These are my words. There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... - Rafe has just gotten off a call with his contact and turns to face Jordy at the square. She seeks a second. He looks into her eyes with his soulful ones. - Abigail has just fallen into EJ’s strong arms. She opens her mouth. He inhales, then drops her. She gasps she feels like a hypocrite, exclaims she cannot be here and storms into the mansion. EJ follows, asking her to wait. But in the living room are two puzzled visitors. Well, actually three. There stand Will, Sonny, and the baby stroller. Will wonders what is the matter. Abigail, mistress of angst, replies nothing and storms out. Will goes after her. Sonny suspiciously asks EJ what that was all about. EJ plays innocent. On the dark DiMera doorstep, Abigail is a wreck and when Will wonders what had her so wound up, she gasps she cannot do this, she cannot be Sami’s maid of honor! This is the first Will has heard of the arrangement ... - Kate cackles at the park, upon learning that Sami actually snagged Abigail to be her maid of honor. The master schemer is impressed how far she has come. Sami intends to make EJ pay big time. Kate coos this will work wonderfully … for both of them! Sami toys with her engagement ring and asks about Stefano. Is he aware that Victor fired her? Indeed. Sami reminds her she was not planning to get fired but Kate now agrees it helped her cause, to make Stefano trust her more. He believed she was passing on Mad World secrets to Sami! Kate had apparently also informed the phoenix she would not be willing to move into the mansion until Sami was gone. Sami scoffs upon learning he referred to her as an insect. Kate is quite certain Stefano will be in Milano a while, given all the obstacles that vengeful Victor is placing in his path. Sami warns her perfectly painted partner in crime to stay focused, not get distracted with her Jordan scheme ... - At Horton house, JJ is not so sure Jen is like Paige’s mom and changes the subject. Jen asks her name. JJ pours tea. Jen wants that name. Ring ring! Work calls. JJ quietly obsesses over Eve’s sexy unbuttoned blouse and the unseen banshee in the storyline makes a noise. Jen assumes her son is anxious about his girlfriend’s mother like any young guy would be. Pause. - Eve cannot believe her daughter is actually dating Jack and Jennifer Devereaux’s son! Paige gets excited she already knows Jen the good. Eve’s mouth falls open. She admits she and Jen were in high school together. Eve pauses. The banshee moans loudly in the background. - Rafe decides the time has come for him and Jordan to discuss ... THEM. - Will finds it flabbergasting and also wonderful that Abigail is his mom’s chosen maid of honor. Abigail admits it feels wrong, also wrong that she will be performing a reading. Will hopes it all works out and points out his mom does like her. Sami should be honored. Abigail laments she is unworthy. Will chuckles and offers to help along with Sonny. The baby is lower maintenance than his volatile mom after all. Abigail decides she will manage. Will thinks his mom is fortunate. Abigail is sorry she acted like it was all about her. Will gives her a grateful hug. Abigail rolls her eyes at the stressful situation. - Jen gives her teen son a pep talk about the wonderful guy Paige’s mom will see he is. Abigail will be present at the dinner too. Jen must now head out. JJ thanks her for everything and also for making a big thing of his high school graduation. She assures him she is coping when he mentions her Dan troubles. Her kids are her top priority! His graduation is HUGE and they will impress their guests tonight too. She asks JJ if that blue shirt is what he is wearing. - Eve gets a faraway look in her eye. She will only say she and Jen ran with a ... different crowd. Paige suspects she is withholding. Eve will talk later. Paige wants to know if she was aware that JJ’s dad was dead. Yes, and what a tragedy! However, she had no idea they had a son Paige’s age … Paige hopes she did not dislike them. If so, then perhaps she should not attend the dinner. Eve’s eyes narrow like a cat. She would not miss it for the world ... - Back in the living room, EJ cringes as Sonny looks at him with suspicion in his eyes. EJ gets glib. He knows not what troubles the girl. He saw her working hard in the garden and she was ... overwhelmed by it all ...Will explains the situation. - Now home at Horton house,Abigail apologetically announces she cannot attend graduation dinner but she will make it to JJ’s graduation tomorrow. She is kind of planning Sami's wedding for the morning. JJ is surprised. Jen does not get it. Abigail adds she is the wedding planner as well as Sami’s maid of honor. She cringes as she speaks the words, feeling strange about the whole scenario. - Kate stands up and cackles she is pals with Jordan and pushed her back to Rafe. Sami slyly smiles. She gets it. She is setting her up for a big fall when the truth comes out, plus no one will suspect Kate was involved! Sami is learning fast ... - Rafe glumly brings up Gabi and what went wrong. Jordan thinks she got herself in a jam she could not get out of. Rafe sees things from a different perspective. She did not open up to him and he had a gut feeling but did not press like he should have. The whole time he felt the danger of the Nickster and could have prevented the tragedy. Then Gabi would be out with her child instead of in the slammer! - Eve makes nice with her daughter and smiles she was just ... surprised. She promises Paige she will be great with Jen. She was planning to call her too. Might as well see her in person! Paige naively nods. - The pair of schemers at the park continue. Sami suspects Kate has the goods on Jordan but notes Rafe seems happy with the girl, like he loves her. Kate flashes back to their latest lovemaking and purrs perhaps not. Sami hopes Kate does not think she could have another chance with him. Kate says the same about Sami! - Jordan wishes she had reached out to Gabi too but Rafe blames only himself for the tragedy of his two sisters. One is in the ground, the other in prison. And he cannot go through the same with Jordan now! She insists she needs no protecting. He thinks she is in deep hiding and that dark secret she and Ben share will not disappear. He implores her to trust in him and tell him her story. Alas she cannot. He warns he will not know how to save her if her enemy comes to town. She gasps to let it go. He makes her stop and reminds her how his sister did not tell him everything and look what happened to her! Jordan is clearly torn. - EJ wants to know WOT the girl told Will. That she is not worthy. EJ snaps nonsense. Will shares how he offered to assist and then Abigail agreed to stay the course. EJ appreciates it and now invites Will to be his best man! - At Horton house, Abigail explains it all started with her art tutoring Sami. Most of her family will not be attending the wedding. She promises to be at the graduation for JJ later in the day. She now gets her ATM card, for a new dress for the wedding. Sami promised to pay her back. Jen questions her judgment in standing up for Sami. Abigail gasps she owes her. A cooking timer goes off and Jen goes into the kitchen. JJ now implores his sister to stay far away from that dastardly EJ DiMera tomorrow! - Eve acts sympathetic about the widow Jen and wonders how she is holding up. Okay. Paige adds it is tough for JJ, though. She boasts about Jack’s Afghanistan book, which she just started. She hands it to her mother and wonders whether she has read it ... - Sami insists she is marrying EJ. Kate adds then she is dumping him after she gets what she needs. Sami quietly agrees. Kate accuses her of still being in love with EJ. She denies it. Kate now accuses her of wanting Rafe. She will not get him back! Sami starts to protest, then realizes she was testing her. She points out this partnership of theirs is a one-off. Kate purrs but they will both be set for life. She now suggests they steer clear of each other until the wedding is over. Sami concludes this is it. Kate wishes her luck with the wedding and waltzes off after musing she is looking forward to her saying UNTIL DEATH DO US PART! - Humble Will thinks EJ should ask brother Chad. He did, but he could not make it in time. Will teases he must want to keep an eye on him and alludes to dodging bullets. EJ laughs it will be a gun shy free wedding. Sonny places an arm around his husband and teases EJ. Is he really not scared?! EJ pours himself a drink and boasts he and Samantha have been in love for the last eight years. Will agrees to be his best man. EJ grins his motha will be elated. Sonny must get to his club, kisses Will, and departs. EJ calls out he will see him at the wedding. Sonny will be in the front, snapping photos! EJ thinks he is a lucky man. Will now explains his reason for visiting. He had assumed Sami would want to see Ari. EJ drinks up. Samantha is running errands. She will return shortly. - Abigail gasps JJ knows but how? JJ, as it turns out, is remembering Chad. He assumes because Chad hurt Abigail, she would be stressed to be involved in his brother’s wedding. Abigail breathes a sigh of relief. JJ does not know about the affair! JJ adds he finds it odd she would want to party at a DiMera wedding. Abigail repeats she will be there for his graduation after. JJ declares the next guy who hurts his sister will have to answer to him! He puffs his chest out and proceeds to climb the stairs to his bedroom. Jen returns from the kitchen and praises her daughter for stepping up for poor lonely Sami. She has a great heart! Abigail gasps to stop! She is not so nice! - Eve confirms she has looked at the book. Paige wants to text JJ. Eve stops her. She will go over the long history with her later. Jack was charming and a good father. However, he also had a side as the kind of character who could get into trouble, hence her hesitation about JJ. Petulant Paige reminds her she promised to give her boyfriend a chance. Whatever his dad did is not his fault! Eve frowns. - Jordan feels Rafe cannot compare her situation to that of his sisters. Rafe reasons it is far worse. He has seen how she worriedly she waits, watches, and wonders. That is why he must know what this risk is so he can protect her from the danger when the time comes! Jordan cries she is herself with him and feels loved and hugs him, crying. Rafe melts and tenderly tells her to let him know her secret. Now. He urges her to tell him. Jordan shuts her eyes in torment. Kate appears and peers at the sweet scene from behind the bushes, as quiet as a fox on a hunt. - Abigail the tormented cannot bring herself to look Jen in the eye as she confirms she will not be here for the dinner party. Now she is off to the dress shop. Abigail momentarily notices the yearbook and jokes Jen must be planning to fill JJ’s mom in on her exploits. Jen is amused. The unseen banshee sings in the background. - Eve assures petulant Paige she is right. She gushes they must get all dressed up and give her old friend the surprise of her life. Paige still seems to harbor doubts. - Abigail the wedding planner is texting at the festively lit town square. EJ the almost groom struts past and lets her know he wants a word. NOW. She scurries after him. - At the dark park, Rafe whispers to teeeeeeell him, not hold this in. Jordan closes her eyes again. Rafe has his arm around her and tenderly tells her they can fight this thing together. She laments she cannot. Rafe sighs in disappointment. If she cannot, then he cannot. He walks away and she is reduced to tears. Still unseen, Kate observes. - Sami rushes into the mansion to visit the pretty visitor EJ texted her about. Will is holding the baby and happy Sami is so happy to see her. He becomes serious when she asks for Abigail’s whereabouts. He thinks she is putting too much pressure on her wedding planner. Sami smiles it will be over verrrry soon as she fusses over the first grandchild. - At the town gate, EJ sternly states wot happened at the house may neva happen again! Abigail stares in silence. - Paige is pretty in her white dress, having just arrived at Horton house. She starts to explain something to JJ when mama rings the front doorbell. Jen opens the door. There stands her nemesis in blue, a blast from the past. Jen gasps Eve?? Eve purrs long time no see. Jen can only shake her blonde head in bewilderment ...
