There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Drunken Brady asks about the dealer’s number and states he had a rough ride with coke. Theresa notes one should be careful to use only the best. Brady drinks and considers. He slurs any coke gets him off the rails. Theresa tells him how it was just a smooth bump for her, not high or low, just gliiiiiiding. Brady takes another drink from his bottle. She opts to get them coffee and admits she did not delete the dealer’s number. Brady stands up and suggests she call, for herself that is. He is buying! He puts a big bill down by the empty bottle and goes out to get more vodka. He sure could use the walk to clear his foggy head. Exit Brady. Theresa the terrible hopes he does not clear all the fog from his billionaire heir head, grabs the money, and makes the call. - JJ is at the park, calling out for Rory. No answer. Meanwhile Paige has come across Bev’s paper that was sticking out of the book, having been strategically placed. Bev acts indignant and snatches back her STD test, snapping not to tell JJ. Pretty Paige wonders what about JJ. Bev warns her she would not want to know. Enter the JJ! - Glam Gabi strikes a pose at the club and gets to take a modeling break. Abigail comes in and admires Ben fussing over sleeping baby Ari, She teases the man nanny and asks to spend time with him and the sweet one. He is all for it! The photographer returns, says a few words to Gabi about the non presence of their male model, then spies Ben and his classic good looks sitting with Abigail. - At the house of Kiriakis, Sonny stammers he does not know what Vic means. The Greek growls he did not have to go and kill Nick himself! Sonny stares. Despite his beloved Maggie’s blind faith in undeserving Nick the notorious, Vic agrees that one had to be stopped. He knows for a fact that Sonny took his gun, but found out after it was too late. Three bullets were used and he notes Sonny did not seem to waste a single one! Sonny realizes he has been trying to protect him. Vic insists he flee Salem tonight cos that gun was a collector’s item and the cops will easily trace it. He threw Hope off the trail to give him a head start, though it is only temporary! Sonny would rather find Will. Victor now gasps Oh my God, Will must have killed Nick! - Hope calls Abraham to the interrogation room after telling Will to stop confessing until he gets a lawyer. He thinks that will make no difference cos he killed Nick Fallon! Enter the Abe and Hope cannot prevent Will from clearly stating yet again that he shot Nick Fallon! Hope becomes exasperated he is not taking her advice so Abe reads him his rights. Will insists they proceed as he is an adult of sound mind and body. He knows exactly what he is doing. He officially waives his rights to an attorney and dramatically declares he will come clean about what happened. Hope notes he already swore to them under oath that he did not shoot him. Will claims he lied about being at the library and wants to own up. Hope mutters to start at the beginning. The recorder records every word. Will is counting on it ... - At the pub, slick Aiden is on his phone, admitting the venue for the auction has not been confirmed as of yet. But there are prospects. He thanks the lady for her contribution. Enter the Marlena, who muses the auction is his whole life. He explains Hope has been busy. Vision in blue Marlena now mentions his earlier interest in her counseling, though he has not contacted her since that time they were interrupted by Hope. Aiden pretends to busy himself with his briefcase. He assures her it has nothing to do with Hope and his issue has since been resolved. So he says. Roman saunters up and Aiden is surprised to learn they used to be married. He thanks Roman for stepping up and being the dream date of the socialite to keep her happy enough to make a hefty donation. Marlena heartily laughs about Roman taking one for the team, especially when she finds out who the socialite seductress is. - His words measured, Will explains he and he alone took that gun and no one was aware of it. He operated all alone. He felt pushed and shoved by nasty Nick, who was attempting to get Gabi and thus the baby away from them. He admits Sonny did have the gun that was taken from Victor’s place, but he was going to sneak it back to Victor’s. It was in a bag in the closet. Sonny believed it had stayed there the whole time before it was returned. During that time, Will insists he decided to use it to stop Nick. - Victor wants Sonny to enlighten him. He can help Will and Sonny, he has ways! Sonny loves him but gasps he must go ... - Theresa has a visitor. Tis the derelict drug dealer with no change to break her bill. And so she exchanges all of Brady’s cash for the stash. - Brady walks along with town square like a drunken sailor carrying a bottle. He spies his unshaven, disheveled reflection in the window, puts down his brand new bottle, and starts to send Theresa a cancellation text concerning their plans for today. Then he turns and comes face to face with none other than John Black! John peers at him in his usual hawkish manner and silently sighs. Brady does not look good. John notes he was about to text someone. Belligerent Brady calls him judgmental. John suspects he has had enough to drink and says so. Brady boldly takes a swig from his brand new bottle of vodka and sarcastically suggests John join him. John accepts the bottle and pours all the vodka into the flowers. He sets down the now empty bottle and saunters off. Brady stares darkly, more defiant than ever ... - Abigail praises sleeping baby Ari for her beauty, Ben the admirer thinks it runs in the family. Glam Gabi now approaches and asks Ben to please model for this shoot. The photographer thinks he would be a natural and their guy was a no show. Abigail is thrilled. But Ben makes it crystal clear that he is NOT interested. He is offered hundreds of dollars for a few shots. Ben refuses again. Just then the male model arrives so Ben is in the clear. Abigail wonders why he was so adamant about not having his picture taken. - Will continues with his tragic tale. The custody terms Nick made Gabi get drawn up were dreadful and the negotiations were nonexistent. Nick the notorious had arranged for a court date. Hope gets he feared Nick would take away his baby. Will woefully states Nick claimed he would make the final decision and called him unfit. That was when he got the gun, took it to the park with the silencer, and shot Nick Fallon! Abe asks if he had the gun on his person at the town square. Negative. He had concealed it at the park, then went back and picked it up after he left the hospital. He removed the silencer and returned it to the backpack. Sonny had no idea and took it back to Victor’s. Hope purses her lips in thought. Will seems to have been keeping secrets from them, given this chaotic confession but why tell now? Will looks down. - Marlena teases Roman about his date, whether he will be in a sexy cop uniform and take her out for a malt afterwards. It is all in good fun ... Amused Aiden bids them both farewell. Marlena teases she is concerned about Roman being swallowed up by the seductress. Roman drawls she is jealous. Marlena cackles in denial. - JJ explains he was unable to find Rory but senses something is amiss. Bev babbles she will go find Rory herself and asks JJ for a soda. The lad lumbers into the kitchen. Bev tells pouty Paige not to think the test had anything to do with JJ and not to tell him anything either! JJ steps back. Exit Bev with soda. JJ wonders that was all about. Paige is silent. - Gabi is striking another supermodel pose when Sonny races into the club, desperately seeking Will. Ben informs him that Will said he had somewhere to go. Abigail perceives his anxiety. Sonny gets a call and steps away. Tis Victor, who orders him to the airport. He promises to help Will too. Sonny flat out refuses to leave Salem without his husband. The Greek grumbles that word is Will is at the police station. Sonny is on his way! - Will sadly states he killed his cousin and it will be his cross to bear. But no one else knew! Abe asks Hope for her opinion. Hope sighs they are holding him overnight and will not arrest him until the morning, lest it go viral. Sonny is heard outside the door, arguing he knows his rights and he has the right to see his husband! The door is opened. Sonny demands to know why he was brought in. Hope sadly states she will let Will explain. Once alone with his husband, Sonny gasps what has he done? Will cannot look him in the eye. - Paige pouts to JJ that Paige had an STD test. She kept saying JJ was not involved. JJ promises …. She wants to drop the matter. JJ suspects something is up with Paige, something more than just Bev’s mischief! - Brady staggers back to Theresa’s place. She has the coke ready and smiles a wicked smile, her eyes already glassy. - Paige admits this incident with Bev reminded her how different she and JJ are. He was in Europe while she was studying in Salem. She sighs she has always been a girl who plays things safe. He grins she is lucky. She laments she is not experienced like him. JJ admits he is not exactly a virgin. However, he and Bev never ... She gushes how sensitive his music sounded. It made her feel like she knew him. He wonders if he is any different than what she had expected … - Working girl Gabi thanks Ben for watching the baby, and takes her home, after Abigail confirms Sonny stopped by. She assumes she will see the two guys back at the apartment and happily departs. Ben and Abigail find themselves alooooooone and get to talking. He puts on some mood music after she agrees to stay and promises to prepare her favorite drink. - Brady drawls that is beaucoup de cocaine (a lot). Theresa coos she was waiting for him. He keeps drinking like a drunken sailor and starts to slur about his mistakes. He could use a little, like she said. After all, how much could it hurt? She purrs and provocatively encourages him. - Will admits to Sonny what he said and Sonny exclaims him he cannot do this! Will points out his father went to prison for him. Now he must do what he must do. He simply cannot continue to have people doing things for him and tenderly touches Sonny's face. He hopes he understands. - Paige suddenly kisses JJ and gasps the problem is HER! She sighs her life has been far from ideal. Her dad left and her mom has had bad luck with men who lied and used her. She decides JJ is not like that, kisses him passionately, then jumps up to go study for finals. He stands up and tries to convince her to stay. She stammers she will not be able to stop if she kisses him and heads for the door. After the finals, they will have their time. He is counting on it and gazes after his dream girl as she disappears into the night ... - Abigail is admittedly impressed muscular Ben knew her favorite drink and sips away. He drawls such is a bartender’s job. Abigail asks how he is finding his job. The club is cool and Salem is better by the day! They toast to that. - Brady and Theresa have just snorted coke and he feels craaaaazy good! They start to make out on the couch as groovy music plays. More coke awaits ... - Detective Hope complains to consulting cop expert Abe that the gun they took does not seem to match the bullet, which is linked to a rare model she knows Victor owns. Victor did something! Abe notes they have it on the record that Will killed Nick. Hope seems to question the veracity of his new statement. - Gabi gets baby Arianna back to the apartment, They are alone and Gabi gushes things are getting better for all of them! Arianna is not smiling. She seems to have noticed the absence of her double dads ... - Sonny wants to talk to the police but Will stops him. In the morning, he will officially be arrested and the nightmare will be over! Sonny gasps how can he live without him and Ari! Will reminds him that Gabi wants him to be a part of Ari’s life. Sonny is devastated when Hope appears with a burly cop to take away Will. Sonny wants to contact EJ for help but Will wants no lawyers, no drawn out trial. If he loves him, he will promise him. Sonny whispers he promises him and they share one last kiss, one last tearful embrace. Will is escorted away by the cops. Sonny turns away, tears streaming down his handsome face, as he wonders where to go from here ... THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Salem wakes up to shocking news! |
