They discuss the Rafe and Sami affair, how sorry they are for Hope. Perhaps she is doing well with Shawn and Belle. Jen invites him to meet up after and they kiss in bliss ... Ciara returns to the loft and taunts Claire, who is off to get her headshots done. Claire has high hopes. Ciara gets a devilish idea ... At the square café Steve and Kayla enjoy their wine. She sighs she was too hard on John and he assures her they shall overcome. Adrienne arrives and Steve hugs his sister. She cries about his failing vision and Justin stands with her ... Brady begs Eve to stay and refuses to let her leave. She protests so he grabs her in a passionate smooch ... Maggie giggles at kissing Eric and Jen. She gushes about them being together and asks them to hand Julie back her keys cos she is moving home. Victor has finally done the right thing ... Brady states he loves her so Eve slaps him and screams. She warns him not to make Tate a terrible Kiriakis and throws her house key at him. Then she exits. Brady bellows her name ... Steve says no more tears! Adrienne agrees. The gang ask about Alexander. Adrienne was glad to be there for him. Justin adds he was not on speaking terms with Angelica. Steve and Kayla are keen to have them stay for their date night. Kayla takes Justin off for the dessert menu giving the brother and sister some time to catch up ... Tripp returns home and wonders why Ciara is taking selfies. She acts catty about Claire getting headshots and gets Tripp to take her picture, striking a pose ... Meanwhile Eric assures Claire she looks great. She gasps she hopes Sami will not kill her for what she revealed at the wedding. Eric reminds her Sami is far from Salem and suggests she focus on those whose lives were affected. Claire believes Hope deserved to know but he questions her timing. She tells him he sounds like Marlena. Eric cannot help but also wonder about her motives ... At the pub Jen sees Eve and does not approve of how she heard she was enabling Brady to drink. Eve hisses she would like to squeeze the life out of him ... Maggie returns to the mansion, where she is met with the sight of Brady drinking booze. She demands an explanation … As they stand away from Steve’s table at the square Justin asks Kayla how she is. She feels helpless and asks Justin for a favor. Steve's last memory of Joey should not be his son in an orange jumpsuit soooo ... Steve the hero assures Adrienne he can handle losing his sight. She asks him to let her help him. He will try ... Jen assumes Brady and Eve are over. Eve gets sarcastic. Jen concludes Brady broke it off. Wrong. Jen wonders what happened ... Maggie blasts Brady. Victor walks in and Brady accuses him of betrayal as he was only carrying out his plan! Victor snaps he left him a message but Brady did not notice. The redhead reasons to blame her as she made him tell Eve the truth. She deserved to know she was being deceived! When Brady said no, she made Victor fix things. Brady now makes it clear he loves Eve for real, hence his heartbreak that drove him to drink ... Justin can make no promises but will try to get Joey a temporary release ... Adrienne wants to be there for Steve the way he was there for her ... Victor grumbles he was right to worry Brady would fall for the ... Brady stops him from hurling any insults. Maggie the romantic realizes he fell in love for real. The Greek grumbles Eve was only working him. Maggie admits Justin filled them in on the non wedding. She asks if Brady can fix it. Victor tells him he is better off without the harlot. Together they can be the Titans of Titan. Brady denounces him and walks out. Maggie uncomfortably clears her throat ... At the pub Eve updates Jen on her sad story. Jen is sympathetic and feels badly that Brady played with her heart ... As photographer Eric snaps away, Claire claims she did not intend for the truth to come out at the wedding but Hope was alright with it. Eric quips Hope is too kind. Claire admits Ciara waged war but she can retaliate twice as hard ... Back at the loft Ciara complains about her unphotogenic chin. Tripp calls it cute. She smiles and he snaps away. One picture stands out. She gets closer to see and they kiss ... Steve teases dessert diva Adrienne for her love of baklava. Justin and Steve laugh with their women as they remember the Kiriakis approach to cuisine. Steve drops a fork. Justin and Adrienne mention the non wedding at the Kiriakis mansion today. Steve wants the whole story ... Eve assures Jen she did not deserve this like Kristen and the others who hurt Brady. He duped her! Jen counters Brady is a bad liar and suggests he did love and want to marry her. Eve wonders ... Brady boasts of his biz skills and accuses Victor of trying to run his whole life. Victor accuses him of getting in over his head with Eve. Maggie makes him stop. The Brady she knows has a good conscience and a heart. She sure hopes he is back ... Justin believed Brady and Eve were in love. Adrienne thinks he is overly optimistic. Justin admits it has not been an easy day and updates the gang on Gabi getting caught trying to hide evidence. Steve is all ears and states he can trust him ... Eric refers to Claire wanting a war with Ciara. She snaps she started it. Eric urges her to take the high road and work things out ... Ciara asks why Tripp kissed her if he wants Claire. He would rather want her. She liked the kiss but when Claire hears about it ... Tripp tells her no worries cos Claire loves Theo. Then he excuses himself to bed. Ciara sits down in a daze ... Eve considers what Jen just said and decides there is no hope. She calls Jen Pollyanna. Jen tells her to take care and exits. Eve wipes away her tears and orders another drink ... Maggie feels Brady should fight for the woman he loves and forget the drink ... Claire comes home and asks for a word with Ciara. Ciara taunts she just entered the contest for Bella ... Jen greets Eric at the park. She tells him she spoke to Eve and feels sorry for her as she is so alone ... Steve and Kayla bid goodnight to Justin and Adrienne as they depart. Steve assures the woman he loves they will make it through. They tenderly kiss ... Brady sits alone in his sorrow. Eve puts down her drink at the pub and remembers her almost wedding with Brady, the man she wanted to love until death do they do part. Then she cries her heart out. STAY TUNED! |
