At the Wilson apartment, Will tries to talk his way out of any wrongdoing. He denies setting out to bribe the couples therapist with a story, stating he merely suggested Zoe profile him after he had done research prior to their first appointment. Sonny bellows about the bold-faced lie, cos he knows when Will first wanted the article written and it was before ... Paul is pensive at the lake. Derek pleasantly greets him in his swimsuit. He no longer works at the hotel ... At the house of Kiriakis, Victor has a fit and threatens to throw Theresa out. She taunts the tycoon to his face ... Zander is smug at the station. Serena is spooked by the very sight of him. He continues to smile even as Abe arrests him for the attempted murder of Eric Brady and Nicole Walker. Commissioner Roman stares down the prisoner ...Brady and Maggie come back to the commotion. Brady calmly informs grandfather that the girl is now staying here. The Greek snaps she is NOT staying in his house. Brady coldly meets his Kiriakis stare ... Zander innocently informs the police station people that he was out of town when Eric and Nicole were attacked ... Eric emotionally enters Nicole's hospital room, insisting they discuss what went down. Dan finds them together and tells them he too wants to hear everything. Matter of fact he already knows exactly what Eric did ...They blink in bewilderment ... The son of Sami tries to turn the tables on Sonny and his questions by complaining about his accusations. But Sonny is no fool. He knew something was wrong with the doctor not letting them discuss past problems and he was right. Will got the egomaniac to do his bidding by dangling a story about his so-called success rate in Sonix ... Paul is sorry for Derek the dedicated bellboy losing his hotel job. He admits he was not that good anyway and gets to the subject of the article he read. He had not realized Will and Sonny were married with a daughter. Paul would rather not talk about that. Derek thinks Paul not being with Sonny must mean he was not the right one ... Sonny demands to know why Will is so desperate to hang onto him that he would sink to lies and deceit .... Brady gets sarcastic with Victor, who stubbornly stands his ground. Maggie makes the two hotheads move to the other room to come to an agreement like grownups. The redhead now turns her wrath on Theresa the terrible, the one who made Mel move away. She does not mince words. I'VE GOT YOUR NUMBER, COOKIE! ... Brady patiently points out he is not with Theresa, he is doing this for Tate. The Greek grumbles about having her at his breakfast table. Brady sighs he had a rough night and suspects Victor did as well due to the Zander drama. Surely the Greek is aware he attempted to murder Nicole and Eric last night. Victor plays it cool and claims he kicked him out of Salem cos he was messing with Dan. That must be when he went berserk. He hopes the cops lock the loon up for good. Brady suspects he knew more but holds his tongue ... Zander calmly cooperates with the cops, claiming he was at a partay in Chicago at the time of the alleged attack. Roman intends to check his car, the ten witnesses he claims to have, as well as his cell phone. Zander grins Serena can confirm some of his story and taunts her. She gulps ... Dan emotionally thanks Eric for saving the life of the woman he loves. Eric wishes he would stop and turns away in torment ... Will assures Sonny he loves him. Sonny scoffs he had said he was bored and then ran off to L.A. to write a screenplay. He had no time or interest in touching base for days and only came back cos his screenplay was not accepted. Will denies it. Sonny suspects he is denying it even to his own self. He works himself into a state over Will cheating with Paul just to get the scoop for his story. Will snaps at least he didn't propose to Paul and keep it a secret. Sonny urges him to explain the WHY of his cheating ... Maggie has the new nanny Haley take baby Tate to his room. Theresa tells her to unpack her suitcase too. Maggie says NO and warns her they will be cordial for Tate's sake, that is all. She has not forgotten how she all but forced Mel to flee Salem. She warns she is also out of her league with Victor the Great and Powerful and taunts she should have the fire pokers removed from the room. Points taken ... Serena is unable to deny it when Zan dangerously reminds her how he shared his desire to leave Salem since Nicole was not into him. His eyes threaten to say more, perhaps about the stolen diamonds, so she sighs he did say that. Abe and Roman question the credibility of his so-called alibis, his phone calls. Serena pouts he did not pick up her calls. He glares and grins at least Eric and Nicole are alright ... Dan deduces Eric is concerned about Zander being on the loose. Nicole advises him to say everything that happened to Dan right here right now but then adds he is bothered by Serena's betrayal of his trust. Dan senses something else is troubling the former father and says so ... Roman rages at slick Zander that Eric and Nicole insist he tried to kill them and they WILL get their proof. Abe carts him out for questioning but before he goes, the suited prisoner issues Serena a not-so-veiled threat. He would hate it if anything ever happened to her like that. She shudders at the thought of the thug coming after her ... Needless to say Roman has little luck getting Serena to spill. She states she has no proof to offer against Zander. Her lady lawyer bursts in and Roman must leave them alone. She counsels her client NOT to say anything if she values her life. The police have no proof. Serena starts to protest, then concludes Zander got to her too ... Victor is still livid about Brady letting Theresa the terrible into their home. They could do without her and that Honeybooboo family from hell. Brady will not back down and updates him on her threat to take Tate to California. He intends to stay with his son, whether here or somewhere else. The grumbling Greek now gets it ... Will counters Sonny seems to think he is inferior and always throws in his face when he is a failure. That is what drove him to cheat. Will diverts his gaze. Sonny gasps Paul was not the first time ... Paul removes his shirt and politely tells Derek he is taking a swim. But it was nice seeing him ... Sonny accuses and Will confesses ... Will's other affair...! Will is unable to stop Sonny from storming out. Sonny storms all the way to the lake, where he runs into shirtless Paul, who perceives his upset. Sonny sighs he is not the person he should speak to about this problem and turns away ... Dan is relieved when he receives a text about Zander's arrest. The three friends breathe a sigh of relief. Nicole thanks God. Eric steps out to get an update from Roman on Serena's status ... Victor and Brady are back in the living room. He warns Theresa to stay out of his way and heads upstairs for a nap. Maggie goes with him and he cackles about her giving the girl hell ... Theresa is elated she can stay. Brady reminds her that as per their agreement they both get time with Tate and this is his time. He suggests she go to work. However, Theresa has no intention of working now that she is in the big Kiriakis house and says so ... Dan emotionally takes Nicole's hands and tells her how much she means to him. The medicine man gets choked up. So does she. Nicole weakly also agrees to a fresh start with him, putting the pain of the past in the past ... Back at the Wilson apartment Will weeps beside Arianna and promises he will not lose Sonny. Arianna looks worried ... Zander is brought back to Roman's office as Serena is about to leave. He leers he will see her soooooon ... Maggie has questions for Victor about the murderous nephew. He repeats his story he told him to leave town and then heard he went nuts. He would rather not think about psychoZan now that psychoTheresa is in their midst. The redhead warns him Daniel will have questions, of that she is certain ... Dan has removed himself as Nicole's doctor. He explains he wants not to be her doctor but her lover and they kiss on the lips. Eric looks in the room and his face falls ... THE END!
