Will is on the phone with Sonny, who hopes he will have luck regarding Ted and stop Leo ... Leo comes in the room as Sonny ends his call. He wants orange juice. Sonny wants him gone. Leo pleasantly threatens him with prison ... At the station Rafe gets the runaround from Hope. She flashes back to her deal with Ted and sips her coffee. Rafe probes about the big case that kept her working around the clock ... Kate plays her recording of what Stefan said - to Roman, who suggests it is unusable ... Stefan speaks to Stefano’s portrait about baby Charlotte. He cannot wait to bring her home. Enter the gullible goon. Stefan fires him ... Chad is outside on his phone asking for an update on patient Abigail. Alas he is not family and has no luck. He is not giving up ... Abigail’s door is unlocked and the orderly leaves a tray. She is hiding under a blanket like a wounded animal ... Rafe wishes his wife would open up about her hard case. Pause. She remembers the rest of her Ted story and changes the subject to Ciara. Rafe saw her and Ben kissing. Hope gets mad he did not stop her ... Ben meets with Chad at the square and suggests he hire him full time to handle security. Chad refuses. Ben notes he could slip him into Bayview to see Abigail since he already knows the security ... Kate is miffed. Roman clarifies. Stefan also stated that SHE would be implicated in something serious. Will arrives for a word with Kate. Roman congratulates him on being back together with Sonny and hastily excuses himself. Kate hugs worried Will and wonders. He wants to discuss Ted cos Leo lives ... Leo will not give up his mimosa or his hold over Sonny, who rages he has vast resources so he better watch it. Leo wonders what he intends to do. Whatever he must ... Rafe reasons he got Ben away from Ciara and issued him a warning. He wants to believe Ciara the grown woman is going to make the right decision ... Stefan tells off his goon for letting Ted escape, not giving him info on Steve and allowing Abigail to be abducted ... Ben reminds Chad of his success against Stefan and his goon. He is damn good at his job and adds he could help him with Abigail again. Chad knows but will not let him near her. He walks off. Ben lets out a long siiiiiiiiigh ... Stefan’s fired goon runs into Ben outside DiMera mansion and wonders where he knows him from. Ben denies knowing him and notes he needs to see his boss. The goon grumbles he was let go and storms off. Ben knocks on the DiMera front door. Stefan opens it. Ominous music plays ... Chad joins Jen in baby Charlotte’s room to say he is sorry. But he knew of no other way to help the woman he loves. Jen gets it. He hopes she can get him in to see Abigail. Jen laments she is not in good enough shape ... The orderly suggests Abigail cooperate if she wants to see her baby. She sends the food tray flying with a sweep of the hand ... Stefan asks what Ben wants. A job in security. Stefan has a spot to fill and sarcastically suggests Ben convince him why he should hire the necktie killer ... Ciara greets Roman at the pub and admits she and Tipp are over. Roman knows and notes he is a good guy. Ciara reveals he set up Ben. Roman asks if Hope knows. Ciara begs him to say nothing to no one ... Will explains Leo was never dead and walked over to him and Sonny. This time he will not leave ... unless Kate helps. He and Sonny suspect attorney Ted is his accomplice. Kate claims she would not be surprised but how can she help cos she has no idea where Ted is ... Leo wants to know if Sonny is threatening him. Sonny denies it so Leo taunts him about Paul and Will. Sonny shoves him up against the wall and calls him an s.o.b. Leo smirks ... Kate confirms she got Ted to leave town but that is all. Will hopes she did not kill him. She did not and knows nothing. Will decides he and Sonny will come up with a solution. She likes hearing Sonny and Will are a couple again. Will vows not to let Leo come between them ... Leo dares Sonny to off him and points out he and Will would go to prison. Sonny growls he is not worth it. Leo warns he will not wait for an answer forever. He wants a wedding ... Jen must woefully tell Chad that Abigail is in solitary confinement. Jen believes her daughter is crazed and would hear nothing anyone had to say. She is also angry that Gabi had the gall to go see her. They discuss Gabi’s accusations. Chad admits he had to call for help cos she claimed Abigail attempted to kill her. He could show Abigail some pictures of Charlotte and hopes to help. He implores Jen to help him gain access to the woman he loves. Please. She will speak to the psychiatrist and see what she can do. Chad whispers thank you. Jen steps out to make the call. Chad introduces himself to alert Charlotte and snaps a picture. He assures her mama adores her ad apologizes for having to take her away. He praises Abigail as kind and caring. Charlotte gurgles and he gets more pictures. He promises her mama will come back to them all and gets one last pic. Jen returns and gushes he can get in! But she warns Abigail is not speaking or eating. She could be restrained longer if she does not stop the outbursts. She begs him to make her feel better. He wants her home as well ... Rafe tells Hope that Ciara will do the opposite of what she orders. Hope appreciates the advice. At least that is what she says before she walks away. Rafe senses something ... Roman thinks Ciara was wrong to ever suggest he would consider hiring Ben. She understands and smiles he should hire her instead since Tripp moved out and her rent is going to get higher ... Discreet Ben declares he is the most qualified ... with a specific set of skills like breaking into buildings. Stefan states that is the opposite of security. Ben boasts he has specialized services that include protection. He is a master of the sleeper hold. Stefan does the math and accuses him of helping Chad abduct Abigail. He threatens to call the cops so they toss his crazy butt back in the slammer ... Sonny is in a state when Will returns. Will is sorry to say that Kate knows nothing about Leo or Ted. Leo comes in and laughs Kate was behind the whole harassment lawsuit! This is news to stunned Sonny and Will ... Kate remembers her sordid history with terrible Ted the blackmailer who warned he would send Will to prison if she did not pay him. She had pulled a gun on him ... Kate now regrets she did not kill him when she could ... Ted panics when he hears a noise and picks up a fireplace poker. Hope comes in with food for her guest at the cabin. She refuses to discuss Rafe and he deduces he does not know. She warns him he had better make good on his promise to help put Ben away forever ... Back at DiMera mansion Ben suggests Stefan could not find anyone else like him and calls his last hire incompetent. He boldly states he needs a job now. This job. Stefan knows he was working for Chad. That was then this is now. Chad just kicked him to the curb. He knows Stefan has issues with Chad as well. He states they would be on the same side if he hired him. If not he will wind up working against him. Stefan craftily considers ... Chad is allowed into Abigail’s room.
