There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At the apartment, smiling Sonny and Will marvel over Ari's beautiful birthday and Sonny holds Will, relieved this stuff is about family not ... Will sighs Nick's murder. They start to get cutely close until Victor calls Sonny concerning a business proposition. He growls he expects him at the house within ten minutes. Sonny updates Will. Meanwhile at the ornate house of Kiriakis, Victor sighs at the newspaper. Salem is still caught up in the Nick Fallon mystery. - At DiMera mansion, EJ answers Sami's fear that he thinks Lucas may have shot Nick. He points out the perpetrator was not them and notes Lucas was there at the square. Sami starts to hyperventilate. EJ wonders whether she herself thinks Lucas could have killed Nick. She knows not and sighs their wedding should be postponed. EJ gets tense, stammering that after WOT happened to Nick, a big wedding might not be the best idea, but he wonts her to be his wife so how about a justice of the peace? He can do small and simple. He kisses her and gets a text from his Salem P.D. contact. Lucas is being held and interrogated for the second time! Sami decides to go there to help. EJ wants to come with. Sami reminds her flustered fiance he is expecting an important business call from Shin, promises to text him, and goes on her way. - In the dimly lit detective's office, Lucas urges Detective Hope to please tell him she does not actually think he killed Nick. She calls him out on all his lying, snaps at him to shut the hell up, and threatens to find the gun in the river! - Nicole is desperate to find Dan at the hospital. Suited board member Brady senses something is amiss. She demands to know where Dan is. Brady is baffled by her paranoia and says so. - At the square, Dan assumes Eric has already spoken with Nicole about ... everything! Eric grimaces he has indeed! And so goes the beginning of the misunderstanding ... Dan gasps he is sorry. Eric thinks he means that he is in love with Nicole and snaps not as sorry as him! Dan is dismayed about how it all happened and the hostility he must be harboring. Eric seethes he did not even see it coming. Dan is sympathetic. They now get interrupted by Roman, who is extremely impatient, agitated, and wants an urgent word with Eric. It cannot and will not wait ...! - Theresa calls work from her place, claiming to be coming cough cough down with something. She secretly anticipates a fun filled afternoon with Brady. She momentarily flashes back to witnessing JJ and his new girl kissing in the park and opens her computer, suddenly feeling otherwise obsessed .... - At the house, Paige is praised by JJ for letting his friends study with them. She teases they were a no-show. Meanwhile Bev and Rory are being silly at the park, bored with school work as Bev trash talks JJ's new girl. Then she sees a paper that gets a rise out of her ... - Back at the Wilson apartment, Will announces his intention to to take a break from his essay, get the baby the gift Sami mentioned, then drop by Gabi's photo shoot. Sonny is all for it, kisses him, and heads to Victor's, a lightness in his step. Will stares after him, serious, unsmiling. - After some high school surfing on the net, Theresa finally comes across Paige's full name ... - Back at the house, studying Paige and JJ get to kissing like hot blooded American teenagers. - Back at the park, Bev explains to Rory what the paper is. Tis the results of her tests for STDs that were negative after she was with that awful Cole. She alludes to faking the test results and the reason she was tested. She wants to pretend to Paige that JJ gave her an STD. Rory is not sure but goes along in his usual goofy manner.His loyalty to Bev is unwavering and she will use it to her full wicked advantage ... - Nicole claims to be desperately seeking Dan to enlighten him on Brady's fall from grace, into the creepy company of Theresa the terrible, with whom he was drinking in the wee hours of the morning. Brady calls her a puritan. He asks after Theresa and learns from a nurse that she is taking this day off. Nicole proceeds to lecture him. After the Kristen fiasco, he should have smartened up! Theresa is no good for him! Brady cockily claims Nicole is no good for anyone, including Eric! - As luck would have it, Commissioner Roman must step away to take a call. Eric quietly explains to Dan he must speak with his father and did promise Nicole he would not discuss the matter at hand with Dan until he had done some soul searching. Dan gets it and notes he is probably not happy about it. Eric breathes he is actually not happy with Daniel at all! A frown creases Dan's manly brow. - Lucas insists to Hope he needs no lawyer. She is handed the ballistics report by a uniformed officer and stands up to go get a search warrant. Why, there is even a photograph of the gun in the file! Enter hurricane Sami, who screams Lucas needs a lawyer and is he out of his mind! Hope leaves them and Sami wonders. - At the not so humble house of Kiriakis, Victor solemnly states to Sonny that the time has come to move on to bigger things. Unsuspecting Sonny sits and explains life is good and he is in a happy place. Victor hands him an envelope and drawls this is an offer he cannot refuse ... - Clueless Daniel assures Eric that Nicole can also be a warm and sweet woman ... Clueless Eric glares at him, snaps to stop talking about his feelings, and takes off with Roman. - Nicole emotionally announces she and Eric belong together and they will have their happily ever after. Brady becomes sarcastic. Nicole warns him his life will only be ruined by Theresa the terrible. Bitter Brady suspects Nicole's attempt at happiness with Eric will blow up in her face first! He saunters off as Nicole nervously reads a summons from Daniel to meet him at the pub. She is not sure what to make of it ... - Will cheerfully pushes Arianna's stroller into DiMera mansion, seeking mama Sami, who asked him to come and pick up a present. After trying to dodge, EJ admits Samantha is presently at the police station. Those police are questioning his fatha bout Nick's shooting - for the second time! Will freezes. This is his fault! EJ points a finger at him and urges him to stop, and not to bring up wot happened. He pleasantly suggests he go ahead to Gabi's photo shoot as planned and steps away to get that birthday present. The minute he walks out, his cell phone rings and Will reads the incoming text from the unnamed police plant. A search warrant has been issued for the murder weapon! - Sami sits and asks Lucas to tell her the truth. Was he the one who shot Nick?! NO , he did not do it and the burden is on Hope to prove that he did. The fact of the matter is Nick was already shot by the time he got to the park. When he admits he was packing heat, Sami deduces he desired to protect their son Will from Nick's nasty custody maneuver. She throws her arms around him and gushes how sweet! - JJ stops kissing Paige and goes to answer the front door. Rory and Bev the mischief makers are in the house! - Dour Dan takes a seat with Nicole at the pub and has something to say. He has spoken with Eric! Nicole gets upset. Dan explains it was a chance encounter. Oddly Eric was angrier at him than Nicole. Nicole wonders what he told him. Dan only stated he felt relieved it had all come out into the open. However, by the time Roman appeared, Eric was about to explode! Nicole gasps oh my God. Dan wants to know what she means by that. - Rory steps away from the Salem high study group to get munchies from his vehicle. JJ goes with. Bev starts to make nice with Paige and points out she only wants friendship from JJ. Paige is not sure what to make of it when the girl gushes she also wants to be her friend! - Roman sits Eric down at the pretty park and urges him not to move on with Nicole. That girl is poison! If he is done with the Church, so be it, but find someone else! Irate Eric insists he loves her and anyone who is against their togetherness can go to HELL! He jumps up and storms past the colorful flowers. - Sonny cannot conceal his surprise that Uncle Vic the Greek tycoon wants him to help out with a startup far far away in the land of Indonesia. Jakarta to be exact. The Greek gushes it could be a golden opportunity. Enter Henderson the butler. The police are presently at the door with a search warrant! Sonny hangs his head. Victor sighs in dismay. - Paige questions Bev's sincerity. The girl keeps trying to convince her. Outside, Rory urges dude JJ to dump the snooty girl of his dreams. JJ lets him know either he accepts Paige or he walks! Rory decides to walk. He can study without him! He goes back in and grabs his bag. Bev pretends to try and prevent him from leaving, then mutters at the door he knows what to do next ... She now seeks a word with JJ aloooone. Paige blinks. - Theresa opens her door to boozing Brady, who kisses her after taking a swig from his bottle. He kisses her with lust, ready for their private party! - Dan must take a hospital call, then returns to Nicole, who has quietly decided this could all work in her favor. She reminds Dan to keep things private. Eric is extremely emotional and they need tine. Dan asks if he mentioned the priesthood, whether he wishes to be reinstated. Not yet. At the moment, this is all about feelings. Dan needs to stay out of it! Dan stops her from leaving with just another thing. - Will the future reporter now reads the second text on EJ'’s phone. The Kiriakis mansion is being searched! EJ waltzes in bearing the pink gift box. Will gasps he has to go. EJ brings up the past and alludes to Lucas taking the heat for shooting him all those years ago. He advises against Will bringing it up at all. Will solemnly excuses himself. He knows his father has stood by him and feels strongly about returning the favor ... - Lucas is stunned when a cop tells him he is free to go, but do not leave town. Sami excitedly ushers him out. Something must have changed ... - Hope haughtily hands Victor her search warrant. She will also be needing a key. The Greek wishes her luck as she and escorting officer walks upstairs with Henderson, man of keys. Victor is rather relaxed about the whole thing, smiling about his civic duty. Meanwhile, Sonny unsuccessfully tries to reach Will on his phone, feeling highly frantic. - Outside the Horton front door, Bev begs JJ to make pal Rory come back and study so he can pass. She urges him to fetch their friend from the park before he gets high. Inside, Paige has received a call from Rory, who wonders if he left his text book behind. The good natured girl will have a look ... - Theresa the temptress is clad in her black bra, kissing shirtless Brady, and asks what is the matter. He slurs about seeing his father. Theresa teases to take it sloooooow. She knows the perfect pick me up. Drunk Brady assumes she is referring to coke. - Dan apologizes to Nicole and breathily wishes her only the best. She emotionally gasps she and Eric need space to get through this trying time. Therefore, GOODBYE! For good! Dan stares, stunned by her break of their once friendship. Once outside, Nicole naughtily notes neither man knows anything! She gets a call from Eric, who wants to meet her pronto and suddenly gets a bad feeling ... - Will cuddles Arianna at the square and cries he is taking her to her mommy before he has to do something. He cries they celebrated just one birthday together and kisses her sweet head, whispering how much daddy loves her. She should never forget. His love is forever ... - Determined Detective Hope has found the gun box and sets it down with her gloved hands, surrounded by lavish wooden walls in the Kiriakis gun collection room. She removes one gun, but takes the one underneath. That is the one she places in the evidence bag! The detective descends the staircase with her backup and snaps Victor knows why she came. He gleefully notes she seemed to get what she was looking for and returns to Sonny once the cops are long gone. Sonny is stopped in the middle of leaving Will another message and frowns. Victor gets straight to the point. THE NEXT TIME YOU WANT A MAN MURDERED, YOU COME TO ME! - Theresa smiles that she meant coffee only to help Brady. But Brady remembers she had her dealer's name on speed dial. She quips she deleted it. He quips she has the number stashed away someplace ... - JJ gets going to save Rory. Bev bursts back into the house just as Paige stares at the planted bogus STD test results. Bev demands to know what she is doing. - Dr. Dan on duty tries to wrap his head around what Nicole meant by that goodbye until he gets called upstairs to save another life ... - Nicole paces like a cornered rat in her room. What if Eric does know what she did? Knock knock! Tis the petulant once priest. He gasps she is right, they should run away from Salem together forever. OH ERIC! She holds him close and promises he will not regret it ... - Back at the mansion, Sami proudly boasts to EJ as he pours the drinks. Lucas went to kill Nick and save Will but someone got there first. All of a sudden, however, he was released. They toast to that and Sami wonders who really did it ... - Detective Hope gets back to her office, surprised to see Will waiting. He drops a bombshell. I CAME TO CONFESS I KILLED NICK FALLON! He stares at her with his piercing blue eyes. Hope is rendered utterly speechless ... THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Sonny enlightens Victor! |
