil fumes. She asks for the amount. He shows her the number and she agrees to a loan on one condition - that he come clean about NOT being the father to Chloe's unborn child. No can do. The prodigal son storms off ... Nicole defends Deimos as a good man a changed man. Chloe is concerned she will not keep her secret. She seems to fear retaliation from Deimos the mobster turned man of means ... Victor reasons with raging Brady that he could have gotten custody of Tate in court. Besides he would not want Summer to be anywhere near his grandson! Brady thinks Victor is the best liar and can never tell if it is the truth with him ... Nicole urges Chloe to tell Deimos. Chloe simply cannot gamble on that devil being a good dad. Just ask Maggie about what he does to people! Nicole anxiously agrees to keep her secret, provided she never let anyone else know that she knew. She fears Deimos would never forgive her. Chloe promises ... Nicole now drops by the club to leave Dario her final remodeling plans. She starts at Basic Black tomorrow. Dario does not approve. She assures him she will still be around. He has concerns about her working for Deimos but wishes her the best of luck. He gives her a come hither look and lets her know he is always here for her ... anything ... anytime ... At the square Phil is stunned when Chloe updates him on sharing her secret with Nicole. He suspects she is already telling Deimos the truth! Kate interrupts with an unexpected apology to her son. She states she loves him and hands him the check, regardless of his choices. She longs to be in his life. After a tender hug she takes her leave. Phil is dumbfounded. Chloe laments mommy dearest is back in his life again ... At the station Shawn has something ... Belligerent Brady points out he would need proof to believe in Victor's innocence. All of a sudden Shawn calls with news. He confirms that drug is the same one that Theresa was drugged with. It is most commonly obtained from a street gang with ties to a questionable character linked to Deimos - and also Victor! He goes by the name Titus Drew. Brady now demands Victor enlighten him on what he has been up to with Titus. Victor patiently explains it is in his best interest to know men like Titus. All he gets from him is information about the mean streets of Salem. They meet for coffee. Raging bull Brady now confronts him about the pill he found on his floor, the same kind that drugged Theresa when Tate was taken. He is convinced of his culpability and refuses to listen to more. Victor is exasperated. Brady snaps he even swore on his mother's grave and warns him to stay away from his happy little family. He storms off and the patriarch sighs ... Daring Dario appears at Deimos' front door seeking some extra work. Deimos is amused and quips he wants him to pay him to watch Nicole. Dario sarcastically agrees. He enters and boasts he gets things done quietly. Deimos decides he has another job - keep tabs on Chloe for him. Dario agrees and they shake hands like mafia men. Enter Nicole. Dario covers he came by to clear up some things with Deimos. Nicole haughtily tells her friend she can look after herself. Exit Dario. Deimos laughs she has loyal friends. He is aware he has the hots for her as well. Nicole hopes he trusts her. Deimos smiles like the snake he is ... At the club Dario is mixing a drink for beautiful Blanca when Chloe and Phil get a table. Chloe talks of him pretending to be her baby's papa and her fear that Kate could make demands if he cashes her check. Dario soap stares from the bar and does his best to listen ... Meanwhile at the Kiriakis mansion Deimos has another expensive bottle of bubbly. He and Nicole sip champagne and she teases and flirts she is not officially his soooo he cannot be jealous. Deimos declares he wants that to change and holds her close, confessing he is falling madly in love. Nicole blinks nervously ... THE END!
