The police have increased their presence down at the docks due to the bungled attack on the three fugitives and the Kiriakis customers are restless. Phillip fumes about Brady's bad decision costing the Kiriakis group revenue. Theresa enters and sticks up for Brady, who acted in good faith. Sonny states the newspaper is waiting on the phone for a statement so Brady takes the receiver. Deimos the old school Greek ushers Theresa out of the room ... Meanwhile at DiMera mansion Chad is having a hissy fit over the fact that corporate Kate has brought Andre back to DiMera mansion and wants him at the company. Chad questions his methods and more. Andre elegantly assures him he will play his game the way he wants. He adds he deserves to be part of the family biz again, given he is still a DiMera ... Dario finds cop JJ close to the square and urges him to come save his club and other small businesses. The square is being looted! They are on their way. The sound of glass being broken is heard at the square. Glam Gabi arrives with a friend to help her transfer the gems of her jewelry store elsewhere. All of a sudden two looters appear. Tis the same goon who attacked Gabi and she whips out her pepper spray, prepared to battle him all over again ... Back at DiMera mansion Kate offers to keep an eye on Andre. Chad scoffs he will certainly try to sabotage him. Andre gives brotha his word. Chad eventually agrees so Andre is back at DiMera. After they shake hands, smiling Andre sweetly suggests he give him his share of the family fortune that Belle returned and quickly adds be can reinvest it in DiMera. Chad make it clear he thinks the future of the company could be lucrative with science and technology interests. Andre politely points out he knows where they can get a new source of capital, a glint in his eye ... Deimos warns Brady and also Justin that they might have a huge loss if they lose clients. Phil snaps to call Victor. Deimos disagrees. Victor is otherwise occupied. Besides HE is a man who wants to make his own mark in the family and business as a leader ... Gabi faces off with her attacker. They want the jewelry but Gabi has her pepper spray ... The Kiriakis men clash over the raid. Phil blames Brady, who bellows he was not going to risk his family' safety by standing by and doing nothing when the hot lead came in. He had no idea it was faulty intel ... Meanwhile Andre smugly updates Chad on the bungled raid plus increased police presence at the docks making the usual importers and exporters uneasy. They could take control of those docks! Chad snaps NO and Andre rolls his eyes. Kate lets out a sigh ... Chad knows the activity at the docks is illegal! He vows to make DiMera great again legitimately. Kate notes his new high tech venture would cost too much to start now and if he wants to leave Thomas anything, he needs to accept whatever business they can get ... Deimos defends Brady, which makes Phillip even madder. Sonny states Phillip offers no solutions. Phillip wishes to establish who has what role. Justin and Sonny, as per Justin the family counsel, should stay out front since they are already employed at Titan. Phil continues to criticize Brady. Deimos gets a call. He tells the gentlemen things just got a lot worse ... Theresa calls sister Eve from the pub and complains about Deimos ... Gabi gracefully pepper sprays the greedy goon at the square. He grabs her like a dancer in Westside Story. JJ arrives and is not amused. He pulls his gun on the two looters. The old attacker runs, only to bump into Dario ... Theresa loves Brady and hates how Deimos was tearing him down then made her leave. She cries she is a Kiriakis too! Eve advises her to stand by her man. Theresa appreciates the advice and takes off ... Deimos growls someone has already been sniffing around their turf ... It must be Andre DiMera! Brady offers to do something. Phil says bad idea. Deimos agrees Brady should be involved. Sonny wants in as well but Justin disagrees. They together are the face of Titan. He adds they must appear strong and united. Sonny cannot believe Chad would go after their business and leaves his friend a message that they need to talk ... Back at DiMera mansion, bad news permeates the air. Chad finds out from Kate the family biz is 6 months away from bankruptcy so Andre's way is the only way to save the company. If he wants anything to leave to his son ... Clyde is hiding in a warehouse, on a call with his flunky mountain man Jeremiah. He vows to take Thomas away from Chad and get his boy out of prison so the three can have the family reunion they deserve ... Adrienne is about to put Thomas down for a sleep when suited Justin surprises her. He announces he is here to take her home ... The cuffed creep leers to Gabi that her brother hired him to attack her and she is horrified ... Back at Kiriakis mansion, Deimos is baffled why Phillip is out to get Brady. He is equally curious about his reaction to Chloe leaving town. Phil retorts he had his reasons for thinking Chloe should raise the baby without him. It is nothing unusual for him as he also put his son Tyler in foster care years ago as he felt the baby would be better off. He feels the Kiriakis men do not make good fathers. He sighs look at Victor with him. Deimos assures him Victor will come around and adds there is strength in numbers ... Adrienne explains she and Lucas are here to help Chad look after Thomas. Justin talks crisis and Sonny needing her support. Lucas can move in too. He warns the war is heating up and this round will be between Chad and Andre. Adrienne does not like to be told what to do and argues Chad is no Stefano. However, her eyes mirror her worry ... Chad and Sonny meet at the park to discuss the three madmen. Sonny tries to explain the bungled raid down at the docks. He wanted revenge on Clyde for his stabbing. Chad is shocked that Clyde was responsible. Sonny now asks Chad to make Andre back away from going after their shipping. Chad sighs they are struggling now and need to explore other avenues of revenue. Sonny asks him as a friend and steps away ... At the police station, Gabi slaps her brother for hiring her attacker! Dario explains he only wanted the guy to scare Rafe so people would think it was Ed's past coming back to haunt him. Gabi cries he ruined their family. He asks her not to tell JJ and is sorry. She snaps to stay away from her ... At DiMera mansion Andre is delighted to inform Chad and Kate that the power players are ready. He can make the call now. Meanwhile Deimos gets a call about lost business and breaks his glass in a fit of rage. Voices are raised over who is to blame for the dock drama. Phillip continues to blame Brady for the botched raid. Theresa storms in and screams Brady was protecting the family so shame on them all! Now she has their full attention ... JJ tells girlfriend Gabi the bad guys are gone along with the nightmare of her attack. He senses something else has her upset. She denies it and states he is her own personal superhero. They embrace and she tries not to cry ... Theresa rages the Kiriakis men were tearing down the best protector of their family. She tells off Phillip the do nothing, shouts to appreciate Brady, and walks out. Brady follows her into the foyer and grabs her in a passionate kiss ... Deimos agrees they must be a united front against this DiMera threat. Sonny states there is no real threat and adds he asked Chad as a friend to withdraw. Justin deduces Chad will decide what is best for his family unfortunately for them ... Chad would rather not go after the business of his friend's family. Kate states they are out of options. Adrienne hands him baby Thomas. Chad looks at his son and advises Andre to do it ... Meanwhile crazy Clyde growls he knows Thomas is locked in that DiMera fortress.
