Brady believes what he sees ... All rise in court and the judge allows all to be seated except the accused. She tells them the death penalty is off the table as there was no apparent premeditation as Justin argued. That means it was second degree murder. But Hope is hereby sentenced to 25 years in a maximum security facility with no possibility of parole. The court erupts with anger. Hope soap stares at Rafe, who watches with horror. He feels like he has lost her forever ...

The shirtless goon invites Brady to the party. Theresa acts like she just picked him up. Brady grabs him and he laughs ... Rafe rages this is not justice! Roman stops him.
