At the ornate Kiriakis mansion Victor growls that grand nephew Sonny was not present for the family Thanksgiving feast. Maggie reminds him of Adrienne's predicament, how Sonny stepped up, hence his absence. The Greek gets sarcastic. Phillip notes his father must be worried about Brady. Enter Brady with Tate and a holiday smile. Deimos smiles they still have turkey. Brady bravely claims to be alright ... Ed is at Kate's door with a bottle of wine. She has no interest in fake holiday gratitude. Ed flirts. She asks about the wine and flirts her day just got brighter ... At Horton house Gabi and Chad discuss children. She points out they both have kids missing one parent and praises him for his parenting. He is grateful to have her as well and Jen walks in just as they tenderly touch hands. Ooo ... In the attic JJ and alive Abigail share an emotional embrace. He gasps it is you... Brady sarcastically suggests there is no need to worry. He intends to stay clean and sober cos he has a son. He heads upstairs to face his past. Phil wants his father to admit he is stressed and is covering with rudeness as is Brady! Maggie fears Brady being in denial is a bad place to be for an addict. Deimos thinks he needs someone to talk to ... Brady takes Tate to the bedroom and tosses aside Theresa's remaining things. He thinks they will be alright together but his eyes betray his heartbreak ... Abigail quietly closes the attic door as JJ exclaims they all believe she is dead downstairs. She begs him not to tell a soul. He assures her Ben is gone and takes off to tell mama Jen and Chad the good news ... Downstairs Jen asks Chad and Gabi where JJ went. To the attic for toys. Jen runs like a bat out of hell and bumps into JJ as he reaches the landing, calling out to Chad. Jen hauls him aside and whispers say nothing to no one. JJ is flabbergasted ... Kate jokes about Justin crashing the last Salem wedding. Ed opens the wine and pours. Kate accuses Adrienne of being after attention and hopes Lucas will be done with her now. Ed teases she must have hypnotized her. Kate concludes those two had not a chance. Ed sips his wine and roguishly wonders about their chances ... Maggie invites Brady to attend a meeting as he puts together Theresa's garbage. Victor appears. Brady asks her to get rid of this and returns to the living room, where he declares to Deimos and Phil that he wants no talk of Theresa. He asks about an account as per an email. Phil took care of it as that was days ago. The billionaire heir fumes they were supposed to consult with him first. Victor tries to stop him and he snaps he is retired. Maggie protests ... Jen hauls JJ out the front door and refuses to let him go back and tell anyone, not even Chad, that Abigail lives ... Brady and Phillip argue until Phillip agrees to go over the business matter with the JERK. Maggie is exasperated ... Chad and Gabi discuss her reunion with JJ. They both noticed how serious Jen was, how she stepped outside with her son ... Outside the Horton front door, Jen laments to JJ that Abigail's emotional state is fragile and she could snap! She cries and JJ comforts her, committed to looking after the fair Abigail ... Abigail gets an idea in the attic and moves with haste ... Downstairs Chad asks returning Jen and JJ what is the matter. Jen is momentarily unable to meet his gaze. JJ forces a grin they are alright. Gabi offers to assist. Jen babbles there was a rat. Chad wants to help. JJ insists they take the kids to the festival and he will stay with Jen to handle it. Dubious Chad agrees and goes to get Thomas. Jen wants to assure Abigail upstairs but JJ demands they discuss it ... Kate teases it is too soon to tell. On cue, Ed gets a call from Deimos about his first shipment clearing customs. Ed is grateful and feels the future looks promising. He ends the call and Kate has questions. He admits he has aligned his new company with Titan. Kate pouts she had pictured him in another bed as they soap stare across the table ... Victor and Deimos discuss the drama with Brady. Victor fears his grandson is going to blow ... Meanwhile Brady rages at Philip for not waiting for his input. Phil notes he has no great track record at Titan. Brady says to shut up when he blasts him for being rude to Maggie. He suggests the Theresa tragedy is getting to him and adds they are here for him. He speaks the truth! Brady dares him to so he does. Philip calls Theresa a drug addicted mess any man is better off without. Brady punches him in the gut and he collapses with a loud groan. Brady looks like he feels a bit better ... Maggie is aghast. Deimos blames Phillip for not calming Brady as promised. Victor wants the two to get it together. Brady snaps he has no say anymore as he is retired. Deimos, however, is not and demands they work out their differences ... At the park Gabi suggests to Chad that Jen and JJ are hiding something ... JJ is upset that no one let him know his sister was alive. Jen is anxious to go to Abigail lest she run again but JJ cuts in front of her ... Phillip accuses Deimos of blaming him again as he helped Chloe. Deimos claims he let it go as Phil must now let go of his jealousy of Brady - or else! He goes to call Nicole. Phillip frowns. He flashes back to Chloe confirming the baby she was carrying belonged to Nicole and Daniel. It bothers him deeply ... Deimos gushes on his phone to Nicole how he misses her. He ends the call with flirty French. Maggie is glad they are in a good place and he is grateful Maggie encouraged him. He laughs to big brother he never expected the family celebration would be so wild. Victor knows he got more than he wished for ... Brady is sitting alone in church, remembering. Marlena the emotional healer joins him, having heard from worried Victor. Brady wishes to be left in peace. She offers to listen and he laments he repeats the same mistake with his love life. Theresa was troubled from the start! He blames himself for not being there for her and seeing the telltale signs. Marlena states he is not to blame for her secrecy. Brady is hurting for having lost her for good. All of his idealistic dreams are dashed again ... Phillip confesses to Maggie that he is a jerk and apologizes for ruining her Thanksgiving but Maggie signed on for the Kiriakis world. She believes Phillip is worried about Brady as well as something else. She promises to keep his confidence. Phil sighs he is plagued with guilt about doing something for Chloe. Maggie knows he pretended to be the papa of her baby. Phil ominously adds he fears Chloe is playing with fire. However it is not his secret to reveal ... Chez Kate Ed muses he is using Titan for shipping his goods no more. Kate muses they must be competitors. She mentions not talking business as pillow talk and Ed is intrigued ... JJ returns to the attic, where the green window has been left open. He looks outside and sees no sign of his sister ... Ed downs his wine and Kate pours him more. He wonders whether they will keep talking only and stands to get closer, letting her know how much he likes the everything of her. They slowly kiss and her blue nailed hands move seductively over his shoulders ... Brady bears his soul to Marlena, adding he suspects Theresa had a huge secret. She offers to get John to find her but Brady shakes his unhappy handsome head. Not this time ... Maggie senses Phillip still loves Chloe and he confirms he would do anything for his first love. He yearns to help her ... Meanwhile Deimos has Nicole on his mind, how they came together in a tempest, the two tormented hearts ... Chad and Gabi sit at the flowers and he suggests JJ is simply anxious about having another chance. Gabi stammers about just being friends with Chad and excuses herself with Arianna. Chad stares into space ... JJ closes the window and Abigail emerges, explaining she was making certain he was alone. He swears to keep her secret but cannot comprehend why she wishes to remain hidden from Chad, who loves her with all his heart.
