There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... BASED ON DAYSCAFE NOON TWEETS: Belle meets Shawn at the pub, apologizing for her tardiness. The case she was working on is complicated and D.A. Justin is a difficult adversary. He drawls they are supposed to be discussing THEM. They both admit to feeling nervous. Hopefully this will not lead to another one of their infamous fights. He will try not to judge like a cop. She will try not to judge like a lawyer. Caroline comes with the menus, gushing about them getting back together ... Phil drops by to see Victor at his new townhome but the Greek still holds a grudge for his betrayal. Meanwhile Nicole visits beer drinking Rafe hoping his guys got something new on the Deimos case. Rafe has no update as Deimos has not been found. She sighs then he may be dead for real ... From her shiny new mansion Kate is blackmailing the justice on the phone so they will lie they witnessed the wedding that never was ... In Chloe's world it is raining and thundering. She takes Deimos into her house in the middle of nowhere and suggests a hospital. Deimos exclaims no one can know he is not dead. Chloe sighs she has not seen him for months and suddenly he calls her for help, bleeding, saying strange things. She needs to know what she is getting into. Deimos thinks he needs a shower. The doctor's daughter declares she will clean and patch up those cuts as well. She leaves him on the couch to get some towels and tells him to please not die on her ... Back at Victor's humble home, Phil fumes he already apologized. Besides Victor was no better and is far from perfect. Victor snaps unless he was the one who made Deimos disappear they have nothing to discuss. The son states the wicked uncle who played them against each other is gone. He tells his father to stop treating him like an ignorant intern! He had to do Deimos' bidding when he blackmailed him. Victor growls he chose Deimos. Phil calls his father a bitter old man just like his brother, who wound up despised and alone. Victor helps himself to a much needed drink. He makes a snide remark about his widow inheriting. Much to his surprise, Kate evidently did not even invite her favorite son to the wedding. He gets a glint in his eye and Phillip leaves even more let down then when he arrived ... Detective Rafe plays devil's advocate with Nicole, noting there is no body. Nicole thinks that will not prevent Kate from making her fry. Rafe talks off the record now and questions where Deimos could be. Nicole argues if he is dead it is Kate's fault and the video proves she was at the crime scene. The weeping widow gets his whole fortune, meaning Victor's fortune. She concludes she did it ... Caroline has high hopes and Belle explains they are going slow. The matriarch steps away with a smile and plans to prepare the slowest dinner possible for the pair while they talk. Shawn grins she always told him he would marry her and he did. What a beautiful day that was. Belle wonders how they could have been so right and gone so wrong. Shawn deduces they merely made mistakes and adds Lani was no more than a rebound for him. However, Phillip ... Caroline comes back with a bottle of wine to set the relationship mood ... Chloe has helped Deimos get bandaged and cleaned and he is impressed. But when she asks for his story, he lies down for a snooze on the sofa. She flashes back to a glittery night when they met at a club. He tried to get her to open up about who made her sing so sadly. She was too raw back then but felt flattered when he bought her a drink. Even then she was intrigued ... Rafe notes they have nothing and thinks Nicole should not cast stones. He heard she once tried to kill Victor herself! Rafe also says her working with Victor could be seen as a motive to kill Deimos. She accuses him of not believing in her ... Victor has a glint in his eye when he ventures to his old mansion to pay a visit to not so weeping widow Kate. She is less than thrilled to see him. He cracks jokes and grins he is here to make a deal. He puts the champagne on ice as she eyes him with suspicion ... Phil drowns his sorrows at the club and imagines the blonde hitting on him at the bar is Belle ... Belle admits she did have something with Phillip but it was not love. Shawn thinks she needs to be sure ... Rafe accuses Nicole of trying to use him to help her case. Commissioner Roman does not think Kate will withdraw her statement anytime soon. He suggests Nicole leave the detective work to the police and let them do their job. She refuses and storms off. Rafe calls after her not to do anything dumb ... Victor slyly suggests this set-up is classic Kate and will not hold up to scrutiny. She shows him her marriage certificate. He muses it is forged and also gives her MOTIVE not to mention premeditation. He smiles she did not take the time to think it thru like when she wanted to kill Chloe. Kate boasts about her damning video of Nicole fighting with Deimos. Victor counters she not only dropped the phone, she dropped the ball cos it proves she was there! In addition, she was watching her so-called husband make a pass at another woman. He deduces she is in need of his expertise to fix her mess. He announces he is going to give Roman a statement so whose side should he be on when he does - hers or Nicole's? He watches her and waits ... Phillip is rolling around in his big bed with the blonde he picked up. He calls out BELLE and she stops ... Shawn and Belle are walking through the romantic park with a bag of their food, which is now takeout. Nicole comes up to Belle, desperate to discuss Kate setting her up. Belle is not able to do so now since Shawn of forensics fame is present. She notes now is not the time. Nicole takes off in a huff. She feels Belle is not on her side enough. Shawn and Belle sit on a bench, enjoying their private time together and the takeout .. Chloe continues to remember. Deimos had bought a drink for her, calling himself Robert. He had been so smooth, asking about her. He had admitted to doing some work with Titan, and brought up Phillip Kiriakis. Chloe remembers it well ... Meanwhile Deimos has a dream remembering Kate saying he was looking for his Helena and they were both gonna fail in love Then he called her superficial and she attacked. He hit his head and fell in the river while she coldly watched the current carry him away. He wakes up with a gasp. Chloe offers him a cup of hot tea and he gratefully accepts. She has been thinking of when they met. He knows he was too personal. She notes he was very nice and it was what she needed. However he also said he knew Phillip but Phil has never heard of him. Deimos now confesses his real name is Deimos Kiriakis and he is Victor's brother. Her face falls ... The blonde who is not Belle angrily leaves Phillip's room. He continues to fall apart and downs another drink ... Shawn and Belle discuss their future on the pretty park bench. Belle insists she wants only to be with Shawn and he likes her answer. They agree to take it one day at a time. This is their last chance ... Victor pours the champagne and cackles he could tell Roman how Nicole was mad about Maggie, mad at Deimos, wanting him gone. Hence her motive. Kate wonders what he wants in return. ALL HIS STUFF but she can keep the money and the mansion. Just sign over Titan and Nicole will fry for the crime. Kate considers with a pout ... Deimos admits he did not even know Phillip then and apologizes for using Chloe. She gasps what the hell is going on! Deimos swears he is no danger to her and needs her help. Why? Cos someone tried to kill him tonight! Her eyes widen with horror as the storm outside continues ... Shawn sees Belle to her door and grabs her in a passionate kiss. She responds body and soul ... Kate calls drunken Phillip, who fumes nothing has changed and he already knows about Deimos. Kate insists he come see her at the mansion first thing in the morning. She will explain everything ... Nicole consoles herself at the club and calls Dario to come join her. She does not like drinking alone ... Chloe wants to call the cops. Deimos bellows NO and stops her. She gets spooked. He promises to leave her alone forever if she wants but first he wants to tell her his whole story. Chloe soap stares ... THE END!
