Hope pressures Rafe into sharing what he has on Clyde so he sits at her computer to open the files from Will's computer he slyly sent himself. He admits Will was threatened by the hillbilly from hell and he suspects Stefano is also after Clyde. Hope leans on him like a good friend and looks ... At the pub crafty Clyde shows Aiden his holdings, his portfolio of sorts. He needs to incorporate among other things. Aiden is impressed and advises him to meet with a tax attorney. But Clyde claims he wants Aiden to handle all matters of business from now on. He is not takin' no for an answer ... Working girl Nicole is interrupted at the office by handsome Eric, who has ventured there to tell her his news. She is the first person on his list .. Serena spies Zander's dangerous amateur detective Navidad at the square. Navidad has nothing new to report on Nicole to the shirtless thug over the phone. Zander and his bruised ego still believe Nicole will go to Dan and THAT is when he must be summoned. Serena assumes he is out to get her and storms to his hotel room ... At the lavish Kiriakis mansion, Kim questions whether Brady also has the best interest of her daughter at heart. Silence ... Serena stares down Zander at his hotel room and accuses him of double crossing her by involving dangerous Navidad ... Clyde also wants a will to make sure he keeps it all in the family ... Nicole and Eric tenderly talk. He tells her he feels blessed for their friendship. The tension in the air is thick ... Brady carefully chooses his words and lets Kim know he would never try to keep baby Tate from Theresa in spite of their illustrious history. He lost his mother at a young age and understands how a mother cannot be replaced. Kim is relieved though she stuns him by suggesting Theresa and Tate move to California to live with her parents ... Still in her hospital bed, Theresa glances up at mystified Mel. She sighs she realizes Mel is in love with Brady but so is she, in fact, more than ever. She insists she wants to do the right thing. Mel's eyes narrow ... Brady becomes belligerent at the notion of Mel and Tate leaving town. That is HIS baby too! He suggests Theresa move into the mansion, where she and Tate can share the entire west wing. Kim cannot agree. He wonders why not. Victor walks in and Kim does not mince words. THAT is why not! The Greek grimaces. He knows Kim only too well ... Mel wonders why Theresa is telling her this. Theresa sighs it is sad. Sensing the sarcasm, Mel snaps to deal with it. Theresa tells her she will not have to ...Nicole fights back the tears and tells her former flame she will miss him. When is he leaving? He intends to follow Serena to the Aloha state after he has settled some personal matters. She is leaving first. Nicole appears relieved ... Zander patiently points out to screaming Serena that he needs to know more about Nicole. She is obviously suspicious of them both but why? Serena suggests he forget about it. He thunders not to tell him WOT to do. She now deduces Nicole's deceitful flirtation has hurt his huge ego enough to make him want to KILL her. Words are spoken and he throws her out of his room, refusing to listen. Serena is in a state... When Victor learns Brady had invited Theresa to move into the mansion, he explodes he would never allow that brazen hussy who was a chip off the old block to poison his home. Kim rages right back. They threaten with lawyers. Brady must be the referee and wonders why the bad blood. Kim flashes back to once upon a time when she had to sleep with sinister Victor to save Shane. However she says nothing of their history. Neither does the Greek, However she does say she would not want Tate to live in the house and be corrupted by him. Victor gets snarky about Shane and Kim's success at parenting. But moving away is not an option. Kim hisses just watch and waltzes out. Brady is left bewildered ... Eric believes he is blessed to have Nicole as a friend but also believes in fate. He feels it was fate that led him to Serena and Nicole to Dan. She can trust in Dan the good man. They embrace and he exits. Nicole now decides she will trust in Dan to tell him everything. Fate has other plans in store, it seems, for her phone rings with another work matter ... Clyde meets his mountain man flunky at the park, pleased he said his script well to Will in Poplar Bluff. He wanted his dark drunken history included to give the story more substance. After all, no one is perfect. The talk now turns to Aiden. Clyde claims he will draw him in as the family attorney. It all sounds very mafia. Clyde knows he would not want any harm to come to his only son ... Hope and Rafe keep reading. So far there are all positive comments from Poplar Bluff on Clyde. Rafe notices one negative individual in the notes but Aiden arrives,interrupting the moment. Rafe excuses himself. Aiden and Hope kiss sweetly. He gets a call to meet Brady but first arranges to take his lady for dinner and dancing tonight. They kiss again and she walks him out. They are both mindful to make no mention of work. Nevertheless there is a Clyde file in her office. She is unofficially on the case with Rafe ... Eric meets Serena at the club, sorry he has yet to tell the family he is leaving town with her. Serena is in a state and alludes to something happening to someone connected to her ... work. The person might suffer. The former father feels the person should be spared of suffering. Serena the sinner agrees and goes to do something about it before it is too late ... Theresa innocently tells Mel she might have to move away if it is best for Tate. Mel argues she has no right to take Brady's baby away from him. Theresa plays the mother card. What is best for mother is of course best for baby. She would stay in Salem if ... Mel sighs if she left. Theresa does not deny it ... Theresa is bottle feeding her baby when Kim arrives, updating her on the talk of the day. Theresa gushes her visit has been good for her ... Mel and Brady meet at the apartment. He is anxious and has arranged to meet an outside attorney. Aiden. Mel knows why as she just saw Theresa, who told him of her mother's wish to take Theresa and Tate home to California. Brady is a nervous wreck ... Rafe is outside on a call with a contact. He needs everything there is on Weston Trucking ... At the club, Eric informs Zander he is moving to Hawaii. Zander smirks he is leaving with Serena cos she always gets WOT she wants ... Nicole is almost done at work but stressed Serena slinks into her office insisting they speak. It is about Zander ... Oh oh! THE END |
