There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... Hope is on her phone at the club, relieved that Abe has let her know Gabi was not sent to a facility for repeat offenders. Enter suited Aiden,boasting about justice. He holds up a small paper bag. - EJ stands in front of fatha's portrait, working the phone for board meeting votes! - Sami and Abigail are outside the DiMera front door. Sami gushes what a good guy Rafe is. She is sure he will be fine. Abigail is admittedly surprised. Sami now gushes Abigail sees the good in EJ and how she appreciates her help for their happy day! Then comes a hug. Abigail is overwhelmed and filled with guilt. - JJ approaches Marlena at the square, boasting about his high grade. She congratulates him. He asks if she found his mom finally and whether she had wanted to discuss Nicole. She seemed upset. Marlena sighs she was not the only one! JJ had heard that Nicole wanted to elope with Eric and Dan and Jen seemed bothered by it too. Marlena takes it all in. - At the pub, to answer Nicole's question, Eric sighs nothing is for sure and he has no idea what he will do. He will need more than proof to clear his good name too. He will need HER! - Jen is crying and kissing Dan, who is also crying. But is a kiss enough? Not for Dan, who pulls away with a grumble, stammering he cannot do this! - Sami enters the DiMera mansion with Abigail, explaining EJ is busily preparing for the board meeting on his phone. But soon he is all theirs! In the living room, EJ ends his call and wonders where in the world the phoenix presently is, wot he is plotting! - Eric explains to Nicole the wish of his Excellency to get to the bottom of the truth by interviewing both her and Dan. However, Eric seems to have reservations about Nicole ever trying to help him at all. - Jen wonders what she can do. Dan the man thunders he does not know! However, he does know Jen should just leave! She gasps that sounds like he is giving up on their love. He shakes his head. Jen tries to excuse why she did what she did. Dan laments she only acted and told Eric what he would have as she felt he lacked the integrity and courage to tell Eric the truth himself. She cries she is sorry and loves him and wants to fix this. Dan bitterly snaps he would only disappoint her again. She insists she loves him. Dan doubts she believes in him anymore and therein lies the problem. It torments him to the core ... - Sami enters as EJ stands up from his desk, explaining he still has more phone calls waiting.He offers to get out of the wedding planning women's way. Abigail must stand and watch as Sami grabs him in a possessive, passionate kiss. - Hope teasingly asks Captain America what he did this time. He boasts he will book the ballroom of their dreams. Here comes Mr. Howell the obstacle and he is not amused. He accuses Aiden of playing games, almost uttering threats. Aiden plays innocent. Howell talks harassment. He watches as Aiden plays dominos with a bunch of parking tickets. Howell illegally parks in Chicago every weekend, explains Aiden. Hope calls that naughty. The parking violation people in the windy city would not be very happy to hear it. Aiden taints Howell he could be facing jail time for this collection of ignored parking tickets! Hope pretends she will call and have his automobile impounded. Howell starts to sweat and offers to cut a deal. Aiden smoothly smiles. - Nicole wonders what Eric means. He accuses her of telling him what he wants to hear and then doing the opposite if it suits her agenda. He does not believe she would tell the truth about him to his Excellency. It is a pattern. She even lied to and about Daniel. Nicole argues that lie was because she loooooves him. Eric snaps love based on a lie is also a lie. He will never believe a word from her mouth ever again! Marlena now makes her presence known. Why would he believe Nicole?! Nicole looks up to face the wrath of the statuesque soap mama. - Sami gushes about her wedding and flounces into the other room to find her wedding notes. Abigail gasps this situation is impossible. EJ insists Sami has no clue and they will muddle through. Sami returns and leads them both out to the garden, which is in full bloom. It will be a wedding day to remember. She has big plans. - Nicole stands up and decides the time has come to go. She makes a snide remark to Marlena about being judgmental and casting dirty looks. Once she leaves, Marlena sits at her son's table and urges him to tell her the whole story. What happened? Eric glumly grimaces. - Jen repeats she loves and respects Dan. He suggests time apart. This upsets Jen deeply. Dan appears depressed. Jen walks out without another word. But before she goes, he breathes it would be best for her to leave his apartment key with him. And so she does. - Harassed Howell hands Hope the phone to make her ballroom booking, as he has just cancelled. Aiden takes another look at the contract Howell had with the hotel and tears it in half. He agrees to represent him for the parking tickets too. Exit Howell. Hope has now confirmed their booking and notes Aiden never quits. He explains he always fights for those he cares about and gallantly stands up. - Violins play in the background as Jen arrives at Horton house in tears. At that very moment, Dan puts her picture in his desk drawer. Knock knock! Jolly JJ has been hunting high and low for mama Jen. He boasts about his history final success. Why, he might even make the honor roll and credits Dan for changing him. Dan is impressed. He adds he is dating pretty Paige too! He is looking forward to them all having his graduation celebration dinner tonight. Dan diverts his gaze. JJ senses something is amiss and hopes he will be able to attend. - Eric confesses to Marlena that Jen was the one who told him what Nicole had done. He apologizes for his behavior toward his mom and notes she would be within her rights to say I told you so. Nicole was all shades of duplicity. - Nicole sees the newspaper in her room and notices the scandalous headline about Gabi Hernandez being sent to prison. She immediately tries calling poor Rafe, worried about him ... - Sami excitedly stands among the flowers in the pretty garden and shows EJ and Abigail their places. Much to the girl in white's dismay, Sami has decided she is to be her maid of honor. Sami points out her sister is in another land far away and alludes to not having girlfriends. It would mean much if Abigail stood with her. She can think of no one else she would rather have as her maid of honor. EJ forces a smile, his stressed eyes as round as saucers. - Aiden becomes serious for a moment and lets Hope know he is here for her if she needs to talk about what happened with Gabi or ... anything. She thanks him for the offer and also for making her smile today. Captain America grins his work is done and saunters out. Hope raises an eyebrow and admires the view. - JJ now notices Jen's picture is missing from Dan's desk. The medicine man admits they have decided to take a break. JJ pouts. Is it cos of him? Negative and Dan is very proud of his progress, just like Jen. He promises to keep seeing him no matter what. He asks JJ to be there for his mom now in her time of need. The teen does not understand and is sorry. He shakes Dan's hand, grabs his backpack, and woefully walks out. - Jen weeps and takes a trip down memory lane in her mind, with past romantic Dan moments. Love among the flowers and so much more. She leans back on the couch and cries, clutching a cushion. - Nicole leaves Rafe a message. She is sorry for what happened and loves him and hopes to see him soon! She sighs to take care of himself and ends the message. She now sits down alone in her room, not a friend or lover in sight. - Marlena gives Eric an encouraging embrace and he thanks her. Now she departs, her footsteps purposeful, an angry glint in her eye. - Alarmed Abigail stammers her brother is graduating the same day. Sami insists there is time enough to do both. Abigail is honored. Sami takes EJ's arm and stands where they will be. How do they look? Abigail calls them the perfect couple. Sami also wants to see how it would look from another angle and makes Abigail stand in for her, holding hands with EJ the groom. It is more than anxious Abigail can bear and she blurts out she cannot continue! EJ starts to get nervous. Sami smiles sweetly in the sunny garden and innocently asks if everything is alright. Abigail snaps no. Sami suddenly states she knows exactly what is happening here. EJ blinks. - JJ gets home and asks Jen if she and Dan are really done. Silence. He tells her to please make it right. - Dan is sitting on the ledge in his office, taking deep breaths. He gets down and puts on his lab coat, ready for the next patient. Knock knock! He opens his door and introduces himself with a grin. - Nicole is about to leave, only to find Marlena at her door. She hopes Nicole is proud of herself for what she has done! The blonde in the bright suit gives the woman who lied to her son an accusing stare. Eric believed in her and helped her. Nicole adds she loved him. Marlena sarcastically blasts sweetheart for keeping his evidence concealed. How could she do such a thing to someone she claimed to love! Nicole retorts she knew Marlena would talk him out of being with her and therein lay the problem. That was what spooked her and prevented her from sharing the evidence from the start. Marlena concludes still, she managed to ruin her chances of having Eric all by herself ... - Hope catches up with Eric at the square and she bears good news. She suddenly stops and adds perhaps she should not mention St Luke news as Eric and the church have parted company. He suggests perhaps not! - In the garden, Abigail starts to stammer. So does EJ. Sami hugs Abigail, noting she must have been remembering Chad, who broke her heart in two. Relieved EJ agrees and place an arm around apologetic Sami. She promises Abigail she will not make another mistake like that and begs her to please be her maid of honor. She cannot imagine her wedding day without her! - Jen stares sadly out the window. JJ is desperate for her to make things right with the doctor of her dreams but Jen sees no solution in sight. - The woman in the leopard outfit seated across from Dr. Dan might be needing surgery for her throat and agrees to get started with the tests. She seductively smiles to call her Eve and they shake hands. The sound of a banshee is heard in the background. - Eric explains St Luke's holds a place in his heart. There is the possibility of his reinstatement too. Hope is happy for him and is keeping her fingers crossed ... - Marlena is almost done. She warns Nicole not to bother Eric again. He now knows she is a deceitful liar. She holds her head high and announces he will be able to return to the priesthood. Nicole returns her glare and smugly states Eric needs her help with that but given her harsh words here today, she has just decided against vouching for him to the bishop. He can kiss those holy orders goodbye! - Sami says to say yes. In a small voice, Abigail agrees. Sami flounces off to the house to order some food from butler Harold. Now alone in the garden with EJ, Abigail starts to panic. How can she be the maid of honor for the bride of a man she slept with! She turns to leave but EJ grabs her by the arm. - Sami is standing by the open garden door, having ordered the planned snacks from Harold. She glances at the red briefcase on the desk, then looks out the window, now back at the briefcase. Outside, tortured soul Abigail has broken free from EJ, who insists she will get through this as Samantha has no idea wot they did and she never will! Inside the house, Sami slowly removes an envelope from the red briefcase, makes a face, and opens it. She glares at the photo inside of Abigail and EJ passionately kissing, his hands under her dress.
