Mel starts to speak of Theresa's implied ultimatum to Brady but Aiden arrives and the focus changes. The new dad needs to know his rights. Aiden is sorry the news he bears is not what Brady had wanted to hear ...Theresa continues to humor her mother at the hospital ... At the house of Kiriakis, leather jacket Justin has just ended a call with Elsa, and is looking forward to seeing his beloved back in Dubai. He leaves tonight. Victor enters and stops him, explaining he has replaced him in Dubai already. Justin is furious. Victor has something specific in mind other than the obvious wish to have him around for Sonny. Justin berates him for wanting him to break up Will and Sonny, then wonders what else he has in store ... Lucas and Adrienne make eyes at the outdoor cafe. Pink shirt Lucas is elated Justin is gone from the picture and coos they can tell Jen about their relationship. Kate appears and the sarcasm flies about the scandalous spouse cheating. Adrienne is uncertain. Lucas snaps Kate should know since he was conceived from such an affair she had! ... At the club, Dan refuses to have a drink with Zander. Eric discreetly steps to the bar for the drinks ... Serena insists on having her say at Nicole's office. Unstable unscrupulous Zander is dangerous and having her watched as they speak. She could be next on his long list of victims! Nicole dismisses her but when Serena leaves, she feels spooked and shuts the blinds, lest there be any truth to what she told her ... Dan does sit with Zan, who plays the role of the do-gooder. Dan doubts his sincerity since he had Nicole at his place, contrary to his claim that he was not after her. Dan loves Nicole. Zander apologizes for any misunderstanding and smiles it was an interview. Dan eyes him. Nicole said the same thing but he still has his doubts. Zan gets a call and must excuse himself ... Kate claims to be heartsick with worry for Lucas. Adrienne is worried as well. Lucas is bitter and belligerent with his backstabbing parent who stole his position and angrily lets her know they are done so she should answer her ringing phone. Then he takes his dream lover back to his hotel room ... Kim offers to stay in Salem until Theresa and Brady have solved their custody issues. Theresa tells her mother to go ahead to California. She has to handle Brady without any lawyers or family involvement before bringing Tate home, Kim believes her and happily leaves after meeting Anne, the self-proclaimed bff. Anne is bewildered Theresa is moving. Theresa the terrible bursts out laughing ... Aiden explains that due to Victor's past with the parents of Theresa, including attempted murder, it would be impossible to make any judge take away the baby she has just been reunited with. Mel and Brady know Theresa has her own past transgressions. No charges were laid and so her Salem slate is clean. Brady scoffs about his family sounding like the Sopranos while Theresa gets off scott free. Aiden goes and Mel insists to Brady that Theresa told her she was moving. Brady wants to know what else she said. That she loved him too and it would be tough. Brady deduces she also demanded Mel go away and decides to give her a piece of his Kiriakis mind. Mel is unable to stop him as he storms out ... Back at the club, Eric hands Dan a drink, wondering what went down between him and Zander. Dan thinks Zander is a creep and alludes to Serena saying so. He advises concerned Eric to ask her about it ... Zander is on the move, his eyes murderous. According to a call from his spy Navidad, Nicole is now with Serena in her office. She knows not what they are saying ... Nicole is spooked when Zander arrives to take her out for dinner, as he had not heard from her. Remembering Serena's warning, she stammers she is tired. Zander agrees to a rain check and plays it as cool as possible. But outside the door, he contorts his face ... Anne wonders what Theresa's game with Brady is this time. She gets she is not going to California. Theresa is waiting for Brady,who will be here soon, like a raging bull. She is expecting him ... Lucas and Adrienne are slowly making love in his hotel room ... Kate waltzes into the Kiriakis living room and Victor cackles to meet her new boss, Justin! Kate hisses she has no boss other than Victor. He agrees she is in charge at Mad World BUT Titan has total control and Justin is with Titan. He cackles about Justin competing with the man who is sleeping with his wife. Kate storms out in a huff. The Greek grins she took it quite well, a glint in his eye. Justin is stunned into silence ... At the square Serena denies to Eric that she is stressed because of Zander and suggests they spend the night making love at his place. She does not want to be alone ... Back at the apartment, Mel cries over being upset but understanding Carly keeping her paternity a secret for so long. Papa Dan comes home and has a pep talk about things working out for her and Brady cos he loves her. Then he steps in the other room to call Chloe about Parker. Mel sadly sighs she knows what she needs to do ... Theresa is holding a stuffed cat in her room. She acts serene when Brady storms in on schedule to blast her for trying to take his son out of state. He tells her to go to hell. After the outburst and the departure of the belligerent billionaire heir, Theresa assures Anne she will make him come around. She is convinced their child will bring them together in time ... Nicole nervously wonders what if Serena was right and Zan is a murderous maniac who is having her watched? She cannot risk going to Dan now ... At the park Zander meets with his spy. He knows not what was said between Serena and Nicole but he wants Nicole followed 24/7. One slip and he ends this game for good! His eyes are cold as ice, his demeanor DEADLY. THE END! Ahead on Days: Justin is on the job! Adrienne is aghast. |
