Much to her horror Andre turns around in the chair ... Meanwhile at DiMera mansion Stefan reads about transitions and remembers all her alters. Viv makes a catty comment and helps herself to coffee. Stefan tells her of the latest alter he encountered ... Andre calmly assures Abigail he is indeed dead but has much business to finish. Then he asks her for coffee and cackles when she accidentally reaches for Tony’s urn. She hands him his coffee and he talks press release about Gabi. Abigail gasps she suspects Stefan killed him and set Gabi up. Andre acts ever so amused. She wonders who killed him if not Stefan. He compliments her Gabi Chic dress but Abigail does not recall ever wearing it. She has missing memories. Andre produces a stuffed elephant and leers an elephant neva forgets. Abigail now wakes up from her night terror to tender Chad, who talks her down. She claims she cannot recall her dream and then notices Thomas’ stuffed elephant. Chad notes their son left it here last night. He offers to have cook make her some food and leaves with an I love you ... Vivian cannot believe Dr. Laura is now one of Abigail’s alters. She calls her crazy but Stefan states this alter is a gatekeeper. Viv gets a headache. Stefan is sorry to say he made the Gabi alter hear she is not real. Viv is more interested in which one could confess to killing Andre ... JJ catches up with Eli at the park, sorry about Gabi. Eli admits he is partly to blame. JJ wonders ... Gabi sits in Lani’s office and refuses to reveal more without her lawyer present. Lani admits Trask hoped she would open up to a friend. Gabi fumes she who slept with her boyfriend is certainly no friend ... Abe and Val have coffee at the pub, noting Hope is now with Shawn and Belle in Hong Kong, not taking calls. She remembers Lani’s admission that JJ was not the father and soap stares ... Lani insists she and Eli were a mere mistake, a misunderstanding. Gabi is furious and unforgiving. She demands to know whether Eli is the father of Lani’s baby ... Stefan remembers the Laura alter announcing Abigail killed Andre. He suggests she did not do it. Exasperated Viv exclaims how else could Gabi end up with the planted murder weapon. Chad enters, having overheard only part of the private conversation, and accuses homicidal Stefan of murdering his brother and framing Gabi. Stefan has heard quite enough and starts to step away but Chad grabs him by the arm and growls to admit he killed Andre. Vivian watches with worry ... Abe grins he is getting grandfather fever. Val giggles. He shows her the latest gift for the little one. A silver rattle. Val is happy for him. He hopes Lani will have an easy pregnancy from now on and updates her on his pregnant daughter being hospitalized for pain. Val immediately asks if anyone told Eli. Abe is somewhat surprised ... Kayla assures Eli all is well with Lani, whose baby is lucky he cares. She anxiously excuses herself ... Lani repeats JJ is the baby daddy as she was already with child when she hooked up with Eli. Gabi questions her on that as she knows she is already lying to JJ cos she cheated with Eli. Lani attempts to swear her to secrecy ... Stefan warns Chad to unhand him. Vivian begs Chad to withdraw. Chad is still raging when Abigail enters in a demure dress and orders him to let go! Stefan thanks her. Abigail snaps she simply does not want her husband arrested for assault. Stefan and Chad continue the war of words. Stefan calmly sits at his DiMera desk and tries to give orders to his employees. Abigail snaps she is taking the day off and tells Chad they should go. They do and smitten Stefan stares after them ... Val stammers she knows Eli would want to cover shifts for Lani if needed. Abe explains Lani got a clean bill of health and has since returned to work. JJ enters and Abe insists he join them. Val asks about Lani. He gushes it looks good, she just needs to relax and stay away from stress ... Gabi has no intention of hurting JJ with anything and suggests Lani come clean to him about what she did. Lani laments it is too late. Gabi declares JJ deserves better. Eli arrives and Lani leaves ... Viv warns smitten Stefan his judgment is clouded where Abigail is concerned. Stefan argues the board cannot know about their own nefarious actions, which means the board cannot know about Abigail ... Abigail has an appointment with Dr. Kayla. She is sorry about her losing Andre. Abigail sighs he did not deserve to die. She shares their belief that Gabi is being set up. Kayla senses there is something else. Abigail weeps there seems to be something wrong with her ... Eli surprises Gabi with art from Arianna. Marlena informed the girl that she was away on business. He vows to prove Stefan set her up ... Chad sneaks into Stefan’s empty office and looks around. He pries open a locked drawer ... Stefan assures his mother that Abigail’s alters will not harm him. Madame could not bear anything happening to her stellar son and warns him that girl does not even care! He gushes her Gabi side seemed to want to protect him. Viv warns the alter is not even real. He replies she is real to him. Very real. Violins play as he stares into space ... Abigail admits she has headaches and missing memories! She fears she has an illness so Kayla suggests they wait and not jump to the worst case scenario. Abigail feels she needs help ... Eli wonders what Gabi and Lani conversed about. She confronted her about JJ and the paternity of the baby. Eli believes her that JJ is the father so Gabi agrees to believe her as well. But she has a bad feeling ... JJ has made a decision. Val disagrees with him hiring a wedding planner but he wants to be married to Lani before their baby is born. Abe agrees it is a good idea but Lani wants him to wait. JJ asks her why she is against their marriage ... Kayla calms Abigail and advises her to ignore the internet. They will get answers with tests. She leaves to set up an MRI. All of a sudden Abigail gets another splitting headache. Dr. Laura the gatekeeper calmly takes in her surroundings. She sits in the doctor’s chair and places a rubber band around her hair. Then she dons Kayla’s glasses and decides to be the real doctor. Abigail cannot know the truth! She picks up her purse and walks out, destination DiMera mansion ... Viv implores Stefan to stay away from Laura, Gabi and all the alters! She tells him of the secret passageway she saw Abigail entering and stops Stefan from proceeding, fearful of what he might find ... Eli unhappily escorts grateful Gabi back to her cell after they kiss and exchange I love yous ... Val argues planning a wedding could be precarious for the baby as Lani was already stressed. JJ politely states it is not her business. Lani arrives. Val curses and calls it very much her business. Abe is baffled by the outburst ... Chad searches the now opened secret drawer and picks up Andre’s phone with a kleenex to cover his finger prints. He believes this proves for a fact that Stefan the s.o.b. did it ... Kayla returns to her office but Abigail is gone ... Stefan runs into Dr. Laura the gatekeeper in the DiMera living room. He admits he found her secret changing tunnel and hands her Gabi’s outfit to put on cos he has got to talk to her right away! STAY TUNED |
