BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS At the station, Nicole feels unfairly cornered. She declares to devoted Dario they need a new plan. Lawyer Belle comes in and crossly warns them against taking the law into their own hands again ... At her cozy house in the middle of nowhere Chloe is caring for Deimos, who is convalescing on the couch. The beauty remembers their first drink together and all his candid questions about the Kiriakis clan. She had informed him that Phil's mother Kate was deadly. Deimos had been intrigued. Chloe now remembers he is really Victor's brother and it seems to bother her ... Chad has slept next to Abigail's bed in a chair all night long. Mama Jen arrives upset about her bandaged baby who has been sedated. Chad admits the fire was arson. Jen wonders who would have done such a thing. He sighs the fire starter was Abigail but so far it seems there will be no charges ... Meanwhile Abigail is dreaming in black and white. She dreams she is alone in her room when Ben sneaks in and locks the door. He leers hi Abigail and gives her a scary stare. Abigail starts to shake ... Dario and Nicole urge Belle to find Deimos or at least his body. That is the only way Nicole can be cleared of killing him. Belle solemnly states she has an investigator working on it. Nicole rages Kate killed Deimos and set her up! She wants the witch to pay ... In the past charming Deimos had told Chloe all she wanted to hear about her singing, musing she made him feel ALIVE. It made her blush. Then he had given her a gift of hard to get tickets to the Chicago opera. He said he was a man who gets what he wants. She had gratefully accepted Robert's gift and kissed him on the cheek. Back to reality. Deimos is gasping No Kate Not Nicole in his sleep. Chloe senses a secret ... Jen is horrified to hear Chad's news that they found the fire accelerant in her daughter's room. Back to the black and white dream that shows Abigail's story. She had believed Ben was in her room. Now big scary Ben sits on her bed claiming to miss her. She snaps get out. He taunted she would never escape him now. He settles on her bed in his black leather jacket with a smirk. She stands at the door and says to go away in a small voice ... Chloe leaves a voice mail for Nicole to call her. Parker now gets home early from camp, wanting to know who the man sleeping on the couch is ... Belle angrily advises Nicole not to break the law again. The only way to get Kate would be by legal means. She steps out to take a call. Dario promises raging Nicole next time they will not make the mistake of getting caught. He gets turned on by the thrill ... Jen just wants to help Abigail get better. Chad explains they have to erase Ben from her mind. She is unable to do it herself ...In her black and white dream Abigail looks around in desperation. She notices a passing nurse drop her lighter on the floor and picks it up. Cocky Ben is still on her bed when she tiptoes back to her room. Where you been honey? Parker has been brought home early because of the storm. The little blond boy becomes curious about the guy sleeping on the couch. Deimos wakes up and tells him his name. He acts friendly and Parker responds, suggesting they play a game. Chloe announces Deimos was about to go and besides there are no games set up. Parker gets his cards to play War. They play and Deimos lets him win each game. He asks how he plays with his dad. Parker answers his dad is dead and asks him to stay so they can play more. Chloe can only watch helplessly ... Phone Shawn updates Belle on what went down with Abigail, who used to be such a happy girl. Belle is here if she needs a lawyer. They hope between his forensics investigation and her legal expertise they will find a good solution for the stressed fire starter. Shawn gushes he is grateful Belle is here for him now ... Jen and Chad discuss Abigail's fragile state. Jen suspects they might send her away to a lockdown facility ... Meanwhile black and white dream Abigail advises big Ben to leave her alone. He cruelly counters she put him thru hell, and ruined his life. He intends to return the favor forever. He gets sarcastic about her liking the lighter when she lights it ... Abigail now reaches for a can of aerosol. She places the small flame to it and there is a big flame. Her hands and arms are hurt and an alarm has gone off. All of a sudden JACK appears. He dramatically drags his daughter out of the room, declaring it is not her time ... Abigail wakes up ... Shawn wants dinner with Belle and Claire, the family, tonight. Belle excitedly agrees ... Pumped Parker goes to get another game to play with his new pal. Deimos apologizes to Chloe for mentioning his father. Chloe wants him to go but Deimos points out little Parker likes him. Now what? ... Abigail weakly asks where Jack is. Jen deduces she saw him in a dream. Agitated Abigail insists he was here and helped her get out. Jen believes it. Chad agrees. He now asks her to tell him all about the fire. There was an alarm and Jack saved her. He said he would help her anytime she needed him. Now she wants OUT. She is ready to check out and notes she can go when she wants as she had checked herself in. Chad laments things have changed. They have no choice but to wait for the investigation to be over. His eyes are woeful. Abigail gets more agitated by the minute that they are acting like she is guilty. She senses as much from their strained silence ... Deimos milks the Parker missing his father angle more by the minute. He offers to help the single mom with her son for a few more days. Chloe now sees Nicole calling her back and Deimos wonders who that might be ... Nicole leaves a message that she is sorry she could not pick up but Chloe can call now. She is still at the station. Dario comes back with coffees. Nicole teases him for taking advantage of the fact that brother Rafe works st the station. He seductively suggests they discuss their HOT kiss. He suspects she felt it was hot as well. Nicole gets flustered as he comes closer ... The lady doctor returns to Abigail's room. Chad wants a word with her in the hall. He explains he wants his wife released. She points out that is not possible as long as there is an investigation into the fire. She concludes there could be criminal charges and the possibility of Abigail being sent to a state psychiatric facility for her own safety. Chad thunders this place made his wife worse! Shawn and Jen appear and urge him to keep it down. The doctor steps away. Shawn unhappily explains he has to interview Abigail. He promises not to make her uneasy. He just needs to know a few facts. Chad storms off to summon Marlena, to find the best solution for the woman he loves ... Shawn enters and asks Abigail how she feels. He also asks about the fire. She asks if he thinks she was to blame. He tenderly tells her to tell him anything she knows that could help with the investigation. She looks away ... Outside the room Chad rages to Jen that Marlena cannot help as long as there is an investigation. Jen suggests they wait and see. Chad laments if he leaves his wife here she will surely die! Inside Abigail talks about her burns. Shawn asks if she saw the fire. She did. Did she also see the aerosol? She claims she did not but she saw Jack. She insists she did not start the fire ... Deimos smoothly suggests Chloe call her friend back. She will do it later and goes in the kitchen to find some food. Deimos flashes back to Kate's dramatic attack against him down by the raging river, how she left him to die. Chloe comes back with frozen pizza. She thinks he looks unwell. He mentions raising Parker alone, how hard it must be, and offers to assist with money. Chloe exclaims she would NEVER take money from him! Deimos had not been expecting such a reaction ... Nicole flashes back to the HOT kiss with Dario and decides this is not the time or the place to discuss it. She has problems. Dario drawls he is resourceful and implies he can help her against Kate the diva devil. Belle returns with the news that Roman has decided to release them. He has his own history with Kate. Once alone with her client, Belle agrees to continue to represent Nicole as her lawyer but no more schemes! She storms out ... Chloe accuses Deimos of attempting to use her in his war with Victor. Deimos innocently insists he has changed, almost dying changed him ... Jen believes in doing things by the book but not mad Chad. He is going to get Abigail out even if he has to break her out! He stares inside the window at the woman he loves, the woman whose beautiful mind he is so determined to save ... THE END! Ahead on Days of Our Lives: Aiden is jealous of Hope and Rafe.
