There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Kayla breaks the news there is no baby! Theresa is baffled. Brady is livid and rages about the L word. LIE! Theresa hyperventilates she is having his baby. Kayla wants to show the tests but Brady wants to blast Theresa instead. Theresa is in tears. The test she took showed she was pregnant. Kayla explains there are false positives. Dr. Kayla must leave but tells Theresa she is only a phone call away. Theresa begs Brady to believe her. No luck. He starts to storm off. She grabs him back and reasons she was right, she feels it. Brady declares now it is his turn to say what he is feeling! He needs a favor. She gushes anything. Stay away from him and his life cos he is done with addictions like her! To add insult to injury he thanks God she is not having his baby because he hates her! And so goodbye ... At the park, Aiden’s confession has made him feel free. He kisses Hope with intensity. He emotionally adds he loves her and longs to be with her now. He then stops himself and she gazes at him woefully. Aiden assumes she is not ready and maybe does not even want him. She whispers she feels the same. She was attracted from the start, though they had issues but then he made her laugh. She loves how he loves his child the same way she loves her child. And who could resist that smile? He marvels he likes her smile as well. Hope is much moved he trusted her with his intimate sorrow. She trusts and respects him, yes she does. They kiss again as the trees watch in silence. Aiden gets an idea and grins naughtily. She wants to hear it. Before he can spill … redhead interruptus! Maggie is on the move and happy to have found them! Victor wanted the Greek isles for Thanksgiving but she insisted on a family gathering, which brings her to her next point. She would love for Hope to bring Aiden as well as Chase. Aiden graciously accepts. Maggie asks Hope to bring the cranberry sauce, then realizes her timing was off. She sweetly suggests Hope could have something to be thankful for this year and leaves with a smile and a twinkle. Aiden now asks Hope to go somewhere with him. The kids will be in school a few more hours. Stolen hours. She smiles a flirty smile. He suggests a room. Hope admits the night of the gala she just happened to win a bid on a Salem Inn spa hotel package. Aiden is intrigued when she smiles they could put it to use. He has two words to say. LET’S GO! And so they do, arm-in-arm … At the club, Paige and Eve notice Dan. Eve flashes back. So does JJ. Paige greets the good doctor cordially. Eve does too. Dan stammers he was just saying … JJ drawls nothing. Dan is dumbfounded. JJ asks to talk to Dan privately now. Dan promises Paige they will work together soon and adds it was nice seeing Eve. JJ wants them to talk at the pub. Paige is puzzled. JJ claims it cannot wait. Paige wants to know the real story. JJ pretends to his pouty girlfriend Dan and his mom broke up, which is what he wants to discuss. He suggests that he and Paige and Eve take a rain check. Paige understands and lets him go. They kiss goodbye. Paige returns to Eve and announces she figured out what happened last night! Eve plays innocent but deep down she cringes. Paige recognized that coat Daniel was wearing and JJ told her Dan and Jen broke up. So he was the one night stand. They were both feeling down. Eve exclaims he was nowhere near their apartment! The coat is a coincidence! Paige presses her for full disclosure. Eve emphatically states she does not go for Jen’s sloppy seconds anymore. Paige asks then who was the guy with the coat? Eve claims it is a common coat in the shop windows. Paige sighs she is right. Eve wants her to drop the digging into her affair for she would rather keep it private. Paige hopes it is no one she knows. Eve softly says it is no one. They agree to let it go and the girl goes to class after kissing the mother she loves and trusts so very much. Eve grimaces and gets her phone out. Time to do damage control! At the pub, JJ thanks Daniel for always helping him. Dan deduces he needs help again. JJ does not deny it. Dangerous music plays. JJ gasps he always messes up. Dan praises him for being on the straight and narrow. He tells him not to be tough on himself. JJ sighs he has a problem with Paige. Dan deduces that problem would be Eve! He has sensed the strange tension. JJ insists it has nothing to do with Eve. Paige found out about his father’s history but she overcame. Dan wonders then what? JJ overreacted and kinda lost it. Dan drawls to just let it go, no need to dwell. If things are good with the girl, then they should move forward … At Theresa’s tiny apartment, Annie criticizes Kayla and asks her bff if she kept her original test. Theresa gets even more confused. She does not remember putting it in the trash or even emptying her trash, which seems to have been mysteriously taken out. Last night remains a blur. Anne asks if she was high last night. Theresa cries like a lost child. She now wonders whether she lost her baby. Anne solemnly states she probably would have known. Theresa repeats she cannot recall last night but there were bizarre dreams she cannot sort out. She woke up tired when Anne called. Anne indicates the almost empty bottle of wine on her counter. Theresa’s expressive eyes are haunted by a memory she still cannot get back ... JJ heads home to Horton house, feeling good about starting a new chapter with the girl of his dreams. He then gets a text from Eve that she must see him stat! Dan pays embittered Brady a visit at the Kiriakis mansion. He tries to explain the brief mistake of a moment with Kristen was due to his pain over losing Jen. It meant nothing to either of them. Brady decides Dan did him a favor by showing him Kristen was not the one for him. Now he wishes to apologize about Theresa. He throws in her latest stunt. She actually lied about being pregnant with his baby but was proven wrong. Dan is disgusted. However, he finds it odd she would consent to a test if she knew she was really not pregnant. Brady realizes he is right. She might have believed she was in such a condition … Hope and Aiden enter their room at the swanky Salem Inn. He gets rid of the curious bellhop, claiming to be there for a conference. The champagne is waiting. But Aiden and Hope only have eyes for one another and romantically kiss. He sits on the bed and tenderly takes off her coat. She touches his face and his hands start to move. Hope suddenly gets uncomfortable. He gently asks if she wants him to stop … At the hospital, Maggie can see Kayla is distressed. It is Theresa again! The redhead asks what she did this time. She succeeded in taking a bad situation and making it worse … Theresa cries she would not hurt her baby by drinking a bottle of wine! Anne asks if she was agitated and forgot she was not supposed to drink. Theresa is at a loss. It is possible she had a glass. Anne holds up the bottle and muses it would have been more. Theresa now starts to fear she did. Anne calls the girl her own worst enemy. Theresa gets upset with her friend and screams to leave. Madame Milbauer snaps she is to blame for the mess she made with Brady and everyone else! Then she storms out. Eve storms into Horton house and rages about the mess, how hard it was to lie about the coat to her daughter. JJ thinks everything will be alright in the long run. He and Paige will go forward. Eve, on the other hand, has an entirely different view on the matter ... Theresa is home alone, haunted. How could she have been that wrong? Meanwhile the evil Dr. Mandrake is in his office, remembering injecting the half awake pregnant girl. Theresa had gasped she was pregnant … Mandrake now calls KRISTEN DIMERA to ask how she is feeling. Kristen assures him she feels wonderful, though we neither see nor hear her. Mandrake mentions he will be by soon to check on her CONDITION … Paige pauses at the square to send JJ another text of love. She smiles and keeps walking. Back at Horton house, JJ’s phone is ringing with the love text. He turns back with interest but Eve demands his full attention and also demands he end things with her daughter. They are done forever! JJ blinks. Tis the calm before the storm … THE END AHEAD ON DAYS: Hope does NOT stop. Ooooooooo Can Dan save Paul's career? Ben gets what Chad's game is. |
