Friday May 2, 2014 Episode 12,330 - Shirtless Rafe and Jordan greet the spring morning in bed together. He let his lady sleep late. She gushes she does not mind. Rafe gushes about the words that were spoken. He murmurs he loves her so much and they kiss in bliss. Then she sighs. He wonders what it is.Jordan confesses he is the first man she ever said those words to. Then she says them again. I love you. - At the club, Abigail is on the phone with Will, updating him on the stalker loon who almost killed mama Jen and then Nicole shot Daniel accidentally. She came to the club to tell Sonny. Will explains Sonny is at home. They will all catch up later. Abigail bumps into Ben from behind and gasps. He asks if she is alright. - At DiMera mansion, Johnny shows daddy his photograph of Santa Claus, which shows the same man as in daddy's picture. EJ frowns and compares the two pictures, realizing Johnny was right. Santa and the photographer were one and the same! - Percy is at his desk admiring an experiment Nick set up to demonstrate thermodynamics, with a rudimentary bird model. Percy is hooked. He issues Kate a GREETINGS when she sweeps in and thanks her for the raise. She calls it rude money, which means now she can be even ruder so where is Nick! He explains his superior is nocturnal. Kate makes a snide remark about him being a blood sucker who almost got what he deserved in the roaring river. - Gabi is showing Nick her custody agreement at the park and he does not share her opinion it is too extreme. This is exactly how it should be! He insists she get the court date quickly and lock it in. She has concerns, also about Sami ... Nick, however, is not interested. Gabi appears more and more depressed. - Sami shows up at Will and Sonny's and starts to rage about Gabi's custody agreement. Will explains EJ said it was a negotiating tactic. As Sonny looks on, Sami declares she will not stand by and do nothing! Sonny reasons Nick's criminal record would be to their advantage in court. Sami sadly states that is not possible as Nick threatened to have them all thrown in prison if Will dared to bring up his past ... - Abigail is agitated Ben apparently thinks she has a problem. Ben admits he overheard her conversation about the stalker almost killing her mom. Abigail would rather not discuss. Ben hopes she is alright, just like when she had the run-in with Nick. - Johnny giggles that Santa is a funny fellow. Instead of Ho ho ho, he always says greetings! EJ remembers Kate and Gabi complaining about Mr. Greetings, aka Percy Ruggles. He thanks Johnny for the intel and his smart son scampers off. EJ now calls his flunky to find everything he can on one Percy Ruggles ... - Kate hands Percy the patent forms for Nick to fill out today and pauses at the door. He seems nice enough and she wonders how he could be so comfortable being Nick's flunky. Preoccupied Percy points out one does what one must. Exit Kate, who cannot disagree, survivor that she is. - Will refuses to believe that Nick has Gabi under his spell. Gabi knows that he and Sonny are important to little Ari. In fact, Gabi is first and foremost a mother, and will therefore stand up to Nick. Gabi knows the best is for him and Sonny to stay in the baby's life. Sonny stands by his husband. - Nick continues to try and chip away at Gabi's faith in Sami and EJ and their influence. Gabi exclaims the terms of no more than every other weekend of visitation would kill Will and Sonny. Nick cleverly claims she could make any changes she wanted after she got custody. She is still not sure. He hugs her and grins no pressure. Now he presents her with a gift box, to show that he believes in her. Tis a crystal heart with their names engraved. He boldly boasts their love is as special as Will and Sonny. He wants them to be a couple again and knows she wants it too. Gabi blinks. She does not share his enthusiasm. - At the club, Abigail remembers her manners and informs Ben she is fine, thank you for the concern. He is relieved and steps away. - Jordan is shy about loving Rafe and says so. He holds her in his arms and is flattered he is the first one she used the L word with. He is well aware he is not the only man she has been involved with. She smiles this is different, she has never felt so safe ... - Gabi turns away and points out the baby custody agreement has nothing to do with the status of their relationship. Nick argues he has tried with everyone and it has now been months! He has done his best to convince certain people he has changed but only she believes in him. He claims because he is in her life again, he fears Sami and Kate and EJ and Will and Sonny might take steps to keep them away from her baby ... - Sami promises Will it is all going to work out. She smiles she does not think Gabi will go ahead with the austere custody agreement. And EJ can handle Nick. She gushes she is glad she came and hopes for a play date with the baby in the near future. Once she gets outside the door, the smiles fades from Sami's face fast and she whips out her phone. Time to bring in the big guns ... - Rafe is in bed with Jordan when he gets the text summons from Sami. It is important and he sighs he knows what it is too. - At the park, Nick notes Gabi's brother Rafe hates him too and would never accept them as a couple. Gabi explains he does not tell her what to do. Nick decides to call up lawyer Aiden so she can put in a court date request asap, and convinces her this is the only way that mother and child will stay together. He hands Gabi the phone and she quietly tells Aiden to proceed with the papers and get the court date as soon as he can. After the call, control freak Nick advises her not to let anyone else know about her hasty court date request. Gabi grimaces. He assures her everything is under control, hopes there will be a date on their crystal heart sooooon, kisses her and goes on his delusional way. Gabi is torn and tormented. - Jordan ambles through the pretty park. Kate appears and thinks she is acting like she can walk on air. Jordan smiles even she cannot ruin this beautiful day. So she thinks ... - Percy hears someone entering the office and informs his boss that the paperwork is ready for his approval. But this is not Nick. This is EJ, who looms over him with threatening eyes and leers the only paperwork needed in this case would be a last will and testament! Percy glances up and gulps. Greetings! EJ ominously puts on his black leather gloves, one after the other, and smirks. "Greetings indeed ..." he scoffs. Percy stammers Mr. Fallon is due but EJ knows he is otherwise occupied. If he does show up, he will be dealt with as well. He now makes him stay seated and calmly tells him to cooperate. He knows that he took the photograph of himself and Abigail at the cabin, under the direction of Mr. Fallon. Percy admits that is correct. EJ calls it a shame he did not leave Mr. Fallon in the river where he found him. Percy is frozen in fear ... - Rafe meets Sami at the pub. She gets straight to the point, gasping he must make Gabi see the light! She updates him on her preposterous custody agreement, which makes Will and Sonny comes across like deadbeat dads. She knows for a fact this was all the doing of Nick! Rafe is intrigued, though he flat out refuses to play until she shares the big secret they have been hiding about Nick. - Will pleasantly welcomes Gabi home but she is distant. He asks if she is alright. She snaps it is a meaningless question, then stammers she is so sorry ... really sorry. Will gets worried ... really worried. Sorry for what? - Kate becomes sarcastic with Jordan, denying she has any issues with her and Rafe. Jordan doubts it and boasts she is not keeping her distance from Rafe either, no matter what she wants. Kate does not believe she was ever the woman she said she was, way before Rafe anyway ... - Rafe reasons he needs to know what he is dealing with so what the hell is going on! Sami softly whispers she cannot say as she flashes back to that night at the river, when they pushed Nick in. Rafe tries to pressure her. Sami gasps as per the custody agreement, Will only gets to see Ari every second weekend. Nick hired the lawyer and said that is how they operate. But she suspects Nick will advise her to leave it as is. Rafe is aghast and wants to know more. His rage eventually wins over about S.O.B. Nick not changing and he texts his sister to meet him right away. He vows to make sure she does not keep Will from his daughter. Sami smiles, pleased with the outcome of their conversation. - Will senses the worst and implores Gabi not to take his daughter away from him. She agrees not to but is sorry because of Nick. She states he has changed and everything will be fine. If she does not believe it, she will lose her mind! She now goes to see the sleeping baby in the other room. Will grabs his keys and takes off. - Abigail meets Nick at the town square to apologize for the other day. Ben merely misunderstood, Nick claims to be worried about Abigail and gives her a friendly warning. Getting involved with the wrong man can come back to haunt a girl ...! - EJ demands to know whether anyone else has any knowledge of the photograph in question. Percy replies No Sir. He was ordered by Mr. Fallon to follow Abigail. Percy explains after he alerted him to Abigail's itinerary, he was curious. Ring ring! Percy would like to answer the telephone. EJ yanks the cord out and holds it in his hands like he is ready to strangle someone. He rages where Mr. Ruggles is going, there will be no telephones! - Nick claims he was referring to Ben. Abigail thinks Nick is acting very strangely and intense just like the other day. Nick numbly questions that. Abigail is not sure what to make of his bizarre behavior. Nick now gets indignant and stands up. He reminds her they are family. He calls Ben a psycho stalker for following them. Abigail does not understand why he is saying such things. Nick drawls to draw a distinction between the people who care about her and the people who are trying to control her. Then he walks off ... - EJ informs cornered Percy that two of his men are presently waiting downstairs. They will escort Percy to his home, where he will furnish them with everything they wish to have. Then he will catch a flight to Devon. Percy gasps Devon? EJ muses yes Devon, the place where the wild ponies run. He should consider himself fortunate that he too is not being put out to pasture! He must never return to Salem! Percy tells Sir he is a practical man. EJ growls he has tested the limits of his patience and generosity and orders him out of his sight. Petrified Percy inches away and runs out the door. EJ stares darkly like the DiMera he is. - At the park, worried Will updates Sonny on Gabi's strange behavior. Sonny sighs she is a lost soul, under Nick's control. They gather she feels she cannot fight him as he could send her and the whole lot of them to prison. - Back at the apartment, Gabi glumly puts the crystal heart down and opens her door to big brother Rafe, who asks how she is. Great. She sighs who told him about the custody agreement? Rafe blinks. - Jordan taunts Kate for being desperate and not succeeding in digging up any dirt on her. Kate flashes back to the fake IDs and suddenly snaps the time has come to stop beating around the bush. She wants to end this game of innuendos right here right now, a wicked glint in her eye. Jordan should enjoy her happy time with Romeo Rafe as she is too busy to deal with her just yet. Jordan continues to stand up to her, underestimating the devilish diva of Salem. Kate hisses she will not let Rafe be hurt, not by who she is, who she was, or who she will be next. She recounts one of the names of Jordan's fake IDs, a certain Miss Cooper. Jordan stares in stunned silence ... - Rafe knows his sister would never willingly sign an agreement limiting Will's contact with his daughter. Silence. Gabi gasps she did and it is what she wants, though she is unable to meet his gaze, - Woeful Will laments to Sonny they could lose Ari! Sonny assures him they will not let it happen. They will do whatever they have to! declares the new generation of Kiriakis. - Sami has arranged to meet Abigail at the club and complains her cousin Nick is trying to take Will's daughter away from him and Sonny. Abigail thinks she knows exactly who can help ... Ben continues to watch her, pretending to be busy at the counter. - Casual Nick is back at the office. Much to his surprise, faithful flunky Percy is nowhere to be seen. Instead EJ DiMera is seated at the desk and he is not in the least bit amused. He growls he wanted his attention, now he has it! Nick blinks as the son of Stefano DiMera glares at him with murderous eyes ... THE END |
