When he reveals he could not resist attending the forgettable night to remember, she boasts about something big. Chad appears and suspiciously wonders what they were discussing. Abigail shakily drinks more champagne and spies Jack giving Jen a kiss. The girl is about to BLOW! Gwen alludes to Jake being a creature from the zoo after he calls the gathering boring. Chad drinks from his bottle while Jake enjoys his champagne. Chad suggests he leave if he does not like the party. He grins he cannot abandon his date. Chad regrets Kate invited him and is sorry for Gwen. She worked so hard. Hunky JJ is standing at the bar and calls it a great party. Chad credits Gwen again, adds she is single and steps away. JJ tries to chat her up, but she hastily excuses herself. Abe asks PR princess Kate if Jake is her date. She sweetly suggests he ask him ... Chad finds Abigail, who whispers she has something to tell him ... John gets all choked up and gasps he hates feeling overly emotional. Marlena thinks it is nice to see how he feels. When she thinks of her love for him, tears come to her eyes too. Time to turn the page. It leads to their trip to Italy when he romantically proposed by the fountain and she said yes. Another romantic moment that ended with a kiss. Marlena marvels she loves him more than ever ... Gwen gets the attention of all the guests and makes her sweet speech about the wonderful Devereaux family, including Abigail the incredible. Kate's cat eyes narrow. Gushy Gwen toasts to Jack and Jen’s undying love on this anniversary which also marks one year since Jen woke up. The guests cheer and applaud. But not haunted Abigail. Gwen praises Jack and Jennifer’s special love story. Anyone else with something to say about the classic couple should feel free to step forward at any time. Abe and Theo must leave early as Lani is bringing Eli home from the hospital. Chad wonders what is wrong with his aloof anxious wife ... Kayla steps up to praise Jen the wonderful friend. She also praises Jack for all the time he spent at her bedside while she was 'sleeping' and toasts to their love story. Abigail rolls her head. He then gave it to Jack and Jen, and it brought them good luck as well ... Abigail angrily states Jack turned that hourglass over daily but one morning he was not in her mother's room, so she did it. Jack rushed back. She believed he was a devoted hubby. However, now she knows the secret. Jen worriedly wonders what she means.
