There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - In the serenity of a Salem park, Ben offers to tell Rafe the truth instead of his sister. But Jordan feels responsible and therefore wants to tell Rafe herself. The topic of the day for the stressed siblings seems to be who is to blame and what really happened! Ben stands by his sister. She was right to do what she did for they simply had to get away from that son of a .... - In the Ozarks diner, diva Kate feels she has the situation under control. Maybe she shouldn't underestimate the cleverness of country folk. Kate is pleased her new contact Clyde has recognized Jordan, who is really his long lost daughter called Tammy Sue! Clever Clyde drawls he has been worried about his sweet girl. Once upon a time she grew up and ran off. That was the last he saw of her. Kate takes it all in with her cat eyes. - At the pub, Chase is ready to tell Hope all about the mom he misses - until he gets interrupted by Aiden and appears intimidated. Hope watches and wonders. Aiden teases his son needs a new watch and ushers him out to his waiting ride to judo class. Mysterious music plays. Hope senses something and admits she thinks Aiden did not want his son to discuss his late mother with her. Aiden sighs she wants answers and offers to tell her. So he says ... - At Horton house, jumpy Jen wishes to update JJ on her horrendous history with Eve and the latest. JJ is incensed Eve is after half of Jack's book proceeds. She has no right! Jen sighs she is also Paige's mother. They both need to be careful with dishonest Eve. JJ wonders whether that mistrust should carry over to Paige too. - At the club Eve insists to worried Paige that the Hortons owe them half of Jack's book profits, which will help them but Paige begs to differ. Eve argues they are owed and Jack put it in writing! Ever since Paige's papa left them with no money, times have been tough. Her daughter deserves better and she intends to see to it! Paige blinks. The unseen banshee moans in the background. - Back at Horton house, JJ massages his temples. Jen urges him to be patient and insists this not cast a shadow over his graduation day. He agrees not to interfere in the mess. Jen tries to be upbeat about them getting together with Abigail to celebrate later on in the day. JJ starts to go. Mama Jen asks him to get a haircut. But JJ has something else in mind. He texts girlfriend Paige cos they need to talk ... - Marlena warns Eric in the park that unless he convinces Nicole to do the right thing, he will never get cleared! The fallen father would rather not tempt fate and now notes Sami's wedding is today. Marlena was invited by EJ and said no thanks. Eric cannot support the union either, given what Kristen did to him. Marlena is sympathetic. - Nicole arrives to speak with his Excellency and gives curious Dan the brush off. She boasts she and she alone is the one person who knows everything and haughtily tells Dan to give them their privacy. He casts her a suspicious look and she assures him she is doing what she must. Furthermore, she must be the one to inform Eric after the fact. Dan agrees to stay out of it. The bishop waits. Dan goes. Nicole takes over in her usual manner. - Paige pretends to her excited almost rich mother than she needs to pick up her graduation gown and cap and exits the club. Eve sighs the time has come to cross the next thing from her list and takes out her phone. Theresa picks up. Eve says nothing. Theresa, who was busy searching the internet to finds out the financial situation of Brady and his father, slams the receiver down. Eve knows she is home. She is on her way! - In the Ozarks, Kate is curious why Tammy Sue left. Crafty Clyde claims he has no answer and that was 8 years ago. He suspected she did not wish to be found. Still, he hopes his daughter is happy and asks Kate her name. Kate introduces herself and they shake hands. Clyde acts very concerned about his little girl being happy. Is she? - Jordan insists she did what she did for both of them and she would not have left Ben behind. It was both or none! All for one and one for all! - Aiden advises Hope to please avoid the topic of his late mom with his son. The wounds are still fresh and painful for them both. Hope will respect his wishes but suggests it is still best to talk, get things out in the open. Aiden exclaims no. Ring ring! Tis Jen, who needs legal advice as legal eagle Justin is not in town. She summons Aiden to the house. He thanks Hope for understanding and departs with his briefcase. Hope wonders what he is hiding ... - Nicole announces to the bishop that she indeed found pages of the file from the fiendish doctor who made the cocktail that drugged Eric and wreaked havoc with his memory. She destroyed it. The bishop poses another question. Why did she initially refuse to cooperate and what made her see the light? Nicole recalls learning Dan and Jen were over but refuses to share. It should not matter why she decided to cooperate. What matters is that she is willing to write a detailed statement she is assuming will clear Eric's holy name. His bishopness explains it is a sloooow process and there are no guarantees. However, had she come forward with the evidence from the beginning, that would have helped significantly more. Why the destruction of the evidence and hesitation to reveal it even existed? She claims it was for love. The bishop is baffled. - Eric drops by Daniel's office to thank him for his help. He is humbly grateful and feels it is in God’s hands now. He invites him and Jen out for dinner as his guests. Dan snaps it cannot happen! The morose medicine man rubs his head and apologizes for overreacting. He and Jen are on a ... break. It was his idea. Eric is confused. Dan now reveals it was his reaction to Jen not trusting him to tell Eric what Nicole would not. He still loves Jen but not her opinion of him. Eric gets it. Sometimes love is simply not enough. He is on Dan's side in this case, for he believes Dan would not have covered up Nicole's misdeed. He points out the truth counts for something, does it not ...? - In the Ozarks, Kate admits she is not well acquainted with Tammy Sue but she seems happy enough. Clyde is after her current name. Jordan Ridgeway. He cackles it sounds too fancy. Kate produces the picture of Ben. Clyde gasps that's his boy! - At the park, Ben warns Jordan that Rafe would want justice once he learned papa had threatened to kill her if she so much as tried to run away! - JJ and Paige catch up at the town gate. The star-crossed almost lovers lament their moms loathe each other. It is crazy! - At Horton house, unhappy Horton Jen shows her attorney Aiden the documents in question. Evil Eve is at it again, now with this crazy bogus claim for royalties! Jack had even set up a foundation to deal with the proceeds. Aiden frowns and he bears bad news. It is binding. Jen argues Jack might have felt pressured into signing. Aiden will contact the other attorney and hopes for a simple solution. Jen sighs with that one, simple is not possible! The unseen storyline banshee moans in the background. - Theresa is trying to find out about Brady's long term finances online when Eve shows up at her door. There is no love lost between the two! Theresa gets shrill about her reason for barging in. Big sister Eve is feeling like queen of the castle with her claim to Jack's book and the slinky leopard print blouse she is wearing and holds her haughty head high. Papa Shane wanted her to check in on his law-breaking overdosing daughter. Nothing has changed! Theresa gets sarcastic about another man dumping her and there have been many! She will never manage to top her for screw-ups! Eve taunts the drugs are making her youthful beauty fade fast. Theresa shoves her her purse and tries to kick her out. They were never close anyway! Eve explains she did not want her pride and joy Paige, who is Stanford bound, to be near her bad influence. Theresa the terrible taunts it is too late, given the bad company Paige is keeping! - His Excellency starts to say if Nicole really loved Eric ... She disagrees with his opinion and decides to depart. He promises to pray for her. She makes a snide remark about what she would want in those prayers and waltzes out. - JJ and Paige discuss Eve's claim. JJ thinks she has none. Paige points out he needs to open his eyes cos Jack and Eve were married! - As it turns out, Miss Tammy Sue (Jordan) took some money to get herself and little brother Ben a head start on their brand new life. Ben reasons big bad Clyde owed them after the hell he made them endure! He is also in no position to complain to the cops. Then corrupt Clyde would have to confess where he got that money from! Ben suddenly stops. However, Clyde still could kill to get it back! - Clever Clyde is curious whether his illustrious kids are together. Kate diverts her gaze and tries to keep control of the situation. She asks about Jordan running away. Clyde complains he suspects his underage son was kidnapped by the older sister. Kate asks whether he contacted the cops. He claims he did not want to cause trouble and notes she must know where they are. She sighs she does. SALEM! Is he going to go see them? He lies no cos they would contact him if they wanted to and acts relieved to hear they have jobs and friends and seem happy. He now asks why Kate inconvenienced herself all the way here to snoop on his kids. - Back in Salem, Ben wonders whether Clyde may have given up on tracking them down. The Houston attempt was two years ago. Jordan’s eyes are filled with dread. He is just waiting for the next lead, she can feel it! - Dan is treating his little man Parker to ice cream at the town square when Aiden greets the pair. He seeks a word with Dan, who steps away for a moment. Parker remains committed to completing his ice cream and notices nothing else. Aiden wanted to tell Dan he is sorry about him and Jen and hopes they will work it out. Is it tough on his now silent son? Dan knows not. His boy asks after Jen a lot but he hopes he will be able to move on. Aiden agrees it is best for kids to forget the past, particularly when they may have been haunted by a parent's past actions. Dan senses something. When he asks about Aiden's boy, Aiden smoothly points out Parker is making a mess, thus diverting his attention. - Eve and Theresa exchange more catty comments and Eve exclaims to get to the point. Theresa taunts her about Paige's new boyfriend JJ. He used to be after her once upon a time and she will tell her aaaaaaall about it! - JJ blasts Eve for wanting the money from his father's foundation. Paige points out his dad agreed to give her that money. JJ snaps Jack is dead. Paige pouts this is not good. They should stop discussing it. - Nicole runs into somber Eric just outside the pub, her eyes shining with hope. She told the bishop the whole story! He peers at her with his blue eyes and nods slightly. Nicole waits for more but alas she is wasting her energy. Eric curtly thanks her. He sarcastically states he hopes she feels good and concludes there is no more to say between them! He utters his final GOODBYE NICOLE, and walks into the pub, leaving her standing woefully alone ... - Jen laments to cousin Hope that Eve is baaaaack! Hope realizes that is the reason Jen requires legal assistance. Jen admits it is not just for her this time ... - JJ takes Paige by the hand and tenderly tells her they will not let their mothers come between them with their mess. The teens kiss. Paige is more worried her mom will not approve of JJ's past. He promises his girl he has changed and no one and nothing will be able to break them up ... - Theresa tells Eve that JJ only cares about getting high and lucky. He was even at her place the night she overdosed. Paige is headed down that very path ... LIKE HELL gasps mad mama. - Kate admits she became suspicious of secretive Jordan when she got involved with a close friend of hers. Clyde muses his Tammy Sue would not hurt a fly. Kate pretends to be relieved. Clyde pretends to be grateful for the pictures she agrees to let him keep. She hands him her contact details in case he can remember more and is ready for the check. Clyde quietly asks her to keep their conversation confidential. She plays along. Clyde goes on his way. Kate considers. What was the real reason Jordan ran away from home ...? - Ben reasons Rafe is law enforcement. Jordan gasps there is no way to win against Clyde cos he is DANGEROUS and capable of ANYTHING!
