ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Link Only! DANGER AND DESIRE! Tuesday, October 6, 2015 Episode 12,691 Beware of copycats. These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Stefano is rather silent at DiMera mansion as Andre discusses the drama of Clyde with his hot-head brotha. As per DiMera cop contacts, Clyde is unofficially suspected of seedy drug business dealings in Salem. Chad uses his anonymous phone to send a text to Clyde that he is onto him. Andre questions the wisdom of such a maneuver and acts like Chad is an amateur. Chad leaves on a mysterious mission and Andres sighs he hopes he knows what he is doing. He seems to have his doubts … JJ summons Commissioner Roman to a clandestine meeting in the old Martin mansion and tells him EVERYTHING he knows about Clyde. He even hands him the bug he suspects Eve was responsible for planting at Horton house, which was how she came to expose him to Kyle, setting the whole mess in motion. Roman is enraged he went rogue but is grateful for the intel. The cops will take it from here. JJ, however, refuses to withdraw from the dangerous game, much to Roman’s dismay … At the apartment, the fair Abigail is feeling crampy. Ben was scheduled to meet Clyde at the Edge. Abi assures him she will be fine after a cup of tea and sends him on his way. Seconds later fugitive Chad climbs through the window. He has something important to tell her. Abigail gasps it is too dangerous for him to be here! Chad had to come to warn her of the clear and present danger. He is convinced Clyde is the fiend responsible for the death of those women. He is framing him. Abigail finds it hard to believe such a thing of Ben’s father, especially since Ben told her how he had changed from the brutal old days … Clyde is pleased as punch to meet his boy Ben at the Edge. He hands him the documents he needs for the transfer of the house to him and Abigail. Ben is grateful he bought them a house but now doubts his decision to stay in Salem. The hillbilly from hell notes Chad is either going to disappear for good or get arrested. Either way he will be out of the picture. Ben relaxes. Clyde now claims he also wants to help cover some of the wedding costs in spite of Jen being so uptight and old fashioned about it. He intends to make it a wedding to remember … At the house of Kiriakis Theresa holds screaming Tate and tries to calm him. Suited Brady stands nearby on the phone with the doctor. It is the nanny’s day off. He hands Tate’s mother the phone and takes the baby in his arms but still he screams. Theresa is told by the doctor that it could be the beginning of colic. She shares with Brady, relieved their baby does not need to go to emergency but notes the doctor said this crying at certain times of day could endure for months. Brady tells her – as well as himself – they can do this together. Theresa smiles they are a team … Amid his wedding talk, Clyde receives the anonymous text from someone who states he is onto him! He is rather rattled and does not realize it is from Chad. He starts to stammer and Ben wonders. … Back at the apartment, Abigail wants to give Ben’s father the benefit of the doubt. He changed and even makes charitable donations. Chad quips Stefano does the same. The cops already have an eye on Clyde for suspected drug activities, not to mention that he just happened to be at the club when he last saw Serena and must have drugged him, hence his blackouts. Abi considers Clyde less suspicious than Stefano and says so. Chad explains Stefano covered for him and the only reason he almost got caught at the cabin was cos Justin found fish lure that fell off his jacket at the mansion. Abigail is upset he was almost caught at the hiding place she took him to and tells Chad she could not live with herself if she was to blame for ever causing him harm. Their eyes lock … Abigail softly wonders how he succeeded in escaping all the Salem P.D. Chad admits the DiMeras have secret tunnels like the Phantom of the Opera under the streets of Salem that no one knows about. She pouts but why would Clyde have targeted Paige? To make it appear that Chad had killed the key witness against him. She asks about his alibi. His mind was a mess by the time he got back to him with the money . Abigail announces she will investigate, though she clearly finds it hard to swallow the Clyde as culprit story. Chad gently insists she take care of herself and baby and leave the investigating to him. He already has set a plan in motion … Clyde makes light of his mood change and lies the text was about a business deal gone south. Abigail soon arrives and Ben suggests his father tell his fiancée what he wanted to say about the wedding. Clyde coos he wants to help with the extras for the dream wedding so tell mama not to worry about the money. Abi nervously notes there is no need and does not think … Clyde coldly cuts her off. She does not think WHAT? He stares darkly, demanding to know if there is a problem. Sinister music is heard. Abigail stammers she does not feel very well. Clyde changes his demeanor to doting grandpa to be and Ben offers to fetch his fianceé a bowl of soup from the chef. She accepts. After he steps away, she notes Clyde has already been so generous giving them the greatest gift of all with the wonderful house. Clyde is pleased to hear her praise and points out she makes his son happy. He hugs her, claiming they are family now, and tells her to take care. He departs and Abigail breathes a sigh of relief … Chad returns to the mansion and tries to be elusive but Andre is aware he went to see Abigail. Nothing escapes Andre … Outside Clyde nervously texts his accuser, asking what he wants. Anonymous Chad texts back that he wants money. That is all for now for he intends to make Clyde sweat. Seconds later Clyde gets an even more stressful phone call from JJ, who summons him to a docks meeting now! Clyde is furious he would dare to issue him an order. JJ angrily exclaims the cops know he was Kyle’s contact and ends the call before Clyde can get any more information from him … Brady is mighty impressed with the baby massage from Theresa that helped their little man Tate settle down. Theresa muses he likes music too and admits she sings to him, plays the piano. When the screaming starts up again the two burst into song and take the baby to the car for a soothing drive … Down at the docks Gabi seems to have taken a wrong turn. A thug gives her a hard time and tells her to name her price. Gabi is horrified he has taken her for a hooker. The docks have changed! JJ emerges from the shadows and orders the thug to get lost, acting like Gabi is his girl. The thug makes himself scarce. Gabi is grateful and explains she came the wrong way. In fact she was on her way to give a letter from an inmate to her brother as promised. JJ pretends he is here to meet a pal who works part-time in the area and sends Gabi in the right direction. Then he waits for Clyde … Theresa and Brady are back at the house with Tate fast asleep in his car seat. Brady is amused she lulled the little one to sleep by singing Cowboy Joe. He asks where she learned it. From mama Kim. He asks what went wrong between them. Theresa tells the sad story of Kim becoming depressed whenever her dad was away on long ISA assignments. Brady gets what it is like to be the kid of an ISA agent. That is certainly something they have in common. Theresa then felt the need to fend for herself when the kids were unkind at school and thus became unkind as a defense mechanism, to avoid being hurt. However, she would never want anyone to be unkind toward Tate. She could not bear the thought of losing him and becomes emotional. They decide it is time to try and get sleeping Tate out of his car seat and into bed. Together … Down at the docks, JJ calls Roman with an update. He is here and knows what he has to do. All of a sudden, Clyde appears and grabs him by the collar of his black leather jacket, his eyes cold and crazed … Abigail has sipped some soup but stops. Ben glares at her and unexpectedly accuses her of being rude to his father. Abigail holds her stomach and cries out in pain. Ben is at her side in an instant … Clyde checks JJ for a wire but he is clean. Jump Street JJ acts indignant and informs him Kyle evidently left his mother a letter in the event that anything happened to him. Said letter named names and now the feds are after JJ! He demands they discuss terms and demands cash cos his silence is going to cost Clyde … Theresa and Brady are tired together on the sofa. She shuts her eyes and puts her head on his shoulder. Brady makes no move but seems bothered by the fact that he is starting to fall for her all over again … Andre sarcastically questions what Chad’s next move is going to be. He mutters to fatha he hopes that one knows wot he is doing. Stefano remains silent … Down at the dangerous docks, Clyde has a counter-offer for Jump Street JJ. He could shut him up permanently and it would not cost him a dime if he killed it right here right now. Jump Street JJ starts to sweat … THE END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives: JJ tries to get the goods on Clyde, Aiden has an idea, Steve bears bad news about Bo, Caroline has another premonition and more drama! |
