There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Nicole notices EJ at the dark park and proceeds to criticize Kristen. She reasons she cares about Eric but evil Kristen caused him pain and got away with it! How does EJ feeeeel about that?! EJ denies being close to the hell cat and drawls wot she did to Eric was deplorable. Nicole suspects he really considered it genius. How ironic that he wanted Sami and she fell for Eric but they have lost those repeat relationships all over again. EJ happily announces he and Samantha are back together and betta than before. Nicole forces a nod and laughs sarcastically. How predictable! Sami always needs a guy and she blew it with Rafe and Lucas but there is always EJ, who embraces the lunacy of her love life. He has low standards but is quite a catch despite the fact he has no soul. EJ quips it is quite the tragedy that Nicole will neva be able to understand the depth of the love he and Samantha share. Nicole cannot help but collapse in laughter … Sami has summoned Eric to the pub to share that she and EJ are together. Forever. She assumes he is bothered by it. Eric gets pensive the way priests and former priests do. Sami gasps she and EJ hurt each other but they are a family and the kids are finally happy. However, she will always be bothered by EJ holding his silence about what Kristen did. He hates what his sister did too. Eric sighs they already discussed this. He reminds his hopeful twin that what ruined her and EJ’s relationship was his Abigail affair. How could she overcome? Sami uses the F word. Two in fact. Forgiveness with faith. She now asks Eric whether he will forgive her for taking EJ back. He starts to sulk and she implores him not to hate her for being with EJ. He mutters it seems he cannot change her mind. She fears she is about to lose her twin … Kate calls her date with Clyde casual and taunts jumpy Jordan at the square as the therapist tightly holds her cup of coffee. Kate adds insult to injury by sighing Rafe was very upset with her for that Clyde date! Jordan accuses her of games. Kate continues and calls Clyde charming, anxious to make things right with both his kids. Jordan is exasperated. Kate thinks Jordan’s irritation is about Rafe but she should really forgive him for being jealous of her and Clyde cos she has moved on. She should forgive Rafe. Jordan calls her a bitch. At Horton house, JJ acts timid about his mom and sister finding them if he and his girl start making out. Paige thinks a pal who lives at the dorm can let them in there. JJ exclaims no means no! She gets insecure and he assures her he loves her. She wants more … JJ finds it difficult to meet his girlfriend’s gaze. She suspects her mom caused this rift. He denies it. She wonders whether this is the result of what she heard Kayla confess to. JJ looks ready to cry. Paige points out he is taking it tragically hard. JJ flashes back to complaining to Jen about what papa Jack once did. It was tough for him to say. Back to reality. JJ calls it complicated. He now pretends to Paige he purposely did not tell the whole story about his run-in with her mom, who was hard on him and refused to believe he was set up. Paige gets peeved and vows to confront her mom. JJ now gets a text and ushers her to the door, handing her her purse. Until tomorrow. He closes the door and Paige is more determined than ever to have it out with her mom before she totally ruins her relationship with her boyfriend ... Eve gets home and Jen follows her in, raging she is not finished with her! Eve insists she spoke the truth. JJ could be just like Jack and they know only too well what he was capable of! Paige deserves someone better! Jen appears hurt. She feels Eve was unfair to JJ, who showed her the photos in good faith. Her son was set up! Eve sarcastically states his father was not always set up. Jen admits Jack made mistakes but he was a good father and husband. Eve talks facts about those not so honorable Hortons. Abi slept with EJ DiMera, JJ made out with a hussy in those pics, and then there was Jack … She does not like to speak ill of the dead. However, Jack cheated, left his family, and lied to Jen time and time again. Jen played her role of the saintly victim to perfection! She must have been a masochist who loved being hurt by Jack. Jen hauls off and bitch slaps her. Hard. Eve is stunned. Jen hisses to leave her kids alone and stay away from JJ, even with texts. She storms out. Eve muses she is far from finished with the happy Hortons! Paige now arrives and blasts her for going after boyfriend JJ. Eve emphatically explains she had to protect her daughter, who was in denial. But a picture is worth a thousand words. What oh what has JJ done to her smart sensible girl?! Paige pauses. She then starts to scream at her for conspiring and inventing things. Eve counters she did not need to this time! Paige soap stares. Ben and Abigail slooooow kiss and he calls her beautiful. He feels like a lucky guy and they fall onto the bed. She gets closer and he responds. Smooch smooch! The clothes start to come off as they take their time. They slowly roll around under the sheets amid the candlelight, coming together … In the afterglow, he marvels how beautiful she was from day one and she admits her instant attraction. She suspects he was shy but that was then this is now. They kiss again in bliss. Nicole finds it hard to finish her fit of laughter. EJ does not get wot is so amusing. She admits it was his straight face when he spoke the words that she would neva understand their kind of love. EJ repeats it is sad. She points out he fell into bed with Abigail and then Sami schemed at him until he conned her again. EJ hits back by bringing up her bitterness over losing Eric. She accuses his sister of ruining what they shared. EJ now starts to laugh at her, for still being in love with the fallen father … Jen finds JJ sitting home alone in a funk and admits she knows what happened. It is all about Eve so she let her have it. Eve insulted Abi as well but she will not let her win! She suggests her son live his life and be who he is. JJ hangs his head in sorrow and stammers he is in trouble and at a loss what to do this time … It concerns Paige. Jen senses something is amiss and urges him to confide in her. EJ has a proposition. Perhaps he and Nicole ought to wish the best for one another. She admits they did go through a great deal together. He praises her for the intensity with which she speaks of Eric and sympathizes with her pain. But the Nicole he knew would not easily give up! If she loves him … Nicole snaps Eric hates her way more than she loves him! Eric assures Sami he will always love his beautiful impossible sister and nothing and no one will change that. They share a tender embrace. EJ advises Nicole that in his experience, hate is but a temporary state. Nicole notes Eric is different, then warns EJ that Sami will break his heart again. Is she really the one he loves? He murmurs she is indeed the one. Nicole smiles and wishes him luck in that case. She turns and walks off into the Salem night. EJ smiles after her, as though he senses he is seeing her for the last time ... Shirtless Ben and cozy Abi enjoy grapes in bed by candlelight. She wishes they could stay like this longer. He sighs they need to find their own special place to do this again. She sips her red wine. He asks if she wants to. She teases she will think about it. He gives her a kiss and she gushes this has to happen again and again and again! More kissing as the piano sweetly tinkles in the background … Jordan accuses Kate of being out to get her from the start, all because of Rafe. Kate dismisses the notion. Jordan hisses Clyde is the kind of man she deserves and storms off. Kate watches and she feels mighty triumphant. Perhaps she shouldn’t … Ben is sorry he does not have a good place to take his dream girl but he has been saving up for school. Abi agrees that is what is best right now for him. He calls her the most important thing in his world and kisses her … Eve warns Paige that JJ the liar and cheat is just like Jack … Meanwhile JJ claims his concern is about Eve, but he does not want his mom to worry … Eric gasps he wants a happy Sami so if it is with EJ, so be it. Sami stammers about him forgiving her at least. Eric repeats all that matters is he unconditionally loves his sister. She giggles she loves her little brother of a few minutes … EJ gets home and finds Kate reposing in the grand living room with a martini. She taunts Sami is not present. EJ considers, then solemnly suggests she pack up and move out of the mansion, for she has overstayed her welcome. Kate’s cat eyes narrow as she sips her drink. Exit EJ. Kate calmly calls Chad with a voice message. She happens to have some intense intel about EJ he will be wanting to pass on to Stefano directly … Sami runs into Nicole at the square and refuses to stop smiling. Nicole has already heard the good reconciliation news and wishes her and EJ as much happiness – as the last time! Then she waltzes off. Sami gets a glint in her eye. Abigail and Ben dare to dream. She tells him of a penthouse apartment on sale in Chicago with panoramic views and it is only 10 million. He chuckles they can make an offer and the lovers get hot and heavy under the sheets again … Jen gets a work text and promises to be back soon. Now alone in the living room, JJ pensively picks up a picture of Jack and muses he must come clean to Paige. The problem is that he has difficulty understanding the incident himself … Eve insists to Paige that Jack was a bad man. Paige refuses to listen. Things get louder. Eve screams to hear her before it is too late. Paige storms out. Angry Eve now comes to a decision. She will do whatever it takes to make her daughter know the TRUTH about those dastardly Devereaux men ... THE END! AHEAD ON DAYS: There’s big news in store for Theresa and EJ! |
