Kate whispers to Chad to bring his wife home and exits. Chad is sorry about the soap stare. He admits he just wants Abigail the real one back ... Brady is relieved to see Eve in his room and asks her to stay ... At the club Lucas drinks water, grateful Maggie talked him out of taking that drink. Life is worth living! They talk Chloe. Lucas harbors doubts about the letter as it did not seem like her. He takes off for answers ... In Mexico City Theresa slips into Chloe’s room, looks over her shoulder like a scared rabbit and welcomes her with worry. She warns her the boss is Mateo, the dangerous kingpin who made her leave her little boy and the man she loves behind ... Brady urges Eve to hear him out. She calls him a lying drunk ... Chad finds Laura keeping Abigail from him unfair. She reasons real Abigail is not ready to face her truth. Chad asks if the truth is she killed Andre or perhaps it was one of the alters. He tracked her to Salem and made her come back to be his ... Chloe asks if she is like a slave. Theresa has been trying to dig up dirt for papa Shane. Chloe realizes Victor is aware of it. Theresa complains that she has nothing so far and warns Chloe he now wants her ... Brady claims he is clean clean clean! Eve still distrusts him and brings up the bet, how he cheated. Claire appears and admits she rigged the contest. Eve pauses ... Chad suggests Abigail must be with her son and husband to be happy. Laura wants her somewhere safe, which is where she is now. It is another world. Chad snaps and grabs her by the shoulders. Marlena interrupts and demands a word outside. She suggests he speak from his heart to Abigail’s heart. That lifeline might lead her out. He worries she will not even hear him. In the room Laura gets a splitting headache as Ben taunts Abigail they are in each other’s minds. He offers to help Abigail and she threatens to attack. He smugly notes she needs him now. She reminds him she took him down before. He leers she was strong but it did not last. Such is the lot of losing one’s mind. Reality slips away. She wants to regain control. He claims he loves her and can help her. He can teach her how to accept the madness. She sighs she has had enough of fighting. He urges her to give in to the truth – she is mentally ill as is he and she always will be. He gets closer and looks ready to kiss her while she weeps …. Theresa tells Chloe of Mateo’s new obsession – her! Chloe wishes she had listened to Lucas. She hopes and prays that the letter Miguel made her write will seem suspicious to him ... Lucas needs Chloe. Kate claims she is not what he needs! Lucas shakes his head ... Marlena urges Chad to believe Abigail is in there and address her as such. He hugs and thanks her, returning to do battle. Laura puts her glasses back on. He wants to address his wife. Meanwhile in her mind Abigail mentions Chad. Ben gets mad and warns she will never be normal. He loves and accepts her as she is and suggests they are the same. She denies it. He mentions the other people out there like Andre and declares she can stay in here with him forever. He takes her face in his hands and moves in for a creepy kiss. Will she fight or take flight …?! Ciara slams Maggie’s mug on the table. Maggie can see she is still upset by what Claire did. She tells her to drop the grudge cos she won. She also got revenge for what Claire did at Hope’s wedding. Ciara sighs she feels empty. The redhead reasons revenge is only sweet for a short time. It can also lead to loss, as in Ciara losing her close friend ... Claire confirms she cheated to come first in the contest. She asked Brady to help but he warned her that would be wrong. Eve starts to melt. Brady adds he would never lie to her again ... Theresa weeps as Chloe gives her an update on Tate. Mama misses him and it hurts. Chloe assures her Brady is looking after him. Theresa is worried about Brady and even more so when Chloe admits he did fall off the wagon for a while. However it was because of another woman ... Theresa now hears how Nicole got back with him and then left, breaking his noble heart. She is actually a little relieved. Until Chloe replies he has someone new. Theresa hopes it is not serious. Chloe suspects it is. Theresa hyperventilates ... Brady recalls how he fell hard for Eve and lets her know he is not lying. He wants them to be wed as he loves her. He is sorry he hurt her. She blinks as he adds he wants to be with her forever ... Maggie is so pleased that Claire did right by Brady. She hugs both the girls and leaves. Claire hopes Ciara is satisfied as she is going to be exposed in a press release. Her career will be over! Ciara has another idea ... Chad insists Abigail is in there and will hear him! He tenderly tells her to be strong and talks about Thomas. Laura gets weaker and weaker as he praises the woman he loves. He takes her face in his hands and tells her to return to him. Laura sits and holds her head. Abigail pushes Ben away, feeling empowered, and steps out into the light. Then Laura is taken over by her at long last. Abigail looks at Chad and speaks his name. He is at her side, his eyes shining with love ... Back at DiMera mansion Kate notes things are not always what they seem. Lucas could lose it all if he goes running after Chloe so he should let go as she did ... Theresa wants the name of Brady’s new love interest. Sister Eve! Theresa is stunned ... Back in Salem Brady holds Eve’s hand and states his case. He fell for her hard and begs her to give their love one more chance ... Ciara suggests Titan take out a press release about a technical mistake. It will be the first thing the new face of Bella will ask Eve to do. Claire is surprised. Ciara smiles they are family ...
