He smiles he is fine but when she walks away he turns and sees Deimos, who taunts him with a sarcastic welcome home nepheeeeeeeew ... Detective Hope is waiting for a warrant. An officer promises to keep her secret and she takes a look at Dario's file ... Abigail wakes up and apologizes to Dario for calling off their trip. Then she gets a text that all the castaways were found and are coming home! She hugs him and he thanks God. She adds Chad just texted her and is asking to see her ... Chad has just arrived home to DiMera mansion and gives Gabi a hug. Then Rafe arrives with Arianna and there is a mother daughter reunion ... Brady thinks Chloe should not be there but she has something to say. Nicole watches ... Sonny accuses Deimos of breaking the law. Deimos taunts him about Paul. Sonny promises to make him pay. The minute he acquires all power at Titan he will take him down! Deimos leers it would take more and stares him down. He warns he is dealing with something big and dangerous. He will not win this war! ... Dario leaves a message for Gabi. Abigail admits she is taking Thomas to see Chad. Dario wonders whether she will tell him of their engagement. Perhaps not now ... Rafe asks Gabi why she wanted him to bring Arianna's belongings to the DiMera mansion ... Chloe confesses she wanted to run away with Holly and Parker, forget the whole world. But she was tormented by the idea of taking a baby away from Nicole. Now she is here to bring her home. Nicole weeps. Brady looks bewildered. Nicole asks her to explain. Chloe cries she wanted to help her and Daniel have a dream baby but then things got crazy. She breaks down and tells her how sorry she is. Brady hugs emotional Nicole ... Sonny suggests Deimos scram as he is here only for Paul. Deimos mocks his jungle madness and suggests he will die. Sonny rages to shut up and grabs him by the collar like a gangster. Deimos issues him a veiled threat and shoves him to the floor. Sonny's amulet falls out. He hastily hides it. Strange music plays ... Back at DiMera mansion Rafe pries. Gabi tells him she and Chad are together. Chad confirms their coupledom. Rafe asks about Eli and Abigail. They both ended things with Gabi and Chad. Rafe questions whether Chad is really over Abigail. Chad clears his throat and claims it is all good between him and Gabi ... Nicole cries tears of joy. Chloe is sorry she got carried away with keeping Holly safe. She sees how much Nicole loves her! And love is a powerful thing but she is here to do the right thing. Holly has one mother who now smiles through her tears ... Deimos calls now standing Sonny a child. Sonny warns him he will not win. Deimos does not take him seriously and says to give his best to his boyfriend ... Arianna is resting. That leaves Chad and Gabi alone on the DiMera couch. She assures him Rafe will come around. Chad admits he misses the island already and she laughs. He likes that it brought them together and they kiss on the lips. Abigail watches silently from the hall, holding grimacing Thomas in her arms. The conflict continues ... Sonny stuffs the amulet in his pocket when pretty plaid Marlena informs him that Paul is peacefully resting. She senses something is off. Sonny admits he did not realize how much he felt for Paul until the island. Marlena deduces his feelings are deep like with Will ... Hope ends a call about getting access to Dario's emails via a judge. Rafe drops by her desk so she fibs that call was about the warrant on Deimos' factory. She wonders why the long face when she mentions Gabi. Rafe sighs she is with Chad. It is hard to accept. Hope knows from Chad's reaction to Abigail's divorce new that he is NOT over her at all ... Chad jumps up and takes Thomas in his arms when he sees Abigail standing there. Abigail suggests Gabi get in touch with her brother. Gabi goes and Abigail realizes Arianna is also at the house. Chad tells her they have to talk as he holds his smiling son ... Nicole gets her miracle when pink Holly is placed in her arms. Chloe and Brady will bring the baby's things from the car but first Nicole thanks Chloe for giving her the greatest gift. She wants her in her life. Always. Brady now has high praise for Chloe, who cries. He promises they will visit her and Parker. He knows Chloe will miss Holly more than words could say and hugs her ... Sonny sits and sighs to Marlena he has changed since his days with Will. The world changed him. Marlena urges him not to lose his caring and kind side. He hopes Will would not think he had. Marlena smiles Will would see he has the same wonderful heart that Will fell in love with and Paul fell in love with. Sonny admits he has stopped feeling that being with Paul would be cheating on Will. Marlena tells him to live and love every moment of his life. Will would say the same ... At the park Dario is peeved that sister Gabi took such a long time to reach him. He frowns when he finds out she and Arianna are staying at DiMera mansion with Chad. She gushes they are giving their relationship another try. Dario grins, visibly relieved that Abigail is officially available. He announces they are engaged. Gabi cannot believe it ... Abigail admits she was worried. Chad suspects she was surprised to see him kissing Gabi and reminds her she was the one who ended their marriage. She orders him to sign the divorce papers as she has a situation with Dario. They are engaged! Chad gets sarcastic and angrily calls a lawyer, his DiMera ego having been dealt another blow. Abigail soap stares and looks like she wants to stop him ... Hope gushes to Rafe they have the warrant and the team is already raiding Deimos' forbidden factory. They grab their guns and go ... Down at the docks Deimos gets a text warning him the cops are onto him and a raid is in progress so he should run. He curses ... Dario urges Gabi to believe the universe is on their side. They both have the one they want. The happy siblings hug ... Sad Chad lets his lawyer know he will not contest the divorce and Abigail can have anything she wants. Then he ends the call and lets her know it will be a done deal soon. His eyes are filled with tears and she woefully states she did not want things to end this way. He wonders whether she ever cared, given she gave up on their marriage twice. He also wonders whether she cheated on him with Dario all along. Abigail leaves in tears Alas Deimos was not found but his illegal operation was shut down. Hope gets a call that Deimos escaped. Rafe scoffs. Meanwhile Deimos is disguised in a cap at the park. He tells his flunky on the phone he got away and is leaving town as soon as he has enough cash to keep his halo business operating. Deimos is now desperate to get his hands on the amulet that is worth millions ... Brady admires Holly on Nicole's lap and Nicole smiles her dream of them being a family has finally come true. She gives the baby to Brady and he rests her head against Dan's heart. Nicole refers to Brady as the dad and they kiss ... Chad carries Thomas around and tells him how he missed him. Gabi gets back and he informs her the divorce is proceeding. She can see he is in pain and hugs him ... Abigail is feeling anxious when Dario gets back and asks her about Chad. She declares the divorce is almost final so they can get married and forces a sad little smile. Dario grins like a man in love ... END! |
