They both feel like they have ingested drugs. Deimos marvels at the opera of his revenge. Sonny whispers to Gabi has she seen Paul. She slurs and waves a flower asking after Chad ... Abigail assumes it is the champagne as she sits with Chad. They are sitting together discussing getting along. She giggles in agreement. He believes she can read his mind. She gets groggy and he gets soulful about life. They wonder why they are here ... Eric numbly hands Nicole water and wonders why he is unsteady. She suggests he sit. He does on the bed and wonders what is happening ... Gabi and Paul discuss the lack of food. Eli gets offended and approaches disguised Deimos, not realizing he is not a real waiter. Meanwhile Hope and Rafe are out of it at the beautiful square. They admire the night sky though she feels strange albeit giggly. Rafe kisses her and she sits on the ground removing her high heels. Gabi gets mad he is rubbing in that he cheated with this woman when they were together. JJ blasts her for moving on in seconds with Chad. Now they wonder where he went ... Abigail has the flowers in her hand for the vows renewal but Chad remembers she left him. She regrets that mistake. He is the only one that she wants and needs. He feels the same way ... Eric fights the feeling and gasps he cannot go over this with Nicole. Angels sing as Dan's apparition appears. The fallen father's eyes are now filled with tears of torment ... Eric gasps my God. Sonny suggests Gabi and JJ kiss and make up. She refuses. Sonny encourages JJ to go for it so he does. Lani stands with Eli and watches with horror ... Chad and Abigail have no notes and improvise their heartfelt words of love. He never stopped loving her! She feels the same way. He places the new ring on her finger for a new beginning. Forever. Abigail gushes she loves him and wishes she could do over certain things. She is sorry she ever doubted him. He asks if she wants to be his wife. She smiles yes and they kiss in ethereal bliss ... Eric is filled with guilt. Dan declares it was an accident. He admits he is not exactly forgiving him as he has a condition. He asks Nicole to tell Eric he is a good man who must let go of his pain for his mistake. Then he must help others. Such is his destiny. He asks Nicole to say they both forgive him if he forgives himself. Nicole weeps and woefully shakes her head ... Rafe apologizes as he got caught up in the mood. Hope insists it is alright. She will always love Bo but she also loves Rafe. The reason for her hesitation is ... Sonny taps Eli on the shoulder and announces he will go look for Paul. Disguised Deimos goes after him ... Lani is livid that JJ smooched with his ex and takes off. Eli follows ... As it turns out Sonny has a hallucination along the way and falls asleep in the hall. Deimos stops and peers down at him with evil intent. He is after the amulet. He reaches for it and Sonny wakes up. They struggle and Deimos' beard falls off. Sonny rages he is going to prison. Deimos taunts he is as power hungry as he is. They are not so different ... Gabi and JJ hear their old song and end up alone in the candlelit room. They romantically dance together ... Lovely Lani is pouting outside. Eli asks why she argued with JJ. She laments JJ is still in love with Gabi. Eli disagrees and calls the fellow a fool if she is not the one that he wants. She is too good for him. She thanks him and they embrace. Tender music plays. And then he kisses her ... Nicole cries to ghost Dan that she lost him and now Holly. Dan assures her she will get their daughter back. She wishes he could come back to them. Dan hushes her and announces the time has come to live in the present. Eric is a kind and good man who has also suffered from the tragedy. But he shall overcome if she helps. Nicole agrees but only for him. The she kisses Dan on the lips. He suddenly morphs into Eric and she continues kissing as Eric emotionally kisses her right back. They get passionate but then she stops and gasps she has to splash her face with water. Eric is left standing alone ... Deimos demands the amulet and Sonny is unable to stop him. Deimos rips it from his neck and growls his greed might have cost him Paul. He then overpowers him and walks away. Sonny gets to his feet and staggers after him ... Kissing Lani and Eli hear a small voice crying for help ... Inside Chad and Abigail stop kissing when they hear footsteps thudding. Chad opens the door and tells her Deimos was running down the hall. They have to get him. Abigail wants to go with Chad but he tells her to stay put. Like hell! Nicole comes back from the bathroom. Alas Eric has gone. She wonders where he went ... Hope explains to Rafe she cannot marry him until Deimos pays for what he did to Bo. Rafe insists he will and asks her to be careful. No bang bang revenge like Stefano! Hope whispers they need to go find Deimos now ... Gabi babbles about seeing Deimos coming out of the ladies room. She goes after him and JJ turns back to tell Lani he will kill him if they finds him! Lani says to wait and follows the group out ...One long hour later dead Deimos ls lying on the floor of the Marton house, a knife pierced through his wicked wicked heart. END! |
