Jordan underestimates her adversary who speaks her alias Joan Cooper. She threatens to tell Rafe. Jordan slaps her. Bad move. Kate the cat warns her she will regret it. Jordan calls her a nosy beech and the fight is on! - Sami is at the club with Abigail at a table, not seeming to approve she knows Ben, who seemed pretty intense with Jordan once. Along comes Maggie. Sami implores her to please help with Nick! - At the apartment, Gabi lies to Rafe she does not want Will to have much visitation with the baby. Rafe demands she look him in the eye and tell the real truth! Gabi insists the document is a mere precaution. She would never keep Will and Sonny from the baby. Rafe the voice of reason wonders what she would do if one Nick Fallon demanded it. What then? He suggests she did not tell him about the agreement as she knows it is all shades of wrong. Voices are raised. Confused Gabi claims she had to take action to prevent others from keeping her away from her baby! A frown creases Rafe's brow. - Nick seeks Percy at the office. EJ gets sarcastic about getting rid of him. Nick places a call. EJ picks up Percy's phone and replies GREETINGS. Nick grimaces and finally gets it. Percy has left the building! EJ stands up and Nick smugly sits as he rages at him for ordering Percy to get the incriminating picture. Nick quips what was he thiiiinking being with his cuz? EJ snaps to shut up. But Nick merely tries to remind him he has the power now over him too! EJ observes him with his snake eyes and warns him not to miscalculate. It could cost him dearly. - At the square, Aiden hopes Dan and Jen are aright as he sits with Hope. She appreciates the concern and sighs sometimes one just does not know people. Aiden makes eyes and agrees! They are still planning the gala and Hope has arranged the caterers. Aiden is upbeat about it being a success but does not elaborate. Hope decides to pick up Ciara from her visit with Uncle Roman, given she was swamped before. Aiden emphatically stops her, then stammers about needing to discuss the table centerpieces. She quips they should get the tables first. Aiden claims to be enjoying their time together. Hope laughs he is lying and flounces off, Aiden hot on her trail ... - Roman is at the pub with mini material girl Ciara, who begs him to help her if he loves her so things will not be ruined! Roman peers at her across the table. He already informed her mother he cannot take the Van Hopper aristocrat to the gala. School girl Ciara begs him not to let her down! - Sami complains to Maggie that Nick craftily maneuvered himself into the custody of the baby and is trying to keep Will from his biological daughter. Maggie gets prim. She learns of the unfair custody agreement, how Nick is also believed to be controlling Gabi. Abigail sighs she has attempted to reason with him to no avail. Sami hopes the redhead will talk some sense into him. And so she goes to do just that. - Kate breaks free from disheveled Jordan and warns she is telling Rafe everything! That means her fake IDs and her fake life. Jordan threatens to report her for breaking and entering. Kate hisses she has a direct line to the police via Rafe. Jordan would rather she not make that call and insists she is not hurting Rafe. Besides, he never even loved Kate! Kate snaps if she is so good and nice, why all the aliases! Jordan pouts. - Nick notes EJ seems to think his fiancée would not mind seeing how he ravished his cousin at the Horton homestead. Sami would not forgive him, the wedding would be off, and he would not have his happily ever after with his children. He notes therefore he has the power. EJ waves a black gloved finger at him and warns if Samantha gets wind of this, he will be sorry! If only he realized wot he could do to him! Nick asks what the worst would be that he could do. Kill him?! He doubts he is as tough as he used to be. He has gone soft and probably only sent Percy away. EJ notes Ruggles was a lackey. He would not be so lenient with him! Nick retorts nothing could compare to the hell he experienced in prison. Therefore, he is not afraid and warns EJ that HIS threats are not empty ones. Then he goes on his delusional way. - Roman assures Ciara her school will still survive. She plays the missing daddy card and Roman caves. He agrees to take Gisele to the gala. Hope arrives and is impressed. Ciara smiles it is for a good cause. Hope hugs and thanks Roman, who gushes he loves Ciara and saunters off. Hope now demands to know what that was all about ... Aiden appears and announces it was not Ciara's fault. Ciara calls him a big mouth. - Sami is grateful to have met Abigail at the club as she has few friends. She likes that she cares about Will and she is a person she can count on. Sami excitedly suggests she call her soon for another art lesson. Abigail cannot refuse and sighs when Sami happily leaves. Ben asks the cringing kitten if he can get her anything. No though she does wonder how he knows Jordan Ridgeway. Ben stares darkly. Abigail explains a friend noticed them talking and he is from out of town. Did they use to date? He replies NO. Abigail explains her friend is seeing someone already. She is taken. Ben hastily excuses himself to another table. - Kate fixes her glam makeup as Jordan implores her to leave her past in the past, it is not who she is. Kate quips who will she be next week! The past comes back to haunt people and it could hurt Rafe. Jordan exclaims she does not know her story. Kate is pretty sure it is bad and warns she will find out. Then she will prove to Rafe what a liar and fraud she is. She quips to Jordan or Joan to enjoy it while it lasts. Then she goes on her wicked way. Jordan is a wreck. - Maggie welcomes Nick to the Kiriakis mansion and pours him a coffee from the glossy silver pot. How are things? Wonderfully well. Gabi's name comes up and the redhead shares her concern. Nick wants to know who spoke to her. Maggie will only say she heard he got involved in the custody agreement. Nick angrily assumes Abigail gossiped and explodes that everyone is against him. - EJ glumly gets himself a good stiff drink at DiMera mansion and stares solemnly into space. A dark shadow is in the background as he flashes back to Nick leering he was no killer anymore. Ominous music plays. EJ slowly saunters to fatha Stefano's portrait. He opens it and unlocks the secret DiMera safe hidden behind ... - Hope is not pleased that Aiden conspired with her daughter. Aiden is just sorry he promised her a reward. Hope cannot believe he agreed to give her the chocolates and expensive watch. He babbles about wanting to save the gala. Hope does not approve, though she is appreciative on some level. She now gets a text from Gisele, who will be attending the gala with Roman. Aiden gets as excited as a schoolboy. Hope cannot help but smile at the success of the scheme despite her disapproval. - Rafe suspects Nick is threatening to keep Gabi away from her baby. She panics and begs him not to go confront him! He agrees but departs when she goes to attend to the crying baby. - Ciara is elated that Aiden has taken full responsibility and she is not getting into trouble. Hope adds she did not approve. Ciara wants her chocolate. Hope says no. Aiden tries to convince her. Hope smiles one small piece. That is good enough for Ciara. - Nick proceeds to pretend no one wants to believe in him. He notes he hurt Melanie, the granddaughter of Maggie, so her loyalty must be with her. And Julie seems to think he is a lost cause! Maggie believes he is no lost cause. Nick notes when he came to town, people wanted to use and abuse him but Gabi changed everything. He will have his happily ever after with her no matter what others say and storms out. Maggie calls after him in tears. - Jumpy Jordan finds Ben at the club and complains someone found her fake IDs. They must run away! Ben, however, will not be leaving town cos the running stops here! He suggests she stay and face the music with Rafe. Jordan walks out as he gets back to work. - Kate literally bumps into Rafe outside the pub.They discuss the dreadful custody agreement. He laments he was unable to get through to Gabi but vows not to give up. He will do what he must to keep Nick away from his sister! - Outside the mansion, Sami pauses to take a call from Maggie. She was unable to get through to Nick and tries to be hopeful. Sami unlocks the grand front door. Inside the living room, EJ has wads of cash on the desk and takes out his phone to make a dangerous call. Enter the Sami. She innocently wonders what he is doing. He drawls to come in and shut the door. - Hope enjoys a chocolate with Aiden and Ciara and agrees that one can be surprised by someone in a nice way. Aiden grins and seconds the notion. - At the pub, Rafe is grateful to have someone to talk to about his sister. Kate touches his arm and coos he can tell her anything. Jordan enters and fears the worst. She overhears him complaining to Kate that Gabi does not get it, all she had with Nick was based on a lie ... - Gabi holds her baby and tells her this is for the best. She gasps she has no choice and will try to love Nick. No one is going to take her away from her baby! - Nick finds Abigail alone by the flowers at the park. When she turns around, he accuses her of meddling, acting like he is the villain. She whispers she is worried about Gabi. Nick snaps it is not her business. She points out Will is her cousin. Nick is a cousin too and is feeling betrayed. He scowls she is no saint! If only the Hortons knew the truth about her, that she is nothing more than EJ DiMera's HO! - Sami quietly asks what is the matter. EJ numbly notes he has just seen Fallon and realizes he will never stop his demands. He has come undone. Sami sighs even Maggie tried to talk to him. EJ assumes it only made him worse. He dramatically declares he will not allow him to destroy their family, all that they have fought for. Sami picks up the phone number he was about to call and understands. "DO IT!" EJ soap stares ...
