Prisoner Gabi is escorted into a room by Eli, who tenderly takes off her cuffs ... Chad is on his phone at the square requesting the DiMera pilot fuel up fast. He runs into Sonny, who suspects it is for his honeymoon. Wrong! ... At the club Jen leaves Abigail another anxious message. Date Eric arrives and is sympathetic. Jen worries about Abigail's state. Kayla thinks it is stress. She also rushed her tests but Jen as a mother can feel something is not right ... Fake Gabi finishes packing after she slips through the secret passageway. Kate comes home and closes the door with a sigh, staring at the old picture on Andre’s phone. Then she makes for the living room, where fake Gabi is engrossed in her packing ... Eli gives Gabi the jacket she forgot at his place and turns his computer toward her. Tis a video chat with Ari, who tells mommy goodnight ... At the park JJ talks shopping for baby and hopes he will pass his EMT test. Lani praises him and he checks his test results online ... Jen wishes she was wrong. Eric takes her hand and acts understanding. She wishes Abigail would not have another breakdown. Eric reassures her. Jen also wishes she had been the one to help her before but it was Andre, who is now dead. Only the arrest of the real killer can give Abigail closure ... Stefan sees Kate with Andre’s phone. She accuses him. He arrogantly alludes to Andre’s insane history and questions her sincerity as the weeping widow. Slap! Meanwhile Vivian is back for a drink and hopes fake Gabi will keep the fire poker at bay. She hears she is Hong Kong bound and is happy until she hears Stefan is going with her. Then she freezes ... Sonny cannot believe Abigail has actually agreed to travel to Hong Kong with Stefan. Chad is worried as well. Sonny rages she will be at risk. Chad admits he is powerless to prevent his wife from doing what she wants ... As Eric and Jen eat, JJ and Lani arrive to celebrate his passing grade. Eric insists they join their table ... Gabi gets choked up as Ari updates her and asks her to come home. She cries she cannot wait to see her soon and sends her to bed. They exchange I love yous. Gabi stands up and sobs against Eli, who holds her tight ... Sonny exclaims Chad is too calm about Abigail going. Chad admits he is following her to Asia and if Stefan so much as touches her he will kill him ... Kate suspects Stefan covered all his bases after he offed Andre. He denies it. She declares the DiMera men are ruthless and lovable but certainly not Stefan the detestable DiMera! She dares him to confess. He claims he has nothing to confess. She asks if he was the last person to see Andre alive. He did see him that fateful night. Kate wonders whether he had mentioned their argument and her ultimatum. Stefan flashes back to telling Vivian he ordered his goons to adduct Andre but he did not kill him! Back to the present. Stefan swears the last time he saw Andre they did not speak. He does not mention the detail that Andre was already dead ... Fake Gabi informs suspicious Viv that she did not off Andre, that Abigail did the deed. Vivian comes closer and warns her if she harms her son she will find out the hard way just how vicious SHE happens to be ... Jen gushes about JJ’s good news but he senses something sad in her voice. She insists she is thrilled about his whole new career. JJ felt it would be too risky for their baby to have both cops as parents. Eric suggests a toast, his arm draped around the happy lady in his life. Jen toasts to the happiness baby will bring. Lani suddenly cries she cannot take it anymore ... Gabi is doing her best to be brave. Eli praises her courage and regrets he cannot do more. She waits for the cuffs and gets a kiss instead ... At the square Chad clears his throat and asks Sonny about Arianna. She is doing well but starting to ask questions about her absentee mother. He sighs his divorce with Will is a done deal. Chad is sorry. Sonny speaks of the irony of leaving Paul for Will, who wants Paul. However, he has already moved on ... Fake Gabi talks back so Viv informs her she owes her as she was the one who got Gabi arrested. Fake Gabi informs her if she goes down she is taking her down too ... Glam Kate gets upset with slick Stefan and accuses him of lying, killing Andre, and setting Gabi up. She vows to prove it. Vivian’s voice is heard warning the little tramp away from her. Kate and Stefan race to the living room. Kate watches and wonders what in DiMera world is going on now ... Paul touches the flowers on the table and tells Chad of the dating app that already got him a match. Chad wants to see the pic and agrees he is a hunk. Sonny has stuff in common with him though he hesitates to get in touch. Chad grins to go for it. Sonny tells him to stay safe. Chad hugs him and adds he loves him. Then he walks away. Sonny decides to take a leap of faith ... Eli is at a loss. Gabi wishes Justin would come with good news. Eli tries to make her feel better. She wishes she knew who had really killed Andre. Eli updates her on Andre’s phone being found in Stefan’s desk. However, his security guy is supporting his claim that they handed it to him. Gabi wants to know who that mystery woman was. He suspects it is someone in Stefan’s sphere. But the three women who come to mind – Vivian, Kate and Abigail – are all in the clear. Meanwhile at DiMera mansion fake Gabi has hidden her dark wig and looks like Abigail again. Vivian asks Stefan to walk her out. Alone with Abigail, Kate shares her worry that she is not quite herself and suggests she stay home. She now shows her Andre’s phone and repeats her suspicion that Stefan is the real killer. That means she will be going into danger if she departs with him. Her husband and child need her here! Fake Gabi glances at the dark strands sticking out of her suitcase and goes strangely silent ... The Deveraux assume Lani is just feeling overly emotional. She sniffles her baby is a big responsibility. They assure her they are all on her side. Eric too. JJ wants her to know he is fine now and has put the darkness behind him ... In the foyer Stefan states if he goes without Abigail to Hong Kong he will give the impression of running away. Viv quips she has no time and leaves for a mysterious meeting. Inside the living room Kate waits for Abigail to reply. The girl gets an unexpected call ... Chad walks through the front door, where Stefan already has his luggage ... Abigail thanks the caller, relieved her tests are fine for she feels fine. Kate glances at her suitcase. Fake Gabi gets off the phone fast, still playing the role of good girl Abigail to perfection. This side of her seems to thrive under pressure ... Gabi is grateful for Eli’s assistance but cries she might lose her liberty and her little girl. She hangs onto him ... JJ and Lani have left the club. She thanks him for understanding and hopes she will not let him down. He thinks she never could. Inside the club Eric has cokes for himself and Jen. She gushes how glad she is to have him and they kiss ... Sonny struggles with the app at the square. Vivian appears and leers she already warned Victor that she and Stefan are officially coming after him. She sweeps away and Sonny hears a beep from the app ... Kate questions why Kayla called Abigail about her good checkup results so late at night. Chad enters and offers to get Thomas to say goodbye. She stops him and states she tucked him in. Kate excuses herself. Chad cryptically states he will see Abigail soon and sweetly kisses her. Stefan glares daggers from the doorway ... Sonny agrees to meet his match for coffee. He has no idea that Vivian is the one who really answers him on her app at the dark park ... Eli escorts Gabi back to her cell and tells the innocent girl to sleep. Tomorrow the nightmare might be over ... Eric gallantly offers to walk Jen back to her car when she sighs she has to turn in early. She is relieved when Kayla calls about the good test results and decides she was wrong to worry ... Outside Stefan escorts fake Gabi, now wearing a wig, to the car and gushes she looks beautiful. Inside Chad informs Kate he is leaving for the airport as soon as they have have gotten a head start. She urges him to be careful in Hong Kong.
