At the square Nicole informs her phone contact she is on her way to St Luke's. Deimos happens by and asks about it. The church, as it turns out, is open for people to pray, to help the town heal. Deimos is still stung she hid the truth about Chloe's baby. Nicole gets it and goes on her way when his phone rings. Deimos gets an update that sends him somewhere in a hurry ... At the church Maggie and Victor are greeted by Brady and Theresa. Maggie thanks God she got her walking miracle and also for the salvation of Salem. Brady gushes he has much for which to be grateful. Theresa gushes and blushes about their symbolic wedding. Then she excuses herself to go to confession. Brady is somewhat surprised ... Paul arrives, glad to see brother Brady, and joins him in lighting a candle for John. They marvel at the hero's nine lives. Meanwhile Marlena is dreaming from her hospital bed ... She dreams of Orpheus locking her in the coffin and lighting it on fire. She wakes up with a gasp and Roman assures her he is here. It is over with Orpheus at long last. John asked him to come ... Confessional Theresa is ready to unburden her soap sins. Where to start ... A familiar voice drawls yes my child and she gasps Daddy! Tis Shane Donavan the silver fox. The ISA spy is unofficially undercover as a priest. She does not understand why he needs a disguise. Shane wanted to warn her that she is in DANGER ... Nicole arrives at the church and settles behind Brady. She wonders whether Phillip has had any word about Chloe. Brady is bewildered. Nicole updates him on the baby mess and how she lied. The truth is that Deimos is the daddy. Brady is aghast. Nicole notes she did tell Deimos in the end and he was furious. Brady is no Deimos fan but feels he was within his rights to be angry about a child almost being kept from the father. Nicole complains his eyes were cold. Brady quips they always are... Nicole was touched Deimos wanted his legacy but Brady says to leave it to Chloe and Deimos. It is a personal matter for the parents to settle. He is relieved she is no longer romantically involved with the rogue, then finds out she still has feelings for him ... Fancy Nancy meets Phil at a cafe in New York. She laughs in surprise she has not seen him in ages. Phil solemnly states he needs to reach Chloe. The redhead stops smiling ... Love birds Adrienne and Lucas arrive at Horton house, happily wedding planning. Jen bears bad news about Hope ... Nancy is sorry to hear that Chloe treated Phillip unfairly. Unfortunately she took off without telling her where she was headed. She wishes she would contact him at least. Phil thinks she is afraid. Craig and Nancy are concerned. They agree to contact each other if she gets in touch ... Once upon a time there was a bad guy in Mexico. That is who Shane warns Theresa about! The man called Mateo, who remains obsessed with her. The ISA knows he knows she is in Salem and he wants her back. Theresa reacts with fear and fury ... Roman explains John was delayed at the pier and has to speak to the police so he asked him to check on Marlena for him. She is physically fine but ... Mateo and Theresa were lovers long ago. She likes her new life now with Brady the good man. She cries she was a lost soul who found her way. Now this! She wishes daddy would do something. Alas there is nothing Shane can do. The ISA has a mole inside his cartel but there is no proof tying the kingpin to any of the hundreds of killings he is responsible for. He tells her to run away and hide with Brady before all hell breaks loose. Theresa babbles she is to blame and worries about Tate. Shane tells sweethot to consider leaving Salem without them for a while. She loathes the sound of that and leaves. Shane soap stares in consternation ... Sonny enters the church and greets walking Maggie and Victor after saying hey to Paul and Brady. Theresa is ready to take off. Paul watches while Sonny starts to light a candle ... Outside Brady gives Theresa her coat and suspects grandfather of another verbal attack. No. Then what? Theresa just wants a hug ... Jen scoffs at the Spectator writing unfairly about Hope. Adrienne adds the tabloid even got the timeline wrong. How the mighty have fallen! Lucas shares that Titan supposedly wants to acquire the rag and put it online. It was so important in the story of Jack and Jennifer that Jen gets an idea ... Brady eats fruit at the square with Theresa, who wants to stick close to the man she loves ... Adrienne uses her alimony money from Justin to buy the Spectator with Jen. Lucas is all for it. The two ladies cement the deal with a spit and a handshake. Lucas laughs ... Theresa and Brady are desserting, trying iced flavors for their son's smoothie. Brady suggests since things are now perfect they need to find their perfect home. The siege of Salem has ended. Theresa is touched. She stammers she likes staying at the mansion and suggests he go ahead to pick up Tate. She will do some shopping and see him soon. They stand, unaware that they are already being spied on ... Theresa sadly sits on a park bench alone. A man comes up behind her. HOLA! Tis the murderous Mateo ... Jen greets Maggie and Victor at the church. They agree these are tragic times for Hope but Justin will help. Jen steps away to pray ... Back at Kiriakis mansion Sonny is busy writing. Brady sees he is serious about the family biz. Sonny admits he loves them all working together. They agree Victor was right that they needed to be a united front as the new generation of the Kiriakis empire. Brady notes one also needs a personal life and asks about Paul. Pause. Sonny airily states he is fine with them being friends ... Nancy is still in the NYC cafe when a stranger sits at her table. Deimos stares darkly and introduces himself as the father of her daughter's baby ... Brady praises Sonny's work. Sonny wonders what had his Theresa so frazzled. Brady feels being frazzled is in her nature and notes things are better than he ever imagined ... Mateo murmurs he missed Theresa. He could not forget her and considered her family. He boasts he is a man of power now and flirts up a storm. She lets him know she is not going to run away with him no matter what. He makes it sound like she is out of options ... No one intimidates Fancy Nancy as Deimos finds out when she snaps GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME AND LEAVE MY DAUGHTER ALONE! Back in Salem, Nicole runs into Phil, whose plane just landed, and they compare notes about Chloe. Phillip informs her that Deimos is not the father of Chloe's child as she has suggested. Nicole is shocked. Then who is the real father? He shrugs his shoulders. He has no idea ... Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Theresa's choice. Justin's choice words. Phillip chooses love.
