There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... The doorbell rings at the house of Kiriakis. Manservant Henderson is nowhere to be seen. Billionaire heir Brady opens the door to suave John, who is back from Paris with something to share. Brady acts disinterested but John persists with his document in blue. It gets removed and John hands him the info from the ISA. The time has come so they must head for the jet! They have all they need to find the elusive Kristen DiMera at long last! Brady stares. He had not been expecting this ... - Outside the club, Paige and JJ discuss a concert but then her mom calls. She promises to meet him in a few. JJ enters the club, eagerly seeking Sonny. Sonny is not present and Theresa the terrible teases it is past his bedtime. JJ refuses to get drawn into an argument. Theresa realizes he has a nice girl waiting and coyly chips away at his self-confidence. Does that girl even know the real JJ?! He insists he is done with drugs and fights and people like her. She leers it is an act even in front of himself. Paige will see the light. JJ advises her not to ruin things for him. Theresa taunts he will do it on his own. The real JJ is going to come out. He tells the beech to shut up , his fists clenched, and she purrs now that is who he really is ... - At her police station office, Detective Hope is interrogating indignant Lucas. She reminds him he once shot EJ! Lucas reminds Hope what was happening back then. She snaps about his record, the fact that EJ was causing trouble for him, just as Nick did. She now gets a call and steps away. Lucas loosens his collar. He then stands up and peers at Hope’s case notes, a frown creasing his boyish brow. Hope returns and he sits down before she catches him. She explains she will now get back to the interview with the material witness. Lucas notes she was acting like he was a suspect. Hope snaps they are on the record. She demands to know the details of his last contact with Nick. They spoke briefly at the town square and he was with a fellow employee. Lucas makes light of their communication. He was in another division, did not deal with Nick. Hope warns him not to lie to law enforcement ... - By the town gate, the hit man advises irate Sami to do as told. He hands her a card and orders her to tell Mr. DiMera to meet him here in half an hour. Sami gasps it is impossible but the hit man suggests he not be late and walks into the night. - EJ comforts crying Ali from her Nick night terror as Marlena observes at DiMera mansion. Anxious Ali knows what she saw and there was blood! Marlena promises her it is over. EJ hugs the girl and promises she is safe with him and mommy in this house. The girl refuses to go back to sleep lest she have the night terror again. But fatigue soon catches up with her … Ali is sleeping while sitting against EJ when Sami comes home and wonders what is the matter. Marlena explains and assures her Ali will be fine. Marlena now gets a call. Rafe had asked her to check up on Gabi. Sami suggests she go and help, she will be fine. Marlena thanks her. Sami loves her. Exit the blonde mama. EJ stands up and suspiciously folds his arms. WOT happened? Sami gasps big trouble, that’s what! - Eric is at Nicole’s door with desire in his eyes, just when she thought all was lost. He grabs her in a hug and breathes he missed her. She moans she will always be here if he wants her. He gasps if? Much to his consternation, she is not wearing her engagement ring. She fibs her hands are too swollen and turns away in tears. He begs her to face him and wonders why the tears. Together they shall overcome! She laments she did a bad thing. She hurt someone. Eric assumes she is referring to accidentally shooting Dan and advises her not to dwell. She complains she should not have acted on impulse but was desperate to do the right thing. Now, she sniffles, she must face the consequences for not doing the right thing! Eric blinks. - John confirms he knows where Kristen has been. They were both her victims but this is their big chance to catch her to ensure that Brady can finally move on! - Hope confronts Lucas about his damning text exchange with Nick. That constitutes contact! Lucas claims not to remember those texts. Hope, however, has procured them from his service provider and offers to read them aloud ... - After EJ demands to know WOT happened, Johnny and Ali approach. Johnny the good one takes his stressed sister upstairs to play and sweetly promises to look after her. Sami gets choked up about her little man. EJ ushers his beloved back to the living room and urges her to continue. She tells him of the hit man’s message and hands it to him. - Eric emotionally assures Nicole he knows she has changed in spite of how others treat her, like she is the same woman she once was. He knows better. The Nicole he knows is different. He tenderly touches her flustered face and gushes how precious she is, how much she means to him. Nicole sobs. He wants to show her too so she can feeeel it and romantically kisses her like a lover. She kisses him back and the clothes start to come off, then they take their love scene to the bed. - Brady bitterly refuses to give a second thought to that beech and suggests John pass on any proof he has of her whereabouts to the police. John insists his son needs closure. Brady boasts he has managed to move on. John exclaims he knows he has not as he is his father! Brady reminds him he never used to be around, snaps he is fine and tells him to see himself out as he walks away. John raises an eyebrow. This is far from over! - Spooked JJ suddenly decides he and Paige should go elsewhere and joins her outside, taking her to the pub in lieu of the cool club. She does not understand. - Marlena holds a stuffed animal at the apartment and listens as Gabi deduces brother Rafe sent her over to check on her. Marlena notes this is a tough time, considering she cared for Nick. Gabi refuses to talk about him, however. - Thanks to the cooperative service provider, Hope has proof that Lucas knew Nick was at the park moments before he was shot. Apparently a jogger found the victim’s phone at the park and it was handed over to the cops. She now demands Lucas come clean about what went down between him and Nick at the park. Lucas frowns. - EJ refuses to succumb to blackmail and loads his gun. Sami gasps they can find another way, but the mafia prince has made up his mind. He kisses her and walks out to deal with the double crossing assassin DiMera style. - Theresa is pleased as punch to see Brady at the club, especially when he downs her drink. - JJ is having a coke with Paige at the pub. She talks psychology and her future courses. He appears tense. She asks what troubles him, since he has seemed on edge since ushering her away from the club. He had wanted her to meet cool Sonny, then change his mind, and brought her here, but why? In her opinion, he has been acting strangely. He snaps he does not want to be analyzed. Page presses him to admit something is the matter. He snaps nothing is. She pouts and stands up. - Theresa asks bothered Brady what he has on his mind. He drawls just THEM and stands up. Theresa sighs. - Gabi laments she knows not what normal is anymore,from the modeling offer to Nick leaving town, then things changed again and again. It was so fast! Marlena brings up what happened last night. She sits with the stressed girl in black and deduces there must be some relief. Gabi gasps there is, then stammers she does not know and shakes her unhappy head. - Lucas confirms he had initially wanted to see Nick but in the end did not! He avoided him in his angry state and instead went off to the town square to pick up Ali. Detective Hope demands his phone. He demands to know if she has a warrant. She has had one all along ... - EJ meets his hit man at the dark park, the gun behind his back. The hit man notes he is on time. EJ drawls unfortunately for him. The assassin begs him not to shoot. EJ points his gun at close range and leers his time is up! - Ali is happy as a clam, having been cheered up by Johnny, and wants to show her helium balloons to EJ. Sami stammers he will be back soon. POP goes a helium balloon. Sami promises her disappointed daughter they can get more tomorrow. Ali smiles she wants EJ to come too. Sami smiles naturally he will cos they are all a family. They do everything together ... - As they drown their sorrows at a table, Brady toys with his drink and reminds Theresa she did lie about Liam. She explains she was in shock and saw no way out. He can relate. She teases she is a selfish beech. He grins she OWNS it and they toast to that. - Marlena the emotional healer assures Gabi that her feelings of relief are to be expected. Gabi admits all she can think of is how he loved her. She gasps about her Galahad. Part of him did wish to change. Marlena agrees and adds it is good for Gabi to focus on the good times. Then she will be able to move on ... - Lucas sullenly surrenders his phone and does not deny he deleted the texts. He often deletes texts. Hope points out the other texts are all there and calls it convenient he erased only the incriminating texts. Lucas admits he was afraid it looked bad and apologizes. Hope ominously states it is too late. Lucas cannot believe it. Is she actually going to arrest him?! - EJ solemnly saunters into the mansion and pours himself a drink. He assures stressed Samantha they are safe and she hugs him. - Nicole and Eric kiss in the afterglow in her grey bed. She remembers he had wanted to wait. He roguishly grins it matters not anymore as they no longer plan a church wedding. No more regrets, this felt so right. Nicole shuts her eyes as he adds this was an affirmation of their togetherness. I LOVE YOU AND I NEEDED YOU. She loves him too, God how much, and they kiss in bliss. - JJ stops petulant Paige from leaving their pub date. She thinks that he would rather be aloooooooone. He claims that is not the case. She knows he does not want to confide in her, bids him a good night, and haughtily walks out. - Brady the boozer stands up and thanks Theresa for the laughs. Then he staggers out with his car keys. She follows and snatches away the keys, offering him a lift. He seductively states her first and lifts her up against the wall, where he proceeds to passionately kiss her. - Sami assumes EJ has returned with the money, having finished off the hit man and taken it from him. That way it will look like a robbery. EJ gets rid of his gun and drawls there was no need to do that. The almost assassin handed over the money himself. Sami is surprised about the refund. EJ stacks the wads of cash and explains the hit man did not want to cross the family by keeping the money. As it turns out, someone else managed to kill Nick before their man for hire! Sami’s eyes are as round as saucers. - Lucas is in fact not under arrest. He thanks Hope. She points out her policeman probably has a search warrant by now to search everything he owns. She now turns off the recorder and Lucas asks for a human conversation. But Hope is still serious. She warns him he is a person of interest and must stay in Salem until further notice. He gasps he did not do anything. She strongly suggests he relinquish his passport and stay in Salem to fight whatever is found against him. - Nicole snuggles up to her sleeping holy man under the grey sheets and tells him she will never let him go! She means it too ... THE END Ahead on Days of Our Lives Daniel insists Nicole tell Eric what she did! Clueless Eric tells his mother he is engaged. |
